Why is the number of opens less than the number of clicks in campaign?

Unsuppressing within a list

Hey @LM0721 If you unsuppress the profile, they will not trigger list or segment triggered flow twice. In other words, Klaviyo will not trigger them for a flow they have already been in!Just a side note to keep in mind- You are able to manually unsuppress the profiles if you were the one who suppressed them. However if a profile unsubscribed on their own and then you were to unsuppress them without their consent this would not be okI hope this helps,Thanks,Arpit Banjara

How to exclude people from this flow once they make a purchase

well then I guess, if you can give them some months and see if they are generating any revenue for you or not. If not then you can create the sunset flow, give them one last opportunity to engage with your emails, maybe even give them a discount code to use and see if they place an order. if not then you can suppress those profiles after lets say 90 days or 120 days.That segment should look something like this and you should export this segment as csv and suppress them. my segment uses 120 days but depending on what they are selling, you can also use 60, 90 days in the definition. If they haven’t opened or clicked any of your emails in the last 120 days then it is good to assume that they are no longer interested in your emails, so why pay for those subscribers if they are not engaged. Multiple waitlist sign up from one form

Hey @tdreed Welcome to Klaviyo community,Each sign up form can only populate one Email list, so it’s not possible for checkboxes to determine which list a subscriber enters. However, the checkbox and radio button blocks can be used to assign properties to each profile, which you can then use to influence corresponding Segments.  To accomplish this, add the checkbox/radio button block to your form and find the Property Options section on the left. Under Profile Property, type a name for the property you’d like to divide the Segments with, and then click Create “Option”. Hey @Taysha Welcome to Klaviyo community, and thank you for this question.Yes we had this issue as well and we created an exclude segment to fix this, but first you need to find a pattern in the emails. we noticed that our emails had ‘fake mail’ in it. Please refer to the below screenshotso we created a segment to exclude these profiles from campaigns with below definition » properties about someone>>Email>contains> fakemail - and exclude this segment from email campaignsFor flows, you can do the same, by adding a flow filter. However when using this in a flow, make sure you have the definition as » email» doesn’t contain» fakemail (which would mean klaviyo will only allow those profiles to enter the flow if their email doesn’t have ‘fakemail’ in it.I hope this helps.Thanks and Regards,Arpit Banjarahttps://www.linkedin.com/in/arpit-banjara-60b160a3/

Hey @USMarketer From what I know and its best if you connect to Klaviyo live chat support and confirm this,Yes, for Klaviyo pre-built integrations you simply have to update the plugins to transition to the latest API. If you are using any external apps, Klaviyo has already contacted them, and they will do the changes on their own end and you don’t need to change anything.. Sudden Increase in Email Campaign Bounce Rates?

Hey @kaniayubu I hope you are well,If you are seeing a pattern of these emails that constantly bounce, you can just create a segment of these profiles and exclude that segment from your campaigns moving on. The segment should look like this - https://prnt.sc/QaPpI-TTK1T_The segment will also show you approx number of profiles that match the condition, so you can also know the number of profiles in your account that have those domain emails.If you already have a large number of these emails, you can export the segment as csv and permanently suppress them as well, this will help you clean your lists as well.You can do the same for flows as well - You can exclude them from entering your flows - you can add a flow filter like - email ‘doesn’t contain’ @comcast.net - that would allow only profiles that doesn’t have Comcast.net in their email to enter the flow.Apart from this, Klaviyo has some documentation and steps as well on how to reduce bounce rates in generalhttps://help.klaviyo.com/hc

Issue formatting split columns with one image and one text box

Show/hide logic for those not subscribed to SMS Marketing

Hi @julie.digital I hope you are well,This is possible to do in flows by creating a conditional split. The definition in the conditional split would be = “If someone is consented to receive SMS” - if they have consented, they will go to the “yes” path and if they haven’t they will go to “NO” path. The email on the “No” path will have the content block that you want to show to profiles who haven’t subscribed yet. (Both emails are essentially just clones of each other, with the only difference being that content block that you want to show to non SMS subscribers.)For campaigns - you would essentially just send to a segment who are non SMS subscribers.Let me know if this helps,Thanks,Arpit BanjaraLinkedIn

Segmentation Settings Restoration

Hi @Suz_zanne Did you delete the list from the settings? Screenshot for reference… If so, (from what I know) you wont be able to recover them, however you can ask Klaviyo support if that is possibleHowever if you want to get the list that you exported initially, you can go to settings» other» Downloads to find all the lists/segments that you have downloaded recently and download them again and reupload. Hi Summersurfer,Regarding your request to outline the workflow for a pop-up form, I recommend the following steps for creating a pop-up form to collect email addresses. Upon successful submission, you can provide users with a static discount code (on the form itself) for use during checkout. Here are the steps:In Klaviyo > Click on the “sign-up forms” - Screenshot 1 Click on “Create Sign-up Form - Screenshot 2 If you like any pre-built form templates you can select it here - Screenshot 3. OR if you have a designer who can create it from scratch - you can click on “Create new sign-up form” on the top right.
