Has anyone dealt with emails that look like this? Gray boxes where the line breaks are & odd hyperlinked CTAs? Seems to only happen to one person on our team who is using the latest Mac & iOS — emails are being opened in outlook.  

I can't segment profiles well by color variation or SKU. "Ordered Product" is set up with color variations and SKUs, but it also sends different colors and SKUs. Is there a better way? Even if I set the color variation to black and buy pink, I get an email here with the black segment. 

Hi There,Currently, we have integrated Klaviyo and Shopify to be able to see the track the events through our website.Now that we have iOS app, we want to be able to track similar events from the app and aiming to see them landing on the same metric, which is setup for website (i.e. via Shopify Integration). But, we are seeing that despite the iOS app using the same event name as Shopify integration is using (for example, Placed Order), we are seeing that the events from the iOS app are being considered as a part of a separate metric. The iOS app is sending tracking events to Klaviyo through tracking API - documented here. Can you please clarify on how the iOS app should send the events so that the events appear in the existing metric for Shopify?  Thanks,Jay

Hi, I can not get any response from this API, https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/unsubscribe, how can I know the success of the API call. Also I little bit confused with List Exclusion and Global Exclusion. Could you explain it. Global exclusion works for me but when I try to use List exclusion API I am getting zero records. Thanks,Raghuveer  

I have been using klaviyo for years with no issues on Woocomerce. Yesterday i updated klaviyo to the latest version. Issue with no klaviyo setting page in woocomerce. The klaviyo is connected on woocomerce, but i can't look or edit any settings? How do i edit the consent box? It is gone, even though klaviyo and woocommerce is connected. I used to restrict source “accepted at checkout” in our welcome email flow. This does not work anymore. How can I restrict people from the checkout flow from receiving welcome emails? After the update, the source is API, which is common with many integrations and we are therefore not able to restrict the API source.

I just imported all of my contacts from Big Commerce.  I see the profiles that were created but how do I get Klaviyo to add them to lists or segments so I can email them.  When I check their profiles I don’t see the little green mark that indicates their consent status as being ok.  But I see that they have been receiving emails thru Big C because they all opted in at some point

Hello, I have created a form on website to send free samples to my customers. It has Address field but I do not see the addresses coming into preview list. I tried troubleshooting but the option in Form Button settings to specify which list to add the addresses to, is not showing. See screenshot below. Rather new to Klaviyo...pls help. Thx  

Hi!Am using Shopify integrated with Klaviyo and I’m currently creating my order confirmation email. I want to include an image, number of items purchased and price within a dynamic table within the email. However when I create the dynamic table and try to select those options, I have no information to select from:  Please would someone be able to help me resolve this issue? I’m trying to integrate my woocommerce shop with klaviyo. I regenerated my access keys and secret and have tried connecting using postman and that works fine. The postman URL that i tried is https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders/My shop URL is https://in.boredgamecompany.com and my secret and password is in the integration. However i get error Unable to access: https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/. 403 authorization error Im not sure how to proceed since all my campaigns are blocked due to this. Please assist

I have my out of the box Abandoned cart flow set up in my new WooCommerce store and its working but there is slight glitch due to my setup. I am using YITH request a quote which allows a customer to add items to the quote and submit for pricing. Once they submit the quote, Klaviyo appears to be interpreting this as those items were left in the cart and triggers the abandoned cart flow. Is there a way around this?  EDIT: There are two ways a user can create a quote. One is to build a quote cart and the other is to convert the shopping cart to quote in the checkout screen. The later is when the abandoned cart flow is triggered. This makes sense functionally, but it would like for the flow to not activate when the cart is converted to quote.

The preview of my cart abandonment email looks great but when I click on the product it leads me to a 404 error. Please advise.

I have the following use case:After buying my digital product, users receive a flow with 10+ E-mails delivering the product. Sometimes, I need to remove somebody from the flow (example: after 2-3 weeks of receiving the messages, somebody wants to take the money-back guarantee. So he is already in the flow, but now i want to remove him).  How can i remove that person now from the ongoing flow (not just single emails, because that’s a lot of work...)? 

I’m a new user and having a go at creating my first email template using the new editor. It’s automatically given me a starting template that I’m trying to edit and I want to move the image overlay element to the top of the image rather than the bottom. It won’t let me drag and drop and I can’t find anything in the layout tab that let’s you set it’s position so I can’t for the life of my figure out how to do this - can anyone help please?

Hello,  I’m putting together an abandoned cart flow and for the second email I would like to put the name of the highest value item in the customers cart into the subject.So far I’ve figured out how to pull the first item from the array using {{ event.Items.0 }}  and a random item into the subject, but would like to be able to display the highest value item. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! For example, I’d like to say something like: “Don’t forget about your (Highest value item)”Thanks :)

We are a niche publisher based in the Boston area that has an eCommerce site as well as other content sites. Our bread and butter is our content; paid subscription. We currently use Active Campaign, but are considering migrating to Klaviyo, but it appears a bit light on the email marketing side. No one can dispute Klaviyo’s powerful ecommerce integration but I don’t want to lose out on the nurturing (beyond onboarding), lead scoring etc. Understanding the full picture of our customer is paramount. For instance, have they visited our content sites and made a purchase on our Store etc.I’m looking for some guidance from any folks who have faced a similar situation.Thanks, Bev

Hi folks, I recently created an Abandoned cart email flow - with Checkout started as the trigger.  It all seems to be working fine and the return to cart is also taking the user to the checkout correctly. However i had a question on the time duration that product will stay in the cart for? Does anyone here have an idea? A user might add some other items to the checkout so want to see if this URL generated will be expired after a set time or this products stays in the cart/checkout forever until removed or bought? any help is appreciated, Thanks!!

I am using a quiz software as a lead magnet to my master list and it has many branches of answers. The software company (shockingly) doesn’t have UTM parameters as an option (UTM Campaign = Gift Ideas, for example), so I made a segment based on all the options they could choose from Q1.Definition is “Quiz Takers = people who answered Q1 as A,B,C,D, etc”They will go through Flow “B”After Q 1 it starts splitting off and wouldn’t capture all quiz takers.Now I also want to filter this segment OUT of Flow “A” so they don’t get a couple duplicate welcome messages.To create a filter I would need to once again say “do not send to anyone who answered Q1 as A,B,C,D, etc.” I am missing something. Essentially I’d like to say “make a segment of people who are in Segment Quiz Takers” but obviously I cannot do that. Interact integrates with Klaviyo but Klaviyo doesn’t support integration the other way for it to provide me with customer actions.Ideas? A work around? Thanks!

Hello,I’m having issue setting Trigger Filters in the Flows section of Klaviyo.I’m attempting to send an email when a specific product is purchased. However, when I try and search for the product it’s not showing up.  As you can see here, Klaviyo can see that there are 6 Items.  But when I try and add a trigger for Highly Sensitive Thriving Circle - Annual Membership, it doesn’t appear the in Dimension Value.For some reason only 3 of the products show in the drop-down.I’d appreciate any advice on what might be causing this. ​​​​​​​Thanks

I need help with a flow, I have a wholesale company but also do direct to consumer, smaller orders. I need to make sure my wholesale clients from my list are not getting my abandoned cart and any basic flows for that matter. How do I weed those out when setting up my flow.

Hi Guys, I’m seeing “&” in a 'back in stock' flow product link that the customer receives. In context, this is how the link appears to the customer:   Vendetta Premium Navy Pick & Pick SuitGoogling it, it sounds like the “&” symbol is not decoding properly?Perhaps worth mentioning is that our website uses a custom backend, not shopify. I’m not our IT guy (as you can probably tell!), but I’m seeing if this is something I can fix on my own, or at least go to them with a rough idea on what’s wrong. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :-)
