Hello everyone, Quick question about Klaviyo reviews. Is there a way to get the reviews showing on both the product page/homepage and a stand-alone page that houses all of the reviews on my Shopify store? If so, how do I achieve that? Thanks!
After trying to connect Klaviyo to Woocommerce, I’m getting this error. Please see my video recorded during the integration: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/8255528?key=f1f3d703d3c01112fe87f7d507e5bbbd Update error: Your Authentication credentials have expired or are invalid. Please restart the integration process.Details: Unable to access API with credentials specified.
To collect more leads, I set up an ad in FB using the instant form and set up the integration between Klaviyo and Facebook Ads to bring the new leads back into Klaviyo. I have everything set up and the leads are flowing back into Klaviyo...but I’m still learning all of the details of setup. I think I understand the purpose behind the Custom Audience Sync option of the integration, just not how to fully utilize that yet. My question is regarding this first ad setup. Because my goal is to garner new subscribers through this FB ad, I wouldn’t use the custom audience sync or use the sync in the lead ad campaign, correct? IF I understand the purpose behind that, it would be used more for re-engaging current subscribers by targeting them through a campaign.Am I on the right track? If so, would I still want to set up the sync, just not use it in my campaign? Thanks so much in advance!!
Hi there, I’ve a B2B website, and I want to integrate it with Klaviyo. This is not an ecommerce website, it has the option to collect leads via lead forms on the website and nothing else. How can I integrate this with Klaviyo? I do not only want to integrate the signup form from klaviyo on my website, I want complete integration because I want to sent automated emails (flows) to those who have visited specific pages on my website.Note*There are no add to cart, check out options on this website, therefore what metrics should I consider installing?
Hi there everyone,I’m struggling fixing the carousel only showing 3 reviews AND it only stays on the left side of my desktop when I go to my website. Please see below: Is there a way to feature MORE in one showing? Is there a way to at least get it centered, if not?Thank you
When calling the create profile API on my integrated website, when the contact has a dupe record in the database a error message is populating when submitting a form, anyway of overriding this this to allow this in the system and to merge with the relevant contact instead of a error message?
Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio- Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you
I want to create a price drop trigger for a flow but none of my products are triggering.I’m using a Magento 2 integration. I’m noticing that the special_from_date field has the date the product was added to the site but it isn’t something that our erp updates (which is a non-issue everywhere else because the Special Date is always active)Does the Klaviyo price drop trigger relay on some change in the special_from_date attribute?
Customer is not in Klaviyo. Pays with an email that’s not in Klaviyo. Then his profile is reflected under Stripe integration’s “Successfully Paid” under Metrics/Activity Feed. A new profile is created with the customer’s email. Would LOVE to see the customer’s name in their new profile. Presumably can be passed by Stripe to Klaviyo somehow? Possible? (cars drive themselves now, right? :)
I was very surprised: Klaviyo billed me 3 times for the same period. When I contacted support, they mentioned that due to auto upgrades and downgrades within minutes, there is a technical mechanism that invoices the user multiple times. So I asked for a refund as it was clearly a technical error. However, there seems to be no leeway to fix this error. Klaviyo never reimbursed the overcharge. This is very frustrating for me and I don't understand this "customer service" at all ... very disappointed, Klaviyo!
Hello! I hope you can help me. I installed the Klaviyo “Back in stock” plugin for the Shopify store and the “Notife me when available” button doesn’t look like I want(picture1). The Warehouse theme has been installed. Can someone tell me what and where exactly I should change so that the button looks like on picture 2? I really hope for your help!
This way of integrating the possibility of leaving a review in the email is not working.ExampleI followed all the steps in this guide: https://support.judge.me/en/support/solutions/articles/44002411492-add-judge-me-aggregate-star-ratings-to-klaviyo-emailsAnd when it comes to sending the test email, everything appears blank.I am working with:WordPress Woocommerce Judge.me KlaviyoThank you
Hi, We’re having issues and have found that Magento 2 started checkout trigger is not syncing with Klaviyo. See below information:Klaviyo don't seem to be calling our API We replicated their API call and had no issues First arose around 1st April. 7th April it started syncing again. 11th April the sync stops. Other Magento 2 triggers seem to be syncing every hour as normal. We’re not sure if this is a widespread issue and/or steps we can take to solve asap. Thanks,
We see that Klaviyo allows to store and query a specific property called `push_token` inside a profile, however we can’t seem to be able to update this property say from a client device that accepted notifications. Currently we solve this issue by setting a custom attribute when sending the client update profile event. Is there a cleaner way to do this or will this be considered for a future API release?
We have a custom form on our website that sends emails to our backend, which we are then trying to add to Klaviyo through a double-opt in list via this endpoint: /profile-subscription-bulk-create-job The issue is, every time we send the email over to Klaviyo on production we get a response of 202, which based on previous Klaviyo community posts on this topic means Klaviyo thinks we are being list bombed and successfully received the request but aren’t processing it.What should we do? We are only receiving about 2000-3000 emails per day.
How to set up Klaviyo events for Email Subscriptions as conversions on Google Ads and launch a conversion campaign?
How can I set up Klaviyo events for Email Subscriptions as conversions on Google Ads and launch a conversion campaign? I don't have much coding expertise, so I've searched the entire internet for solutions. Please advise if I should use Zapier as an intermediary to integrate Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Ads. Is there a simpler method? I've already integrated Klaviyo with Shopify and synchronized my lists and segments with Google Ads. If I install Zapier on my Shopify website, do I need to import the lists and segments to Google Ads through Zapier again? What's the best approach for managing different integrations between various platforms?Setting up a custom Google event code directly on my website is challenging for me.
I have integrated ‘Active on site’ and ‘Order Placed’ via my server side container. The order placed event has the transaction ID and transaction value and is tracked correctly in Klaviyo. When trying to track products in the order, or Viewed Products, i'm having issues to send the correct product data.Client side in my web container I have a GA4 tag which fires on all the events, and sends it to the server, on the server, the GA4 client handles the request and the Klaviyo server side tag (based on stape.io template for Klaviyo) is triggered. How/Where do I convert my the product data (in GA4 format) to the Klaviyo format?
Hello everyone,I know it might sound kind of basic, but we are building an integration to Klaviyo and was wondering if it was possible for a customer to set “Phone number” as primary key of their Profiles, and that allows having Profiles with no email but phone number…With this in place, I could be able to create a Profile (via API) with just a phone number and no email. Thanks in advance!
