Product Price - Metadata - WooCommerce

Hi!I noticed that for the ‘Viewed Product’ event, that the price isn’t populating like the other data points, it is coming through as metadata. My theory is that this is causing issues with our Browse Abandonment flow, as we have a price requirement on the flow and I don’t think Klaviyo is reading the product prices.Does anyone have guidance on how to troubleshoot andfix this?We switched over to a Wordpress/Woocommerce website a month ago, and we do have the Klaviyo/WooCommerce integration set up.

Hi there, How do I set up the discount rule for uploaded discount codes in Klaviyo? I want to use the uploaded unique codes for birthdays giving the subscriber 15% off a certain collection when they enter their unique code in checkout. Thank you, Ebony

Subscribers are joining in the middle of my Birthday countdown flow - how do I avoid that?

Hi :) I have created a Birthday countdown flow, that starts 2 weeks before a persons birthday. The first mail in the flow contains an early birthday discount. 1 week before a persons birthday, they will recieve an email that reminds them to use their birthday discount. The problem is I noticed a lot of the subscribers doesn’t receive the first email, but only the second email (the reminder). I guess it must be because, when they sign up and add their birthday there is already less the 2 weeks untill their birthday, which is why the first email is not sent to them? How do I avoid this problem?

"My product requires sending a sample design to the customer after they place an order for them to review and make edits. Is there any direct 'variable event' that can send our trial product into an email? We design the sample product using an external web, so each time there's a design, we have to manually send it to each customer.P.s. I noticed a new feature called "webhook". What can I do with it?Thank you very much."

Welcome series template help

Hi, I deleted the automated discount code generator in the Klaviyo template and I cannot find anywhere to insert it back? It is in the Welcome sequence flow. How can I add this back?

Wanting to automatically reset the sign up form count down timer

Our team is wanting to automatically reset the sign up form count down timer at midnight every night. Seems like the two options are either set a date/time of countdown expiring OR set a timer length that starts when visitor sees the timer.Is there a way to do automatically set the countdown timer for the end of each day?

Flow set up

Hi can someone please check if my flow set up is correct? I want to resent an email to non-openers after 3 days, afterwards they should just continue the flow. I am not really sure if time delay is correct so they will receive next mail at the right time or if it is extended by the specified time of 3 and 4 days and will take them longer to come back into the flow.  Thanks :)

I want a Sign Up form that only shows when I click a button

Hello,I have a drip campaign I’m using for certain subscriber lists. In one of those emails, I want to add a button that leads to a Sign-Up form where subscribers can update their information. This is because some subscribers might be missing critical information for a later stage.I already created my Sign Up form but don’t know how to add it as a link on my email template. Can someone help?

Can't send my first newsletter campaign

Hi all,I’m so so bummed.I need help sending my first campaign.  :-(1. I created my template design.2. I chose the template.3. There is no “Save and Exit” or “Send” option in my User Interface or user experience.Just “Save” (for the template).No “Send”.I’m in the bad hellish cycle of clicking on my campaign (in “Draft” mode), and then just pulling the Template I created into the Content view, and then…No way to Send.  Just “Save” over and over and over again.Anyone have an idea for how to save me from this UX?    Bottom of screen view:   Template I add (with nothing to do but “edit template” or Cancel out)

Subscription driven revenue reporting

Hi Community,I want to focus more on ReCharge revenue tracking and have some problems with this.When i build reports using Shopify Tags: Active Subscriber I have different result in comparison to using Start Recharge subscription parameter. Can you maybe advice how to build the report so i can track weekly how many new Recharge subscription i gained and how many i loose? (also i need to have revenue and product there).

Are you allowed to change someone's email address if its been entered wrong?

Looking at some of our hard bounces I can see that some people have entered their email addresses wrong i.e. blahblah@blah.con when it should be .com at the end.  Am I allowed to change this without infringing any compliant rights?

Is a Suppressed Profile part of the "existing Profile" in sign up form targeting?

Hi, I just wanted to get clarity on the above. I have a new SMS sign up form that I want to only show to my current email subscribers and exclude SMS subscribers. I’m asking because there’s an option in Sign up form Targeting that says: Show to any existing profile And I’m not sure if that includes the suppressed profile? Here’s my current set up: This is the targeting I thought of for my new SMS sign up This is the definition of my “Email Subscribers” segment which are all not suppresed Thank you for any clarification!

Google/Yahoo sender reqs. with 2 differing domains

I have been trying to get this Sender Requirements worked out. Only just found out this was an issue, so there’s that.Received this in an email the other day:Aligned DomainUh oh, looks like you’ve recently sent some emails that don’t match up. Maropost (neto) Site - when newsletter checkbox at checkout selected send info to Klaviyo list?

I have a maropost/neto site that has a checkbox for newsletter sign-up on checkout page.  Currently when the box is checked it accomplishes very little:  Adds “Newsletter Subscriber” to customer details.  Is it possible to have this checkbox connect to klaviyo and send info and add them to list, etc?I have zero experience with integration and API etc.

Segment delay making pop up forms useless

So I’m trying to attach my pop up form to my welcome flow, but it takes 7 minutes or more for the segmentation to update, making the pop up form very inefficient.How can I get my pop up form to trigger my welcome flow immediately?

Can you use api_key in header instead of querystring?

When using the REST API you are supposed to authenticate with the api_key parameter in the querystring. A lot of logging systems automatically store querystrings in their access-logs so this is security-wise considered bad practice.It would be better to also he able to authenticate by putting the api_key in the header. I have tried and it does not look like it is used if i only move the property to the header. Has anyone gotten this to work?
