Hi everyone,We’re a B2B e-commerce, and we also sell through our sales team via sales orders using Netsuite. We’re considering having Klaviyo as our main marketing platform but for this we’d need to make sure we’re able to sync a good amount of custom fields into Klaviyo via our new CRM (either Salesforce or Zoho, not decided yet). Both platforms seem to only sync default lead fields though.Has anyone synced custom fields via SFDC or Zoho? Which 3rd party did you use? And can you create segments/reports with these custom fields?
Hey thereI installed Klaviyo on my shopify store. when am trying to insect the page for error, i found this message Cannot load klaviyo.js multiple times for the same site. Skipping account "YbU9h2". Active account is "YbU9h2" I wonder if there any possible solution to clear that warning. Thanks
If you integrated with Facebook, but don’t see your Facebook page on the dropdown menu for Lead Ad settings in Klaviyo, the problem might be that the Facebook user who integrated with Klaviyo doesn’t have admin permissions on the associated page. The Facebook user who integrates with Klaviyo must have admin permissions on the associated Facebook Page in order for Lead Ads to work correctly. The only Facebook Pages available are those where the user has admin permissions. If you don't see the page you’re looking for when integrating, then the user who integrated with Facebook doesn't have admin permissions. After adding a user as an admin, it’s important to remove and re-add the integration so that it will work properly. To learn how to add a user as an admin, check out this post:Another way to solve this issue is by removing and re-adding the integration, and when you re-add, make sure to use a profile who already has admin permissions for the page. The Facebook user with the proper pa
I have the Woocommerce integration setup and functionning properly but I need to push the language setting to Klaviyo for the Started Checkout event. Without this it’s imposible to use the abandoned cart or the signup directly in the checkout.I already know how to get my language from WPML but need to push this property to Klaviyo.
Hi, new to Klaviyo even though we have been setup for a year. Woocommerce integration appears to show customers and subscribers, however only “Started Checkout” events are being shown. We have no data on placed orders or any of the other events. Have tried looking for a solution, so any help is appreciated.ThanksRoss
I successfully set up Segmen/Klaviyo integration on my staging site using segment’s visual tagger. It worked perfectly to track purchases, pages viewed, etc on my site. Once i pushed everything live, all that data stopped coming into klaviyo.Obviously the staging/production urls are different so i went into my klaviyo settings to update my URL. To no avail. Is there something i’m missing?
I integrated Klaviyo and Woocommerce based on the steps based here:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#overview0 However after that, while checking the Placed Order Metric, the Order Item shows as empty in Klaviyo. Any leads as to what may have gone wrong?
HiQUESTION(s):1a. Is it normal for “active on site” to trigger without triggering “viewed product”? If yes, then; 1b. Is there a way to extract product category information from active profiles that only have “Active on site” activity? Or is there a way to install a code for “active on site” to return to klaviyo the product category (or any product info) or page url.PLATFORM: BigcommerceCONTEXT:I’m working on creating profile segments based on product categories and my current approach is creating filters within “viewed products”, “started checkout” and “placed order”, where the respective product category is present. However, I noticed there’re lots active profiles that visited product pages but only triggered “active on site” and not “viewed product”, even though the “active on site” URL clearly shows a product page visit. It's a little frustrating because there's no way to dynamically get information on which product/product category the profile visited. I can only get that informatio
Earlier today we had a change on our team, and the person that was the “owner” of our Klaviyo account is no longer with our company. We had them removed from the account, but now we’re having issues with our Magento integration not synching. Could this be an issue with the credentials changing? Any insight would be appreciated. I did a chat with support and they couldn’t help, but did set up for tech support to email me. It’s getting close to the end of the week here, so would really like to get this resolved before the weekend. Thanks!
I have read and followed some other threads on this here in the community but can’t seem to work out why the customer signup from shopify is not syncing to klaviyo. I have followed this https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080407-Integrate-with-Shopify#sync-your-shopify-newsletter-subscribers-to-a-klaviyo-list2So my settings and code looks fine to me. The emails get synced when under shopify integration i do re-import historical data at the bottom but not automatically as it should. What am I missing? Please help!
I’ve created a product feed with my Magento 2 integration to include all products of a specific category. The ordering is set to Random and the metric to Ordered Product. This category contains a maximum of 5 products at a time and changes every week. When a product is removed from the category it is disabled as well in Magento. When viewing the preview or sending myself a test email including a product feed, the feed includes products that are no longer associated to this category and are also disabled. When clicking on one of the products displayed in the email, it redirects to a 404 page since the product no longer exists. Is there a way to prevent products from remaining in the product feed? I’ve specified the item filter to limit the products to a specific category but that doesn’t appear to work.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
HiWe’ve integrated Magento2 with Klaviyo successfully. The issue we have now, is when we enabled “order confirmation” email flow in Klaviyo, it’s working but it’s showing the wrong Magento order #. How can we fix this issue? What are all of the available parameters for us to use in this use case to show more order information in the email if we wanted to? Can we present the tax, total and other $ related information better Thank you all in advanced. Mike H.7Rock Marketing
I don’t know what is going on but can someone please help with this situation! This is what it is saying but for some strange reason my email won’t intergrate at all Before You SendAll new accounts go through an initial account verification check. For some accounts, this requires a manual review. To reduce the chance your account has to participate in the Manual Review, we recommend integrating Klaviyo with your ecommerce platform, as well as your previous email service provider (if applicable), prior to sending your first campaign.
Hello, I followed the required steps to embed a signup form, but klaviyo.js script doesn’t load because browser blocks it. I was able to see it on Safari but Chrome blocks it.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to Shopify, I didn’t add anything manually except the form.Currently I’m using mydomain.myshopify.com URL instead of www.mydomain.com. Is it the problem?Any ideas? Thanks!
I am new to Klaviyo and have created my first signup form, added my public API key to Wordpress page and got confirmation it was installed right.I go to add my form code (<div class="klaviyo-form-xxxx"></div>) to a code block (I’m using Avada theme) and I get nothing. No form appears.I tried adding it as a widget using the Wordpress plugin but that didn’t work either. My form is Live but it won’t display.Any advice would be great.
Hi there,i am using Shopify and i would like to make some slight modifications to the back in stock modal, not a complete custom solution but:Make the heading in bold letters Gray-out the variant dropdown Add letter spacing in the button Change some of the font sizes ideally change the size of the modalIs this doable through some extra variables? if not what’s a good solution? I was hoping there was a designer tool like the sign up forms but it doesn't seem like.
We create emails that include content related to products in our catalog. Sometimes these products do not appear as choices when selecting products from the feed to insert into the template. My assumption is that for some reason, our product feed filters only for products that people have viewed recently. Since our catalog doesn’t get a lot of traffic, we often have many products missing. So, how can I configure the product feed to include every single active product in our WooCommerce store, regardless of whether people have viewed those products?
I discovered this box while testing my site for bugs; I did read the other thread about it (mysterious checkbox on woo) and no matter what I do here, the checkbox is still there regardless - until I deactivate the plugin itself. What do I do? I feel this will definitely deter a potential customer considering they don’t know what’s being optional. Thanks! Using woocommerce as well, all plugins up to date.
Hello, anyone know how to use Klaviyo on a http site? Klaviyo is added to the site, but an error is thrown:“Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://a.klaviyo.com/api/onsite/identify?c=xxxxx' from origin 'http://xxx.xxx.xx' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.”It only works if the site has https.Cheers,Danny
