Latest Judge.me integration to show reviews on email flows

Hey @retention , thank you so much for that checklist! I was having trouble with the review testimonials feed and it was a single upper case “M” that had been the culprit all along. Multiple attempts at figuring it out from myself and even judge.me support didn’t catch it.Thank you!

Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

Wait, so does it work or not on Bigcommerce?  The support articles suggest it should work, but I’ve run into the same problem as you.  I’m not getting the Notify Me button appearing on out of stock products. It does work. IIRC the issue I had was related to some sku bundle components that had been changed in BigCommerce.

How do you know if emails are going into spam?

I would suggest Google Postmaster Tools to start. Google is a really popular email client and a postmaster account is free to set up. If you want an in-depth look, try something like Litmus to run a full spam report and see if anyone is flagging your domain as spam.  To piggyback off this comment - is there a way to use this for clients other than getting them to set it up and providing access? It seems like something that only works on a singular domain.

Migrating from BigCommerce to Shopify

Thanks so much @David To , I have quite a lot of time before the migration happens, and it sounds like keeping the same account in place and just turning off the BC integration/turning on the Shopify integration is the way to go. Considering this, could you please clarify a bit further on what you mean by “migrating backend data from BigCommerce to Shopify”? Do you mean sales/order data? For this client I am only responsible for the email marketing - and it doesn’t sound like I would need to take any action as far as the master list of subscribers. I could essentially leave that as-is and Klaviyo would treat it the same regardless of which integration was bringing in the new profiles - correct?Regarding flows and reporting… take for example a checkout recovery flow - would it be sufficient to update the trigger for a flow like this (making sure it’s firing off the correct Shopify event) so that the reporting isn’t interrupted? If I cloned or created new flows for the Shopify integratio

Thanks @Brian Turcotte , that makes sense. Once the new integration is set up, for flows that might have their triggers change (not necessarily what the trigger is, but where it’s coming from etc) would it be best to turn them to manual, update where necessary then turn live again? Or clone them? I’d be a bit worried about data getting messed up if something was not passing along exactly the same info as the BC integration.Thanks!

Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hey @wernstrom  Did the support team get this solved for you? Just so we don't double our efforts, let me know if they got this figured out for you! It’s in progress. The first issue it looks like it was just because the sync with the catalog is near real-time and the price value changed within a short window a few times.The second issue is unresolved and the engineering team is looking into it.

I don’t like it either. The top stats are useful, but I liked being able to look through the activity dashboard. Seems kinda half-baked to just drop that completely.

if we sent email through klaviyo, and then customers replied, where I can see the replied email from my customers?

Hi @David To , I’d like to piggyback off this question. As someone managing a Klaviyo account and not having direct access to the inbox that would be replied to - is there any way that replies could be CC’d or otherwise re-directed through a CRM integration? Possibly Zendesk? The reason I ask is that my client sold his business, and he used to field any responses directly. The new owners may not necessarily be as hands-on so, I’m interested if there’s a way I (if approved by the new owners) could respond or at least be notified when someone replies without having direct access to the inbox.Thanks!

Google destination policy, popups and interstitials

Thanks @Dov and @mat.bingham , that’s what I thought. In this instance, I’m not even using a popup at all, but another agency has placed a small “contact us” flyout that on desktop is fine, but on mobile is exactly where your thumb is (if you’re right handed at least) and it can’t be dismissed.

Hi @Dov , we managed to get this resolved.The issue was: The "Viewed Product" snippet supplied for BC customers uses the price variable {{product.price.without_tax.value}}. However, this doesn’t pull any information through for stores that are using the variable that includes tax Since info pulled in for the "Added to Cart" event is typically sourced from the "Viewed Product" event. the "Viewed Product" event has not been finding price info either.Basically, replacing the “{{product.price.without_tax.value}}” in the snippet withwith "{{product.price.with_tax.value}}" fixed it. Lydia from customer support was super helpful in figuring this out for me so props to her!
