Product Review emails

Hello, How customizable are the emails for products? For example, I want to send an email to people who viewed the product and the email will have different reviews like product review amounts, or testimonials from the product page it self on that certain product. Is there any coding or is this possible?

I have invalid Syntax and I don't know what to do

Hi Klaviyo community, Please help if you can! Here’s an image of my one e-mail. Somehow all the text seems to be hyperlinked towards the end of the mail. But when I click on the text in the editor to check if it’s linked, it isn’t.  How do I fix this?  Any help will be greatly appreciated as it says I can’t send mails as the error is syntax is broken.  Warm regards,Rox

Google annotations

I know there was another thread on this from a couple of years ago, however, they didn’t seem to find an answer. Has anyone been able to successfully use google annotations in their emails in order to feature promos and image carrousels in customers' preview inboxes?And if so, how?! I am pretty useless when it comes to HTML

Resize image without HTML

Without needing any custom HTML, is there a way to resize an image within a column section (2 columns, split 30/70 image/text)? When it stacks on mobile, the image is too large.  The other option is to not have it stack on mobile, but the alignment is off and the image is too small, and top left justified.

Email formatting issue?

Hi!My email looks great when viewed in browser, but when viewing in Outlook - where I’ve used the split blocks, the images in outlook are huge, and makes the text look totally off and really thin down the side. Both images are set to “auto” max width. See photos below.How it should look:How it looks in Outlook: Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

How do I display the product vendor on my Order Confirmation emails?

I am rebuilding my order confirmation template to import into Shopify but I want to display: Item NameItem VendorPrice but for the life of me I can’t find a comprehensive library of tags and/or variables to use anywhere. Does any know what the tag for Vendor is??

Set up a company so that letters are sent to future users

We want the user who got to our site to get a 10% discount by entering his email in the popup. The coupon itself should come to the email of our buyer.We set up the popup, coupons, lists and campaign by tying it all together. But the company comes only to previously added users. How to set up a coupon email for new users?

Issue with button display with the new email Editor in Outlook

Any one else frustrated that using HTML code for buttons in the new editor does not work for Outlook - but the classic editor works fine??!! I get that the new editor has more functions, but if the output does not yield clean emails, then whats the point!! PLEASE KEEP THE CLASSIC EMAIL BUILDER

New Editor Product Grid Feature Request

I’d like to be able to make a product grid dimensions display responsively. Such as being 3 across on desktop, but only 2 across on mobile. I rarely want to stack the products ...makes the whole email too long usually. I can fake responsiveness by duping the grid and changing the settings and visibility, but it makes the file size bigger.

How do I level neighboring tables in a template?

I am trying to create a table in an email I am migrating/ rebuilding from our old EDS but am struggling to get things lined up right.There doesn’t seem to be an option to standardise the size of columns or rows in my table , so if the images are not all the same size I cant pad around them to make it even.This is in Klaviyo, without the ability to set a standard depth of each row, the second row starts at varying levels in each tableThis is what I’m aiming to replicate from our old EDS where the text is still level even though the images are not consistent in size I have also found that to get these 3 columns to stack appropriately in mobile I need to use the “Columns” layout with a small 1 column 2 rows “Table block” in each of the three columns the layout creates - this is because a normal table just compresses and a “split” Block is limited to 2 where I need 3. Thank you

Show/Hide Logic and Custom Field from Quiz Software

Hi I have a situation where I have data coming in from quiz software that populates a custom fieldThis comes in this kind of structure Answer1-Answer2-Answer3-Answer4.I want to achieve 2 things with this dataSend a welcome email that goes to a bespoke URL for each scenario. Segment by the different answersMy main issue is I have over 200 variations! So my show/hide logic statements would be ridiculously long and maybe not even possible. I presume Gmail would clip the email straight away as well as it would essentially have 200 buttons going to 200 different URLs in it.So is the best solution to get the bespoke URL sent over somehow via an API from the quiz software rather than go through the pain of all the conditional statements that would essentially be structured like the below.Show button if person|lookup:'Quiz results:'==Answer1-Answer2-Answer3-Answer4''Just making sure there is nothing obvious I’m missing.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Thanks

How to fix Klaviyo coupon code is invalid at checkout on shopify

Hello Community, I set up a coupon code on Klaviyo to be sent to new subscribers when they get the first email. However, I want to test it out first before I activate the flow, but whenever I try inputting the code at checkout on my Shopify store, it tells me that the code is invalid. How do fix this, please? PS: The coupon text is correctly typed.

Why did my flow not send after I back-populated?

Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.

Design Question: Split email color block

Hi Everyone,I am new to using Klayvio so I’m sorry if this seems like a dumb question but, i was wondering if something like this is possible to so with the split block. Different image for desktop and mobile version

I wanted to understand if there's an option to add different images for desktop and mobile version? We're creating our email flows and want mobile users to see a different version of our images than desktop users, is there an option to create this? I only see "mobile optimisation" and "image stacking" options. Thank you

Hello, Klaviyo Community :)  Im a little new in Klaviyo and I need your help with something related with the subtitle newsletters :) I would like to know how I can add space in the subtitle of the newsletters.
