Basic API question - passing variable

Can someone please help, I am stuck. It may be something very basic as I am new to all thisSo looking at this example:?filter=and(equals(first_name,"Jane"),equals(email,"jane@klaviyo-demo.com"))So instead of “Jane” and "jane@klaviyo-demo.com", I want to pass on a Variable, so how do I do that - syntax wise.My goal is to to search profiles and get the profile based on email and name. Thanks,Shaz

Archive a sent Campaign using API

Hi all, I’m building an automated software which will end up sending quite a few campaigns however I do not want to cloud the campaigns tab. Is there anyway to archive a sent campaign? I’ve tried using the “update campaign” endpoint with “archived”:true in the attributes section but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks,

Reviwe request- Klaviyo + Reviwes.io

We have created a 'Request Review' flow and inserted a dynamic link from Rewive.io for product reviews into the email. The Trigger is a fulfilled order without any Filter. There is a Waiting for 12 days, and after 12 days, the Email should be sent. Unfortunately, the email is not being sent. However, the count of the waiting list is increasing, and the Flow has been Live for more than 12 days. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you."

Automatic selection of A/B test winner on flows

Hi,I’ve had an A/B test running on a flow and I was under the impression that the test would end automatically once statistical significance was reached, which according to this article is defined as:At least 500 recipients have received each variation. A variation has at least 90% win probability.As far as I can tell, this test (pictured below) satisfied both criteria, but it still says it’s not statistically significant. In the end I just manually chose the winner, but could someone explain why this wasn’t classed as statistically significant?

Subscribed At Least Once

I have a flow condition set up “Subscribed to List At Least Once Between 4/19 and 5/20”. To confirm, if an existing subscriber puts their email into the entry field again, this flow condition will not capture them, since they are already on the list right? I have a separate flow for existing subscribers, so I want to make sure they don’t also get put through this flow as well. Thank you in advance.

Conditional Splits based on whether an Order has shipped?

Hi!I have a flow built for our business - customers enter the flow when placing an order for a specific product SKU. After ordering and entering the flow, they receive a submission form for more details in the first flow email, and upon the approval of said form, we then ship their package.In a perfect world, the conditional split I’m trying to create would check whether or not the aforementioned order has shipped and send them to the “yes” side of the flow - however, I’m having some trouble determining what the best course of action would be/what conditions I should set in my conditional splits to achieve this behavior.Any insight someone may be able to offer for my situation would be incredibly helpful!

Trigger Add to Cart and Cart Abandon for Custom SAAS solution

Hey! Ive been doing some digging. If i have a custom software with products and i want to trigger add to cart and browse abandon flows. Will I need to:1. Initialize klaviyo on the client? Then do something like the following to ensure they flow is triggered? https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration#added-to-cart-tracking-snippet 2.Does anything need to be done on the server with the api? Or is this all done client side? Thanks

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Hi,The topic is for a CPG brand, where clients consumes the product and need to rebuy it.First, I was considering a 50/50 time split (ie 30 and 40 days) for my replenishment flow trying to find the perfect time to send the email. Also to pintpoint the exact time the client will run out of the product.But, I was wondering if instead of this setup I could use the Klaviyo predictive IA with the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.What do you recommend to have the best performing replenishment flow ?Thanks !

How to implement subscriber preferences into overall email strategy?

I want to allow my customers to update their email preferences to suit their needs as my clients brand is a seasonal product. When the customers update their preferences, how then do I adjust my sending so that it suits their preferences?I’d like to know how this works with respect to both flows and campaigns please. Integrating Metric with Laravel

Question: Custom Product feed

I'm seeking a method to create a product feed that tailors recommendations based on previous purchases. For instance, if someone buys a t-shirt in size L, I'd like to display other shirts available in size L. Similarly, if a customer purchases a table, I'd like to suggest chairs that complement the table.Has anyone had experience with setting up product feeds with this personalized approach?

My imported reviews have disappeared

Hi all,We’re very new to Klaviyo and are still getting set up. We previously used the Judge.Me app so I imported all our reviews from Judge.me to Klaviyo and all was well. Until yesterday. For some reason all our imported reviews seem to have disappeared. Should I just re-import?Wondering if anyone had had a similar issue.Regards,Rob J

Create Event API does not work as expected since revision v2023-07-15

Currently, I am using API revision v2023-06-15, and everything works fine for me in this revision.However, I want to upgrade my service to use the latest stable revision (v2024-02-15), but it seems it does not work as expected.The functionality of the APIs (Client and API) to create new events in Klaviyo within revision v2023-06-15 is particularly advantageous. In this version, a single request can achieve the following actions:Create or update a profile based on External ID, Email, and/or Phone Number. Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify's Hydrogen as of 01-2024

I have been through all of the responses to how to integrate Klaviyo with Shopify Hydrogen but to no avail, since all answers seem to just refer back to the code provided at https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/docs/integrate-with-a-shopify-hydrogen-store...This page is entirely out of date and does not easily integrate with Hydrogen’s current version. to get the Active onsite tracking working I was able to utilize the standard loadscript as described, but problems immediately arise for the viewed product and recently viewed item tracking. Matching customers by phone number as email changes

We have a custom API with klaviyo to our site. We have orders that come in through different sales channels and each sales channel sends an encrypted email address @saleschannel.com. However, we do collect the customer’s correct first name, last name, and phone number. But when that same customer comes back and buys direct with their real email address, it creates a new profile. Is there any way I can use a webhook to match phone numbers to update these profiles with the actual email address so we can see their whole sales history, with all channels included?

Campaign Performance Report

Hi, We have been struggling to get the appropriate data using the new version of the API. The reason for this is because the results from the dashboard do not match the ones from the API. So, the question is how to create an exact match of the Campagin Performance Report using the API service? We believe that if we are able to figure this out, we should be able to replicate the other reports too. What characters are supported in the email field of Profiles?

Good day Klaviyo People!We are noticing quite a lot of 400s when doing identify/track calls to Klaviyo. It looks like a lot of email addresses that we get through Shopify can't be processed through Klaviyo. One example is non-ascii email addresses as mentioned in this other post:But in our system we see it's not limited to non-ascii characters but there are quite a lot of characters that create issues when sending events to Klaviyo.I looked at the docs but couldn't find anything. Could you provide what is the subset of email addresses that are valid email addresses in Klaviyo? Like a regex you use internally or the set of characters supported?

Klaviyo Not Integrating with Wix

Hi - I am a new potential user of Klaviyo. I have a Wix site that is premium and has a live domain (so no issues there). I followed the appropriate steps to connect the two… added Klaviyo to my Wix site, and agreed to user permissions etc.  Where I am getting stuck is that when it brings me back to Klaviyo on the page where I am supposed to “Connect to Wix” it is saying “(314) An error occurred while creating your integration.”I have tried reaching out to Klaviyo and Wix support- no one has gotten back to me. Honestly, this is a BAD start to my interest in with  Klaviyo for my fast-growing startup. :(

Active on site takes viewed product

Hey there!I’m having a weird behavior.I’m using the Klaviyo object on my site; when the user gets in the page, just in case, I do a push with “identify”.window?.klaviyo?.push([ "identify", { email, }, ]);Also, when i get into a PDP/Product Detail Page, I do a push to the “Viewed Product” metric.  window?.klaviyo?.push([ "track", "Viewed Product", { propA, propB, propC }, ]);By some reason, sometimes, Active on Site shows the Viewed Product information/payload instead of its usual payload, and that should not happen?Is there any way to avoid that?Am I doing something wrong?Thanks!

Bigcommerce Integration and Multi-Storefront

Hi, we have been using Klaviyo for a while now with one storefront on Bigcommerce but we have recently setup Multi-storefront and we have two current storefronts with a third on the way.The issue we are having is that there seems to be no way in Big commerce when using the integration, to send certain emails and flows to certain customers, filtered by what site/storefront they are interacting with.Has anyone worked out a setup for doing this?

Bolt x Klaviyo Integration

I am working on setting up our WooCommerce store with Klaviyo. Everything so far is going well except for one, yet critical component. We use Bolt ( ) for our checkout. They essentially override the standard WooCommerce checkout. Because of this, we have to get Klaviyo and Bolt integrated. Does anyone have any experiencing doing this integration?We’re getting stuck on having Bolt pass along the “Started Checkout” event into Klaviyo.Thanks in advance!

How do I edit the images for featured review carousel?

Hi Klaviyo community!I have currently integrated the featured reviews carousel on my Shopify website. Is there a way to customise each image of the review? There are customer photos I’d like to attach as the image above their featured review.  Is it also mobile friendly? Hi there,We are sending some custom parameters through the Identify and subscription API for the all the areas where user can subscribe from our website except the sign up form implemented through Klaviyo which sends subscription requests on its own to Klaviyo, we want to modify some data that is sent by default and also pass some custom info with that subscription.does Klaviyo provides something related to that?thank you
