How to import birthday contact list to existing klaviyo profile

Hi Everyone, Need some help please, been trying to search but couldn't find the right answer. Can anyone give guidance on how to do it: I wanted to update contact lists that are already in Klaviyo with their birthday. Can anyone advise on how to import this contact to the profile? I already create the CVS file for this that include: email address - first name - last name - birthday (MM/DD) We just want to update the contact that already in Klaviyo, how to make sure not to import any new contact in there? (we are taking the data from our MailChimp, some contact is not in the Klaviyo) Thank you so much in advance

Pausing and resuming entire flow

Hello! We’ve got fulfilment issues and are looking to ‘pause’ our flows as they are promotional emails.The flow contains 7 emails across 100 days. Ideally we’d like to ‘freeze’ the activity so that if someone is queued up to receive email 2 they, they stay there and don’t flow through, and once we’re ready to put the flow back live, we can manually send out emails to queued people (without them being queued up for multiple emails) and resume the activity from where it was. I’m aware that emails can be put on ‘draft’ but I believe that doesn’t prevent people from ‘flowing through the flow’ so someone might end up being queued up for multiple emails (depending on how long it’s paused for).  Has anyone got any idea of how best to approach this?

Enabling store staff to communicate with local customers

Hi I was wondering if anyone has managed to enable their colleagues in store to communicate with local customers, either in a 1-to-many way (advertising special offer / events for example) or in a 1-2-1 way (private shopping follow-up for VIPs)?Either using Klaviyo directly or integrating another platform/app to Klaviyo to manage data capture and management (permissions) in one place. ThanksLeo

Product registration via sign up form

Hi community   wondering if anyone’s ever done anything similar. We sell d2c as well as through some wholesalers. For our customers that purchase direct from us, we have a great service program that they enter into that after a certain amount of time after purchase, Klaviyo emails them info about our repairs and other things. We’d love to offer something similar for wholesale customers.An obvious solution was a dedicated embedded sign up form where customers would follow a QR code included with their purchase to this sign up form, where we’d then enter them into a flow. However, we’re stuck on the scenario where a customer purchases subsequent items and follows the code to the form again - we don’t want them to leave their current flow (if they’re still in it - the flow can be 2-3 years in length as they’re not throwaway items and we promote in-house repairs), but we want their new item to receive the same. The only thing I can think of is if they re-entered the flow by adding a + to t

Big problem with Klaviyo

Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.Can you help me solve my problem?DALLMER Nicolas

Conditional trigger split by fulfilment status

Hi all,  I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow.  Can someone help me in this case? Thanks so much in advance! Natascha

Using MyStore.com in Flow instead of mystore.myshopofy.com

Hello, My problem is that {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} returns mystore.myshopify.com as oppose to mystore.com. I asked support and they said I should change that from Integrations → Shopify → Store URL However, that was misleading advice as the Store URL must follow the pattern mystore.myshopify.com I am not sure how to fix this. I obviously don’t want to send my potential customers to another URL than my store’s. Thanks in advance

Can I Create a Sign up/Pop Up form based on Cart Value?

Hi, would it be possible to create a signup form / pop up based on the customers cart value? For example to inform the customer that since they have spent over £100 they can claim a free item? At the moment we are using JustUNO for this but would prefer to be using Klaviyo if possible. Thanks in advance for any help!

Klaviyo sign up form not displaying on Webflow site

Klaviyo sign-up form not dislpaying on Webflow site.I am having trouble viewing my sign up form on my Webflow site. I have installed the snippet code (as per Klaviyo suggested), I have made sure it’s within a container in Webflow, published it, and I am not able to see it displayed. I went to the published site in a separate tab, and I do see that the code is sitting there where it should be through “Inspect” on Google browser. Am I missing something? I have done this before, put Klaviyo sign-up forms on many sites, but my luck here is just not coming through. Any ideas? Thanks.

My abandoned cart flow is not working, have I done something wrong?

Hi,I use woocommerce & flatsome theme, I have setup an abandoned cart flow and cannot seem to get this working. I have read that there may be issues with having a single checkout page, which is restricted to my theme, but surely there must be a workaround? Can anyone help

High bounce rate (t-online.de addresses)

Hello,we recently decided to move from our old ESP to Klaviyo and unfortunately I’m experiencing some issues on the deliverability for our 2 German accounts.In particular we get are getting bounce rate between 4 and 8% due to the large amount of @t-online.de address we have in our lists which are all bounced.Is there some solution/best practice to avoid this problem and set those t-online.de email as “safe”?Thanks in advance for the helpAline

Drop Down on Mobile

Hi there, I have a drop down on my sign up form for klaviyo for shoe sizes however on mobile the drop down option doesn’t seem to work. I am not able to scroll further down the options and select larger sizes. Any help?

Anyone elses open rates dropped overnight by 50%??

Morning Team - this week we’ve seen our open rates drop by 1/3 and then ½ against our averages. Presumably due to the IOS changes? Our CTR are also down. Is anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions for how to combat it?ThanksRob

Coupon Code

Hi ! Does anyone have a solution how to create dynamic coupon code in Klaviyo with the settings that a customer has to buy something different, to get a specific product for free. Something like Buys X gets Y for free. Is this possible? Or do you know a workaround how to set this up? Would be super important. Thank you!

Customer data upload

We have just moved over from Mailchimp to Klaviyo & are currently moving over customer data that has been captured during the move. Out of 60 customers, 40 of them failed to upload due to a formatting erro which I believe to be the format of the dates. Once I make the changes to this data & upload to Klaviyo, how can I overwrite this duff info (date format being written wrong way) to ensure it doesnt happen again?
