Why is the organization address sometimes hyperlinked at the end of an email?

I’m creating a new footer for a client. The current email footer includes the organization’s address and does not hyperlink but appears as plain text, which we prefer. However, as I have been testing this new footer, the address always appears as a hyperlink (blue text and underlined) when sent as a test from Templates. I thought I solved this issue when I started sending tests from Campaigns but then the client still received the email with the address as a hyperlink. I have even gone into the content’s code and do not have anything to indicate the address needs to be displayed as hyperlinked.Is there a way I can make sure the organization’s address always appears as plain text rather than hyperlinked? Is this an issue with email services?

Linking New Email Templates To Pre-Existing Order/Checkout Information

Hi All! I'm currently working on recreating the email templates using a supported application (Klaviyo). However, I've encountered templates that link back to the specific items/orders that customers made. For example, the 'draft order invoice' and 'shipping confirmation' both include a button allowing recipients to click to take them back to the checkout webpage with their order loaded up ready to be paid for. I'm curious about how I can incorporate this functionality into the new templates I'm creating. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

Using {% current_year %} in templates is sending with year 2022. Why?

As the title say, I started using {% current_year %} in a custom email template, and these are sending with the year 2022. Any ideas? ©{% current_year %} Shine Wedding Invitations As this is a custom template, I’ve checked locally and inside the Klaviyo editor, just to be sure: The above variable is in my code. I didn’t forget to add it on the Klaviyo side of the equation or something like that. Not really sure what’s going on here. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide!

Custom Field from Form

I created a form with a custom input text field, but when I go to personalize an email template, I don’t have that field as a choice!  I’m sure I’m missing a step, but there aren’t clear instructions for this specific use case in the documentation.  I found several articles with bits and pieces of information, but none of it is clear to me.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you in advance!

Can't see the unsuscribe link

Hey there ! On my email template, I’d like to create a blue footer (that is my client’s branding color).The thing is, that’s also where you can click on the unsuscribe link.But unfortunatly, the color of the unsub link and the blue footer is the same so we can’t see the blue link “unsuscribe”…How can I change the color of the link, so it can be seen in the blue footer ? Here’s a screenshot below. Thanks a lot.Steve.

Anyone Using the Klaviyo Toolkit Plugin by Tribe Interactive?

Hi, I’m really interested in purchasing using this plugin but have gotten no response when trying to reach out to @TRIBE and their team multiple times across every imaginable channel this week. So I’m a bit concerned about that… but assuming that it legit can generate time-expiry sensitive coupons from customers who have purchased on our site and then dynamically insert them into klaviyo flows, this is literally the only reasonable solution I’ve found after countless hours of research trying to find another way to do it. So anyway, I’m looking for others who have bought and used the plugin (ideally for the purpose I described) and can vouch for their experience with it. Any feedback would be much apreciated asap. Dynamic Block using Coupons

I’m trying to create a template with a dynamic block based on the status of the coupon.For example welcome coupon:If the welcome coupon is still active, I have to show a content block contains the active coupon codeIf the welcome coupon is not active/used/expired, I have to show a content block contains another promo. Is this possible? How do you manage event veriables with your bilingual store?

Hi! I’m getting used to the challenges of having a bilingual store, but I have a new issue and I would love to know what you’re doing about it. My Shopify is French by default and translated in English with Langify. We use the Multifeeds app to import two catalogs into Klaviyo, one French and one English. This allows me to select the English version of my products when creating a static product block or when creating product feeds used in my dynamic product blocks. However, I don’t know how to display the good language when using event variables in my browse, cart or checkout abandonment flow.What happens most of the time is that my anglophone customers receive emails like « Hey, you left this collier rose pour chien in your cart! »What do you do with this?1. Do you use dynamic product blocks with product feed instead of the event variables? I think this would only allow me to have a browse abandonment as well as a added to cart flow, and no checkout abandonment flow, since the product

How to add currency based on Shopify store with price?

Hello everyone,  Does anyone know how to add currency with price based on our Shopify store dynamically? For example, previously we are using this:{% currency_format item.line_price|floatformat:2 %} {% currency_format item.compare_at_price|floatformat:2 %} to display this:$1,577.00 $1,829.00 However, above price become wrong when our Shopify Store currency is Malaysia (MYR) so the display should become become: MYR (Malaysia)MYR 1,577.00 MYR 1,829.00SGD (Singapore) $438.00 $508.00 Based on the Klaviyo tag for dynamic currency, it should using below{{ event.extra.presentment_currency|default:'' }}or{{ event.extra.presentment_currency }} But when I use above tag, it become error.{% event.extra.presentment_currency item.line_price|floatformat:2 %} {% event.extra.presentment_currency item.compare_at_price|floatformat:2 %}  Please your advise. Thank you

Add Special-Discount, Bulk-Discount and Original price in flow

Hello, I'm not sure if this article is already responding my question, but I don't think so: For my abandoned cart flow I'm showing my customers a preview of their cart (with a dynamic table). After one intent I'm also generating them a discount code coupon with Klaviyo (my store is on Shopify). Now, in my follow-up email, I want to show them again their cart, but this time with the comparison price with their discount. Sometimes I also have bulk offers in my store, which already have a comparison price. How can I show them now the comarison price of my bulk offers, but also a comparison price with their individual discount (that in case of a bulk offer which also got a special discount they have two crossed-out prices and the new price with discount, and in case of a standard product they just have one crossed-out price and the new price with discount)? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have information on email conversion when using Canva vs Klaviyo to design? I just joined a webinar that said using Klaviyo’s editor makes better converting emails but Canva designed emails looks so much better. Does anyone have any insights?

Feature Requests: Various Email Editor & Popup Editor

I’ve been using Klaviyo nearly every day for the past 2 years and find myself custom coding a lot of things to gain greater control over element styles (where I can). I’m requesting these features for 3 reasons:Speed up the time it takes to create an email (minimal-no coding within text blocks) Provide greater control over styling, allowing for more unique designs Maintain client-friendly templates (no dealing with coded blocks) These are the most common things I would LOVE to see: Email EditorAdd border-radius as a UI option for images. And add an option to control hover styling. Add text-alignment UI option for images (alt text always shows up left-aligned and looks bad in center-aligned designs). Leave 18px (default mobile padding) when full width on mobile is selected for buttons; or have an option to toggle the 18px on/off. And add an option to control hover styling. Add valign=”middle” to split blocks.Add ability to control individual column padding in split blocks and use class=

Product image size

Hi dear community, I am reaching out today since I need a little bit of help around the sizing within dynamic tables for products. For example, in my order confirmation, shipping confirmation and in any email where I need to showcase products that my customers have been browsing and have bought. I feel like the text and the picture never really comes out clean and the way I want it to. Dynamic Coupons apply to one-time purchase only, not subscriptions.

Is there currently a solution so that dynamic coupons can also be applied for subscriptions in combination with the normal Shopify checkout page? We are using Seal Subscriptions.

Show/Hide Logic Based on Property Number Value

Looking to create Dynamic Block based on a contacts Property that has numbers. Example. Contact will see image 1 if their Property value for Current Sales is between .01 and 10000.00. Contact will see image 2 if their Property value for Current Sales is between 10000.01 and 20000.0.I know i can use a flow and automate a new property based on the value but am looking for a solution where i can just use the Show/hide option based directly on this one Current Sales property rather than having to create another one based on that value.
