Hello @kjb23! Thank you for your question!Let’s troubleshoot this….Is this for your campaigns and flows? or just a one-off campaign? Can you take a screenshot of the campaign details? See example below.   Is this happening in your inbox only or are clients stating the same issue?I actually updated the friendly from name for a client today and it changed to another name when I sent myself a test because I had the email saved in my inbox. I use Apple Mail - this might be an anomaly but wanted to share. It had never happened to me before.Looking forward to assisting you!Alexandra :)

Image Optimization in Klaviyo - Does it Exist?

15000 profiles but only 8000 in list

Hello @Woodtowater! Thank you for your question.Profiles represent all the emails that are in your Klaviyo regardless of subscription status. Active Profiles are the emails that are subscribed and should be mailable.See the example below.The account has 46k total profiles but only 24k are active and 22k are suppressed. The 24k is a combination of profiles that can be mailed to and if you have SMS in Klaviyo, accounts that you can send text messages to. You can have profiles that have email subscription only, sms subscription only or both email and sms. Let me know if this helped or feel free to share your screenshot of your profile count.Thank you for being a Klaviyo community member!

Thanks for the additional info @Andrea at Stormy !To me, it sounds like an email issue. Is this for a particular company? Can you ask them to add you as a safe sender?Unfortunately, it’s not a Klaviyo issue. Are you able to identify these users within Klaviyo in any way? If you can, then I would either exclude them from your emails or send them separately.Without understanding the specific details, it’s challenging to create a specific solution. Let us know if you have any questions or if we can help any further!Alex 🙂

Can we add a first name before our sender name?

Hi @Konic Group!As Andy stated, you can make your sender name anything you want. You want to ensure that it’s not too long but I would try different things based on the goal of the email. Here are some examples...Brand Name Simplicity: Simply using the store's name. Hi @Andrea at Stormy! Let’s try to troubleshoot this. I have a couple of questions.Do you have a screenshot by any chance? Is your audience B2B? The reason I ask is because Norton might be installed on their phones due to security requirements from their company.  Not sure why they would say it was sent to the junk folder? The scenario they are describing makes me think of email. Thanks!Alex 🙂
