WooCommerce Products are not synced

Hey,  i installed and connected the woocommerce klavijo Plugin like it is described in your article. I synced the existing date. I got the info about my contacts and the metric is working as well. But if i click the “Products” menu item, there is nothing and i get the suggestion to set up an integration to sync products. What i am doing wrong? I dont see any log or error states. Please help me out. This is very urgent for me.Best

Problem with klaviyo review importation

​   I’m installing Klaviyo Review at the same time as I’m transitioning my Woocommerce site to Shopify. I try to import my review from Woocommerce to Klaviyo reviews but I end up with the following error message:I have checked my products, the ID is correct and they are marked as published in Klaviyo.

Typeform Quiz Results

Hi,I’m looking for guidance on the simplest way to gather Typeform Quiz Results which can then be used as Flow Triggers in Klaviyo please.I’ve read previous community threads but how to achieve this is unclear.I have Typeform and Klaviyo integrated and syncing correctly.What I am trying to achieve is flows based on Quiz results eg: “Which animal are you?”Then filter Pandas, Quokkas, Sausage Dogs into relevant segments which will trigger flows.Do I need a third party tool to achieve this, or is there a workaround please?NB: I am a Klaviyo Partner, looking to achieve this on behalf of a client. Issues with Google Shopping feed and Reviews

I'm trying to sync the Google Shopping feed with the reviews, but I'm experiencing issues because the shopping feed link provided by Klaviyo has empty fields for the product ID and brand, as shown below:<product><product_ids><brands><brand/></brands></product_ids>Anyone with the same issue, who knows how to fix it?

How do I automatically add someone to my list if they have made a purchase using a stripe payment link

I’m selling a pdf guide through my website using a button with a stripe payment link. Once osmeone makes a purchase I would like to add them to my list but `i’m not sure how to do this.  Once they’re on my list I’d like to trigger a workflow to send them a link to my guide.  WOuld appreciate help on this. I have two email opt ins on my woocommerce checkout - will klaviyo sync if removed?

So I have one email opt in from woocommerce, and since I want to collect to klaviyo as well I have it enabled in woocommerce klaviyo settings. But this results in me having two opt ins.If i turn off the klaviyo sided one since I can’t figure out how to turn of woocommerce one, will they still sync and work in tandem?

Trying to add Klaviyo to my WP subscribe form on my homepage

Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio-  Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you

Georgias Integration Pulling In Emails It shouldn't

Hello!We are experiencing an odd issue where a bunch of emails that have interacted with our support inbox are being pulled into Klaviyo. I’m starting to think having the support email being connected to Gorgias and Klaviyo was a bad idea.Anyway, the issue is it was pulling in proxy emails from Amazon & Walmart, but also a bunch of others like support emails from services we use; like notifications@discord.com, @usps.com, etc.We ended up sending a sunset flow to a bunch of emails that we shouldn’t have.Has anyone encountered this before? How do we prevent this?The only thing I can think of is to manually download a csv file and remove the good email address then reupload as a suppressed list?

Klaviyo Reviews

I have my reviews flow set up. when I test the flow and click a star to review, I get an invalid link. I see the area in the template to edit the link address, but I am not sure what to put there. Any help would be appreciated :)I’ve also made my Review Submissions form, how do my customers get to that?

Klaviyo UTM Parameters not pulling through to Shopify?

Hello, we appear to be having problems with tracking parameters on our Shopify store We recently sent an email which contained a discount code to a very small pool of people. In Klaviyo, I can see the profiles who opened the email, clicked a link in the email then made a purchase. However in Shopify, the conversion summaries for these orders are showing as ‘Direct to your store’ Does anyone have any advice as to why this is happening and how to resolve?

Can anyone shed light on how Klaviyo is tracking ‘Package Delivered’ metric as par tof the paid Review plan. I use AusPost E-parcel in Australia and international delivery. Delete old products from deleted integration in Klaviyo

We formerly had a Shift4Shop store using Klaviyo’s Shift4Shop integration. We switched to Shopify, and disabled/deleted the Shift4Shop integration. On our integrations page, there is no reference to the Shift4Shop integration at all. Unfortunately, the old products are still active. They were last updated in April, when I switched off the Shift4Shop integration. I would like to delete them, but cannot figure out how. I sent a support ticket, but the help desk does not seem to understand my problem or have an answer that makes sense.

Email Consent Never Subscribed Woo Commerce

Hello everyone,I have the following issue:I imported my contacts via the WooCommerce Klaviyo Connector. While the import was successful, all of my contacts have been marked with a "Never Subscribed" email consent status.From what I understand, this means I won't be able to send emails to these contacts. Is there a way to change the consent status for these contacts in bulk, considering that all of them have agreed to receive emails? If there's an API solution, I'd appreciate the details. If not, what would be the recommended workaround?In case i made something wrong in the Import how  can i delete these contacts in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help!

Getting "No results or results were out of date. Schedule a new estimation or wait for your estimation to complete." error on calling campaign estimation API

Does anyone know what’s happening here? I’m calling the /api/campaign-recipient-estimations/<campaign_id> endpoint, i first get all the user campaigns and then cycle through each campaign to get it’s recipient estimation, i’m getting this weird error{ "errors": [ { "id": "6f3bd40f-6a67-463e-a28c-02061e0e0027", "status": 404, "code": "error", "title": "A server error occurred.", "detail": "No results or results were out of date. Issue with Review Request Link Not Showing in SMS for Digital Order Review Flow

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Digital Order Review flow where the review request link isn’t displaying in the SMS. It works fine on my other regular Review Request flow though…The custom value I’m using for this is {{event.review_link}}, but for some reason, the link doesn’t appear in the message preview (?)The flow is triggered correctly when someone orders a digital product, but without the review link showing, there’s no way for recipients to click through and leave a review. I’m assuming that’s why it has no clicks as of writing. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?Thanks in advance for any help!

Product name on collection page Back in Stock popup is not localized/translared

I’ve implemented the proposed solution here for Back in Stock popup in Shopify collection page However, I can’t seem to figure out why the product name that the popup is showing is not being translated?  The issue is only occurring in the collection page but works fine in the product page. Has anyone figured out how to fix this?Thanks!

Push notifications in React Native on iOS with Firebase Messaging

I’m trying to add push notifications in a React Native app and following the guide in the React Native SDK for collecting push tokens (https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-react-native-sdk?tab=readme-ov-file#collecting-push-tokens) along with the example app (https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-react-native-sdk/blob/be289e22fbcf70e9e15942f874398064179e9b20/example/ios/KlaviyoReactNativeSdkExample/AppDelegate.mm). I’m trying to do the initialization and token collection steps from the React Native layer and I successfully sent a test push on Android. On iOS I already have a Firebase project configured but I’m confused about what I need to do in the AppDelegate based on the steps and the example app. My questions:Do the comments in the example app with step numbers (i.e. “iOS Installation Step 2”) refer to another setup guid I’m missing? or are they just in the example? Do I still need everything in the example app AppDelegate.mm other than the ‘useNativeImplementation’ parts and then add t

Shopify Combined Discount Option, Waiting for Klaviyo Implementation

Shopify announced on June 22, 2022 that they are finally adding a native combined/stackable discounts option https://www.shopify.com/discounts. I confirmed with Shopify Plus that this will be rolled out around June 27.I spoke w/ Klaviyo support to see what their timeline was for implementing this in the coupons section and it wasn’t on their radar. I do no see a plan to add this to our Coupons feature in Klaviyo on the upcoming Roadmap. However, I have submitted this feature request to our Product team to be considered as a feature to be added in the future. At this time I do not have a timeline on when this will be considered or released, but I have submitted this feedback to our team.Just putting this info out there for other Shopify merchants as this is a pretty big deal.

Shopify Discounts - Combinable Discount Codes via Klaviyo

As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify.For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard.
