Thanks for sharing your question with us!  You’re right, our preference page for a List is limited in its customization as the header text color is not able to be changed. I’m more than happy to submit a feature request for more customization on your behalf! If you’re looking to customize this page a bit more, this documentation will get you started on creating your own. Using the same form to set different custom property

Hi @JustinL,  Thanks for your question, happy to help! I have some questions for ya so we can figure this out together. First, do you mind sharing the reasoning behind this workaround instead of using Klaviyo’s code snippets for our back in stock flows?   Second, to confirm, you are using the same form on different product pages to collect back in stock interest from users or you’re using different forms on each respective product that might be out of stock that leads to the same list?  Finally, do you want the option for multiple products to be chosen and recorded as custom properties in one form for an individual user?  This will help me identify next steps we should take,Taylor

I can´t change the font after test sending

Static product block cannot be cloned in templates across accounts

Hi there @Julia de Rouw,  Thanks for sharing your question about cloning templates with the Community!  I can see you also raised this question to support and have gotten your answer, but I’d like to share it more broadly with the other members of the Community in case someone has the same question. This change you’ve experienced is expected behavior as our portfolio feature launch has changed how cloning functions, including in Product Blocks, to improve our overall cloning ability between accounts. Using embedded Sign-up forms without cookie acception

Hi there @Elke,  Thanks for sharing your question!  Sign up forms rely on cookies, especially if your forms have a setting/rule to determine who to show the form to, so if someone does not accept cookies, there is no way for the system to identify the visitor and thus the form would not show for them. Unfortunately there is not a way to work around this issue without cookies being accepted. I would recommend testing a form that has no rules or settings in terms of who they appear to, so if you set it to show to everyone, as those may work without cookies, but this also depends if the third party consent integration allows that. I wonder how our friends in EMEA handle these situations, any additional advice or thoughts here @bluesnapper, @Victoria_ap_G, @Casperackermann ?  -Taylor

Wishlist King and Klaviyo integration

Hi there,  Happy to help!  I believe Wishking has a metric that you could use to trigger a flow like this, ‘Added to Wishlist’. Once the event to trigger this flow is identified, we can move over to how you’ll set this email up. I believe you can show the product that a user just added to their wishlist by building a static table. You’ll only be able to use a static table, which would just should a user one item they added verses multiple, because of how the event properties are being sent to Klaviyo. In the table itself, you can use dynamic variables to personalize the content following this guide. The two you’ll need to add is the product image URL and the product name. To find these variables you’ll need to look at the event data in the flow, however, this wont’ be available until the flow is triggered ie. someone takes the action of adding an item to their wishlist. I would suggest triggered it yourself when you site is up!  Thanks for participating in the Community!-Taylor

Custom Webflow Form - Add user to list with option to opt-in to marketing

Hi there @dcmaia.art,  Do you mind sharing more about what the point would be to using a form to add them to a list, but have it not be the newsletter?  Whatever your reasoning, if you want to use a form to sign a user up for potentially two lists at a time, this would be a custom form that you would need to have your developer or a Klaviyo partner create for you!  Thanks for participating in the Community! -Taylor

Edited "Confirm your subscription" AND default email are sent out

Hi there @Artikuno,  Welcome to the Community! Happy to help!  Awesome to hear you’ve given your subscription confirmation emails a more personalized feel! You’re absolutely right, if you have changed this setting and know you saved the changes it shouldn’t revert. I would investigate if there is a duplicate Klaviyo accout/.js script on your website’s code. In my experience, I’ve seen this type of issue happen when there is duplicate code! To investigate this further:Go to your website Right click > View Website Console Control + F ‘Klaviyo’ See how many . js scripts  there are. There should only be one with your KA (the five letter combo that identifies your store). If there are multiple, I would suggest having your developer personally remove it!  And then of course test again to make sure the issue is rectified!  Hope this helps!-Taylor

Embedded form submission DOES NOT equal people in segment?

Hi there @Chris-J,  We are aware of an influx in spam bots signing up for lists and we do have a feature that is on our roadmap this year help prevent these bots! In the meantime, I’d suggest looking for patterns like domain names to include in your segment conditions to capture as many as possible! Signup form/pop-up forms not showing on mobiles with VPN turned on

Hi there @MW2024,  Thanks for sharing your question with us happy to help!  Technically, just because a VPN is being used, that doesn’t mean that all forms shouldn’t show. Most likely what is happening is that the VPN you are using has a setting on it that is blocking the forms from displaying.  I would investigate the type of VPN you’re using to see what settings would cause the forms not to render. For example, our forms require that the klaviyo.js for your account be loaded on the site in order for the forms to render, so I'm wondering whether it is possible your VPN is conflicting with this in some way. Additionally, I’d check for any console errors you might see when accessing your Developer Console on the site, which could steer you in the right direction too!  Hope this helps!-Taylor

Thumnail product disappeared

How can I troubleshoot missing content in Shopify notification templates exported from Klaviyo?

Hi there @sndshop1,  Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us, happy to help!  To be clear, you didn’t see any error when you imported the Klaviyo template into Shopify and were able to create it successfully. However, when you preview it in Shopify you don’t see right variables popping up. Shopify's native notifications use these variables in the Klaviyorefund  template so these should be displaying.  Do you mind taking the following troubleshooting steps:Create another refund klaviyo template and import it into Shopify again using the exact steps in this documentation  Send a test email to your account to see what it looks like live in your inbox  Thanks for participating in the Community! -Taylor

personalization for branches

Hi @Stefan_S,  Welcome to the Community! Happy to help!  The features of the email you want to be specific for each branch isn’t information you can pull into the template dynamically, however there are definitely ways to still have personalized templates for each branch. It should be noted that if you want all 50 branches to have their own personal email, it might take a bit of work on the frontend, but it will set you up for success in the long run! I would suggest creating 50 individual templates of each branch that you can then use these for branch specific campaigns and conditional splits in your flows!  Hope this helps!-Taylor

How to check what page is getting the most sign ups from a popup?

Hi there @george12345245135124,  Thanks for sharing your question with us!  The easiest way is to add a hidden property on each form that shows on a different page. The hidden property can act as a differentiator between forms and those who signup via the different forms.  Then you create easily create segments for each form by pulling users who are on the list connected to your forms, but for their “Properties about someone >______ you’ll put the property specific to each form!  Hope this helps!-Taylor
