sign-up form doesn't work

Hi Alessandra - welcome to the community and thank you for your question! Are you able to provide more details, so that we can troubleshoot your issue?  (screenshots to accompany the info are always very helpful!)is your Button Click Action configured to subscribe users to a list? which list? (see screenshot example below) do you have double opt-in activated?  (if so, users should receive a confirmation email which must be clicked in order for the user to be subscribed)

How do I merge two flows together

Hey @LitUp_Love  There are many ways to work around this, but I believe a solution for you is to use the Update Profile Property action at the end of your two flows to tag contacts who have completed it. To add the Update Profile Property action at the end of your flow: Drag and drop a Profile Property Update action into the flow. Click +Add Step. Click into the Choose property action dropdown. Choose Create Profile Property and create the property to help use it as a trigger. Then create a segment that includes these contacts tagged with the Profile Property you created and use this segment as part of your trigger for the general flow you want to put them in.  I hope this helps but we always here to help so let us know if you still experiencing and challenges.     Thank you @Kat Mofokeng; you beat me to it!

How do I merge two flows together

Hi @LitUp_Love - welcome to the community and thanks for asking your question! I would be glad to try to help. I don’t believe we can merge the flows, but we should be able to accomplish your goal...perhaps by having users exit your existing flows at a designated point and enter a new flow. Can you please provide a bit more detail about your existing flows and what you are trying to accomplish by merging them? What are the flow triggers for your current flows?  At what point would you like to merge them?  Can you provide screen shots of your flows, and the included filters and splits? Thanks and I look forward to your response.

I've sent a campaign and users are still queued

Hi @george12345245135124 - thank you for asking your question in the Klaviyo Community!  Can you please provide a bit more information about your scenario? Perhaps share a screen shot of the detail/status page for this campaign?Also, a few follow-up questions and/or potential causes: Is this campaign set to “Gradual send over several hours”? Is this campaign set to send via Recipient’s Local Timezone?If you created this email as a campaign (not a flow), then this email should not send to anyone outside of the recipient list that was confirmed at the time of send.

Hi @michnads - thanks for asking your question in the Klaviyo Community! I believe we should be able to find a way to build this segment. I’m happy to help you try! Can you please provide some additional details? What ecommerce integration are you using?  Are there any event(s) that are triggered when a customer receives a refund? (e.g. is there a transactional email that is sent to a profile when a refund is processed?)If there is no event that is triggered for a refund, then worst-case scenario...you should be able to export a contact list from your ecommerce platform and import it into Klaviyo with a custom profile property. Then you can build a segment based on that custom profile property in Klaviyo.  Hope that helps! If you’re able to share any unique event that is triggered by the refund, we can continue investigating segment building options for this use case. Thanks!

Business performance summary shows revenue

Hi @MeditatingMisfits - thanks for asking your question to the community. I noticed in your screen shot that the Shopify “Checkout Started” is the conversion metric currently selected. Therefore, the Business performance summary metrics displayed on the dashboard are calculated based on occurrences of that conversion metric. (So these “revenue” figures represent the total value of the orders tied to the “Checkout Started” events, not actual orders. Try selecting “Placed Order” as your conversion metric. If there have been zero “Placed Order” events in your Shopify store, then you should see zeros on this dashboard. I hope that helps!

From Gmail's Promotion Section to Primary Section.

Hi @USMarketer, Thanks for your question. Inbox placement is a critical concern for email marketers, as we all strive to position our emails as visibly as possible to our subscribers. Unfortunately, this is an area where we have minimal control, since inbox placement (including Gmail tabs) is determined primarily by the inbox provider (and the actual Gmail user). Furthermore, it is good to acknowledge that many of our marketing emails ARE promotional and SHOULD land in the Promotions tab. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as many users are aware and know to look in the Promotions tab for our emails (which can make users more apt to engage with our emails in the right place at the right time).There are some best practices we can (and should) follow as email marketers to protect and improve our sender reputation. These can help improve our odds for placement in the Primary tab. Follow Gmail’s bulk-sending guidelines, including domain authentication. This is simply mandatory. <link&g

Hi @lwiesing - great question...thanks for asking the community! Below is one idea you could try for your birthday flow use case.Create a segment like this...Definition: Properties about someone Dimension: Birthday  Filter: day is today...and then exclude that segment from your campaign send.  I hope that helps! Hi @Mikioi - thanks for bringing this question to the community. Yes!  Each list in your Klaviyo account has default consent page(s) for Subscribe, Manage Preferences, and Unsubscribe. You are able to easily customize each of these pages within Klaviyo, and they each have a unique URL that you can use to direct users directly to the page. Add to cart email flow

Hi @Kristen BL, Thanks for asking the community. I like your style with the post-purchase product pairing (PPPP?) flow!Which ecommerce platform are you using? You should be able to build a custom “add product to cart” URL (with coupon applied) within your ecommerce platform, and then copy/paste that URL into Klaviyo emails, buttons, etc. I have implemented this for clients on Shopify and WooCommerce. Rename universal content?

Hi @OliviaC - thanks for your question. I don’t believe it is possible to rename a piece of Universal Content that was previously inserted into any email templates. Below is a potential solution: Drag your intended Universal Content block into a template within the editor. Click “Unlink and Edit Independently” in the block sidebar. Click the star icon beside the newly inserted and unlinked block in the template.  Rename the new Universal Content block.This will not rename the previous Universal Content blocks that were previously inserted into any emails, but it WILL enable you to create a duplicate Universal Content block with a new name that you can use to replace the previous block. I hope that helps! Best way to use flows for pre-launch?

Hi @cantmail1 - below is a potential solution for your scenario…Instead of sending all 7 emails in an automated flow, you could create campaigns for some of the emails. This way, you can schedule them to be sent at a specific date/time. Create a segment for profiles who join your list via the pre-launch signup form, and then send those time-sensitive campaigns to that segment at the date/time that you wish. I hope this helps. Conditional Split Not Working as it Should

Hi @Kenedy - great question. I would recommend replacing the Conditional Split with a Trigger Split. Configure the Trigger Split as shown in the screenshot below. This should apply the $500 threshold to the Checkout Started trigger event. More info here: Klaviyo Help Center: How to add a trigger split to a flowI hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Should I integrate Square and Shopify with Klaviyo?

You can export a list or segment of profiles (contacts) from Klaviyo and then upload those profiles directly to Square. Hi Alulette,  Congrats on your migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, and welcome to the community!  One solution to your problem would be to utliize a custom profile property, such as “First Service Date”, for your existing subscribers. Create a CSV of existing customers Column A must contain email address (this is Klaviyo’s unique profile identifier) Insert a new column labeled “First Service Date” Paste each customer’s first service date into this column, in the same row as their email address (be sure the dates comply with an accepted Klaviyo date & time stamp format) Import the CSV into your selected list in KlaviyoMore details can be found in this Help Center guide: How to import profile properties using a CSV upload Then, you can create an automated flow that is triggered by this First Service Date property in each customer’s profile. You can insert various time delays between messages in the flow to deliver on the cadence you prefer. More details in this guide: How to create
