Dynamic coupon code for every three products purchased?

Hi @Iztok and thanks for the shoutout @ebusiness pros As you say, it's straightforward to achieve the first part of your use case: send a dynamic discount when a customer first reaches 3 products ordered -  a segment condition 'order product at least 3 overall time' plus a segment-triggered flow from that.However, contacts will only enter that segment/flow once when they reach 3 or more products, so a customer purchasing 5 products in their first order will get the initial 33% offer but they won't trigger the flow on their 6th purchase. One approach that I think will work is to create a metric-triggered flow so a customer meeting the flow conditions will enter it each time they order. Example flow below for 3, 6, 9 products. Notes: I’ve done this with conditional splits but you could have a linear flow with the conditional split conditions as additional filters on each email instead. Hi @Muhammad The approach I and @Victoria_ap_G  have described will work with segments.You create a segment based on a custom property. A contact will be added to the segment when a custom property is updated to meet the segment conditions.Then, you create a flow that’s triggered when a contact enters that segment. Below is an example segment for a custom property called ‘info_guides_emailed’ which is a list property. In this example, if a contact has the list values [“test”, ‘”other”] in that list custom property they will be added to the segment as I’ve used ‘contains test’ and type list.The issue I mentioned with updating a list custom property from a link click approach described by @Victoria_ap_G is that updating this custom propery with a new value, say, ‘new’, will overwrite and replace the existing values ‘test’ and ‘other’. At least that’s what i’ve found. Happy to be proved wrong!Does that explain it OK?RegardsAndy

Hi @Muhammad @Victoria_ap_G mentions a great way to update a custom property for a single value from a link click.However, the issue I’ve found with updating a custom property this way is that it won’t add multiple values to a list (array) - it just overwrites the existing value with the new value. Unless others on the forum say they’ve achieved this!You could create multiple custom properties that hold a single value, but that may get unwieldy.So, if you need to have multiple preference options for the contact to select e.g cake recipes, vegan recipes etc and want to store those in a list data-type. then customising a Klaviyo email preference page might be the way to go. Creating more than two trigger splits based on product purchased.

Welcome to the community @Blessing Joy A @Brian Turcotte  says, this is possible.From what you've shared, I've assumed:The first 'split based on # of purchases' is over all time The second 'split based on product' is relating to the products in the placed order trigger of the flowIf so:If there is little difference between email 1a, 1b etc, I recommend using a block or section with display logic configured to show that block to the relevant contacts. That way you only have one initial email with dynamic content.If you need to keep those as individual emails, I'd approach this with email 1a, followed by email 1b, followed by email 1c, followed by email 1d. Then add an additional filter to each email. For example,  the additional filter for email 1a would be 'What someone has done (or not done) Placed order equals 1 over all time; for email 1b would be 'What someone has done (or not done) Placed order equals 2 over all time etc. So, if it's a customer's first order they get email 1a and

Coupon Assigned after customer purchased.

Welcome to the community @StevenEmail Dynamic coupons are usually assigned as required, so it makes sense that the coupon is generated prior to the '10% reminder' email being sent.I think the issue is that you need to add a profile filter to your flow(s) on the trigger to stop flow emails from being sent (ie. the discount reminder) when a contact has purchased (see example below). This filter is evaluated before each flow email is sent. A typical case is that a contact subscribes to a discount flow. You send them an immediate flow email with the discount. Then a discount reminder is set to send after a time delay but only if they've not purchased. So, a contact who purchases after receiving the first discount email will not receive subsequent emails as they will fail that profile filter i.e they've purchased while being in the flow.Let me know if that is a fix for you.RegardsAndy

Can't send my campaign 'Possible Email Content Issues'

Welcome to the community @Tiny Trader This is a warning that a block has been added somewhere that hasn’t been edited. Not having alt text won’t trigger this warning, but it's good that you’ve added those for usability and for the spam filters.Have you checked both your desktop preview and mobile preview? The empty block might be lurking in the mobile view (with the mobile-only display option enabled).Another consideration is if an empty text block has been added instead of a spacer or padding. That would trigger this warning.If all that doesn’t uncover anything and the email renders OK on desktop and mobile following a test send, it is only a warning so you can still send the email. However, it’s best to resolve the issue.Let me know how you get on.RegardsAndy

Abandoned Chekout with spotify not working

I’ve assumed Shopify is your platform and not Spotify (autocorrect?)!is the metric you’ve selected for the trigger the correct Shopify checkout-started event? There are instances where a non-Shopify checkout event can be included in the list of metrics options. Are you receiving Shopify checkout-started events?  Head to https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/metrics then choose Checkout Started (Shopify) , then activity feed to make sure you’re capturing those events.Let me know how you get on.RegardsAndy

Welcome to the community @Max25 I use both Typform and Octane AI. Both are very good and have tight integration with Klaviyo, but, as you say, there is a cost. I’ve not used Tally.It’s possible to create a survey using a Klaviyo formwith custom properties at no additional cost. That can work well for limited surveys, but it doesn’t have the bells and whistles of paid apps, such as skip logic, dynamic call-backs, etc.RegardsAndy

Hi @Karlis The past profiles that you have added will be inserted into your flow relative to when they triggered the event and where they fall in the flow timeline taking into account your 120-day delay.So, the 86 profiles you have 'waiting' will have triggered that event in the past 120 days. However, the time delay also determines when they are eligible to receive that first email. For example, a profile that triggered the event 100 days ago will be waiting a further 20 days before they move to 'review' (as you have the first email set to manual).So, back to your use case - requesting a review from customers outside of a standard review request flow timeline - I do this by creating a segment and a campaign instead.I don't use Klaviyo reviews, but with other review platforms I use, a review link must include variables for the order ID along with the profile's details (email, etc), so it's a validated review.To do that, you'll need to do some manual work to grab the order ID. How to implement "Join the Waitlist" on the product page with Klaviyo

Welcome to the community @Angus If you're on Shopify, the easiest way is to add the back-in-stock feature. This will display a web button on any product page where the product is out of stock.Clicking on that button opens a pop-up where they can register their interest in the product. When it's back in stock (or launched as in your case), Klaviyo will automatically send an email to notify those contacts. Hi @Justyna It appears to be a CSS conflict. A stylesheet _ui-kit.scss is setting the list style type to ‘none’. When the highlighted CSS below is removed, the bullet points appear OK on the front-end (also below).Hope that helpsAndy

Welcome to the community @Jonathan Davies To add a 10px radius (for example) around the ‘notify me’ button, you can add the following CSS to your Shopify theme CSS:.klaviyo-bis-trigger {  border-radius: 10px;}However, adding a radius to the modal button requires some additional work to import a custom CSS fle. Hi @Björnature Yes, it’s possible. If the review platform you are using pushes review events to Klaviyo, you can trigger a flow from those events. I do this in ‘thank you’ flows (example below) - but I do not offer a discount. When they post a review, they enter the reviews flow.You should check with your reviews platform’s T&Cs as some do not allow financial incentives to be offered in return for a review.Hope that helps  RegardsAndy

Dynamic Codes in Campaigns

Welcome to the community @Kelvin You can use dynamic codes in flows and campaigns. The main difference is that for flows (with a Shopify integration), Klaviyo will automatically ensure you have sufficient codes for your flow emails. Collecting emails at live event.

Hi @CookieChris @DavidV suggestions are good ideas for quick ‘self-service’ lead capture for people on the move. The list would need to be single opt-in. However, if you have event staff asking qualifying questions to determine interest/lead quality for post-event follow-up priority, you could also create a Klaviyo form/list (single opt-in) only for staff use. Those questions/responses will be captured in the profiles as custom properties for post-event segmentation. RegardsAndy
