Hi,in one of our integrated signup forms the e-mail address field is pre-filled with a random address, see screenshot. This only happens in Google Chrome and Firefox browser, also not in the incognito mode. Does this happen to anyone else? How can I fix this?Thanks in advance, Marleen 

We use WooCommerce and have a fairly large catalog of 70+ products. I’m looking for a way that we can analyze orders over a certain period of time to determine which products are frequently purchased together. Is this possible with Klaviyo?

I run a natural deodorant company, a number of customers are subscribed to get deodorants every 4,5,6 weeks, etc.  I want to send out a replenishment reminder email to all customers who are not subscripted for repeat purchases. Can anyone help me or provide guidance on how I can do this? I basically want to exclude those who are already signed up to automatically receive a deodorant every few weeks.  Thanks very much.

...sounds like a silly question, but here I am asking it anyway!This is the configuration on an abandoned cart email sequence using a conditional split that my business is currently running. If the answer to this is yes, I think it will then exclude *anyone* who has ever placed an order with my company from being in the sequence.Others think it will only exclude people who have gone on to purchase as part of this sequence.The difficulty I’m having is that not all users who have added something to their cart are receiving the emails and I think this could be part of the reason - that they have purchased before coming back and abandoning their cart.Any help greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone,Our transactional emails look like this,Klaviyo :Ordered, ShippedShipstation:Delivered Can Klaviyo take care of the “Delivered” emails so Shipstation can stop sending them?The solutions I got 7 months ago from Klaviyo seemed to either subscribe to an other software integration (at this point I am collecting apps like pokemons), or to create a flow that would approximately guess when the delivery (that one I can foresee issue with customers already).I don’t mind continuing our workflow as is. If the Dev team have finally added this great integration ( Shipstation ---->inform Klaviyo the shipment is delivered--->Klaviyo sends a “delivered” email) we will gladly adopt it and use it.Thank you very much for any answers

We are trying to clean up our active profile for cost and better segmentation. Every campaign we send can only be sent to 14k email but our active profile show more then 19k. How can we clean up our active profile to remove user that does not want to get emailed. Maybe to clean up this list or try to re-engage those email with a flow  

Hi there - I want to use our brand fonts in our email templates, and figured the best way to do that was to use Google fonts and assign each font to a h1, h2, h3, and h4 tag. I am just launching my first abandoned cart flow for my woocommerce store and the default Abandoned Cart Standard flow has these triggers set. I get the first two triggers and why they are there but can’t comprehend why the last AND trigger “started checkout zero times since entering this flow” is being used. Wouldn’t this trigger exclude everyone from my flow since trigger 1 is “started checkout”? I believe it’s a trigger to prevent re-entering the start of the flow but I’m still confused. Can someone explain to me what this is doing and if there is a better way? Thanks

Hi all, any advice on preventing images from stretching to full screen width on Outlook mobile? I’ve set ‘Image Width” to ‘150px’, set “Stretch Image” to ‘inherit’ yet every image stretched to full screen width. I’d rather not have to create mobile only versions with extra padding for every image in every email.

Hello, we have big problems to send e-mails to our customers with t-online mail accounts. We follow all tipps and steps from Klaviyo like have a dedicated sending IP, warming IP etc. But our mails are still soft bouncing. We get in contact with the t-online support and the need the exact return messages to filter out the problem. So where can I get or see the log files from the bounced mails? Thank you in forward!

I have been looking thru the API profile documentation https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/profiles#get-profile trying to find where Profile Creation Date as well as First Active and Last Active dates are at. I have checked other API’s but can’t seem to find them.Anyone able to provide some assistance for this?Thanks.

Every add to cart button on my website has different id and when i use the class notation snippet even than it is not working so please do tell should i copy the whole class or something specific? 

Hi,I’m trying to create a subject line that reads “[first name], you’re gonna love this!”. If I use the dynamic property of {{first_name|default:''}}, anyone whose first name isn’t entered into their profile will see the subject line as “, you’re gonna love this!”. A little awkward. Is there any way to make it so that comma and space only show if the first name field populates, and not for the default?Thanks!

I can click into the “Profiles” tab and view a specific customer’s predictive analytics / CLV. But how do I find an average and also filter it to those who purchased more than 2 times, 3 times, etc. 

I have a blog on Shopify and have figured out (used a Shopify app) to create an RSS feed (with the Featured image and everything I need). I created a flow to send a weekly email with the last 4 blog posts (using the slice:':4' method). Everything is set up, but there is one thing I want to optimize: the articles populating by date. Right now I am using the ‘slice’ method noted above to only show 4 articles, and by default it shows the most recent 4 articles, but what if I only have 2 articles that week? or 5?I’m hoping to find help replacing the ‘slice’ method with some sort of date query. My RSS feed does list articles/items by ‘pubDate’ (ex. <pubDate>Thu, 21 Oct 2021 01:26:39 +0000</pubDate>)I’ve tried:‘feeds.TEA_RSS_APP.rss.channel.item|lookup:'pubDate'|gt:'% current_date % - 7’Trying to just get articles with pubDate greater than “Today” minus 7 days. But that’s not working. Any help here is appreciated! 

Hi , I get the error: Body html Liquid syntax error: 'if' tag was never closedI try to implement this email into my shopify. But appearnly it is missing and endif tag. I could not get figured out where. Tried different open ends, but everytime it showed less of the mail. How can i fix this? Hi,I’ve set up a mini flow on my Shopify site that is triggered by a popup. The popup showed up fine when I tested from different devices etc. However, I cant seem to see a single popup appear on my heatmaps - is this normal? Thanks​​​​​​

I have integrated Klaviyo and Shopify. I noticed that coupons I am creating in Klaviyo are not syncing with shopify coupons. Are they supposed to sync? Am I missing something?

Hi,Can I use legacy forms to create custom profile properties for existing profiles, rather than create new profiles with new custom properties?I want to collect existing users’ birth dates, and the manage subscription page is not a good enough solution, as I cannot use a date picker, and users must use the American date format for Klaviyo to update the field as a date field.Thanks
