Why are my fonts changing once it's been delivered?

Hi there,What's the best way to set a font that shows up in all email providers? I’ve been using Century Gothic within my templates as it fits in well with my branding style, but it always reverts back to Arial when delivered to my subscribers. Is there another font I could use that’s still modern and in keeping with my brand, and still shows up the same upon delivery in most email clients?Here’s a screenshot of the current font I use and how it shows up in the Klaviyo preview. Thanks,Meeta

Abandoned Cart vs Checkout Started

Is it general practices to have both abandoned cart flows flows going at the same time where one triggers Added to Cart and another triggers the Checkout Started or is one preferred over the other?

How to add a link to a tracking button that takes you to usps page tracking?

Hello Klaviyo community,I have a store that works with Big commerce + Shipstation + Klaviyo.I am creating transactional emails:Ordered.Shipped.Delivered. 1)Could you confirm that it isn’t possible to have a delivered transactional email with shipstation?Am I required to buy an other service for that option (which start to pill up)? Sending a “delivered” email 2-3 days after a “shipped” email will only create resentment if it’s not verified i think. 2)Inside my “shipped” email, I prefer not to display the tracking number, but add a button link to usps tracking page. Is that possible?I couldn’t find the doc about this. I have been using the tracking number code from the preview but that doesn’t work. Any suggestions will help.  Thx a million

Klaviyo email Errors in Outlook

Hi there! I have a problem I can’t seem to solve myself. I’ve created couple of email flows and although all the emails run perfectly in Gmail, Outlook seems to cut and misplace texts, and/or magnify pictures that are placed (mostly in table) blocks. Is there a way to fix this?Thanks in advance!

Conditional Split Specific Email Open

I'm looking to add a conditional split to one of my flows. Essentially, we are sending 4 emails over 1 month. After 30 days they hit the conditional split. I'm looking to have anyone who has opened one of those 4 emails continue on the flow and anyone who has NOT opened one of those 4 emails to be split onto a separate branch. However, when I go to make the trigger, it is just a generic "Opened Email at least once in the last 30 days".  There is a filter option, but when I select it and go to choose my property it says there are no items on this list. I found this article on segments where it's mentioned that you can build segments off who opened a specific email. How do i use the last object in an array eg. item.product.images?

How would I go about using the last item in an array eg. item.product.images To get the first image I’m using:{{item.product.images.0.src}} I’ve tried {{item.product.images.last.src}} without success.Or is there any way to get the number of items in an array and save this as a variableEg. {% assign array_length = item.product.images | length %} And then use this in the object call {{item.product.images[array_length].src}}

I want to have only some of my blog posts (a specific subject matter) get a signup pop up that offers them a download.    is this possible? How do you do this. What are best practices for sign up to download? thanks!

Back-populating Flows When Adding New Action

Hi,We added a (a) timing [90 days] and (b) action [email] to the end of a flow. I have a question regarding back-populating those who were in the flow but have by now exited (because these new steps weren't there originally).I see from the how-to that this should be possible:  You do not need to back-populate if you add a new message to the end of a flow (or a single path) and want those currently moving down that path to receive that message. You would only need to back-populate to send to those who have either exited the flow or continued past the point of the new message.  This is exactly what we need to do.But, when I go to the how-to on back-populating for list-triggered flows, from the two options it's not clear which accomplish the above in bold: The first option is similar to back-populating metric-triggered flows; it schedules recipients for the step they would be at if the flow was live when they joined your list or segment. Link Klaviyo to Shopify banner

Is it possible to link my Shopify banner to my Klaviyo pop up sign up form to gather email addresses from the banner? I do not have an embed code to copy and paste when I’m in my sign up behaviors. Where else could I locate that?

Popup signup form inconsistent behaviour?

Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page.However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended?Thanks in advance.

2 lists created after integration with Magento and Mailchimp

Hi - We are new to Klaviyo and are just setting it up, have integrated with our Magento store as well as Mailchimp. There are now 2 lists created in Klaviyo - one from Mailchimp and the other named as the default Newsletter which is syncing from Magento.However, Mailchimp has not been synced with our store for about a year so there may be issues with unsubscribed contacts not synced between the 3 platforms. We have been using Mailchimp to send newsletters without the store sync.This would make the Mailchimp list up to date with the contacts who have unsubscribed, but not our Magento store.We have some questions:How can we make sure we will not be contacting anyone who has opted out from any list?Should we merger the 2 lists to create a Master list?The default Newsletter list is much larger than the Mailchimp list - is there a reason for this?Should we delete all lists or the account and start again so we have a clean contact listThank you in advance.

What is cookied and how does the item removed after checkout

Hi All, I’m creating a custom flow for our website which is developed using Laravel. I have successfully created server side Track & Identity API for successful order and fulfilled order. Now im trying to implement the track in frontend store, when i check the documentation its saying we can track if the user is COOKIED. What exactly cookied here stands for and how does the API track the users. And i saw the JS API for item added to cart and started checkout, so what happens if the checkout is completed? how to pass the information to Klaviyo so that the checkout/added-to-cart item is removed/reset. P.S : I’m following this URL : https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082927-Integrate-a-Custom-Ecommerce-Cart-or-Platform

Abandoned cart flow: emails not being sent when I test the flow

Hi all - can someone help me to work out if I have set up my abandoned cart flow properly? I have been testing it and haven’t received any abandoned cart emails after 4 hours.My website is a Shopify site.I placed a product in the cart and then left the website 4 hours later (which is the timing of the delay) I didn’t receive any abandoned cart email, even though I just used the default flow that was in Klaviyo. I set the filter to ‘placed order zero times since starting flow’. Then it should send the “It looks like you left something behind” email. (The 2nd email “Your cart is about to expire” I have intentionally left as a draft as I want to test just sending one abandoned email first)I thought maybe the reason I wasn’t receiving any abandoned cart email might be because I wasn’t logged in to the Shopify site. But I tried it by logging in and I still didn’t receive anything. Thank you all for any help you can provide!Cheers

Mailchimp email list and Klaviyo Integration issue

I have finally got my flow set up that I currently use in mailchimp so I am trying to get my email list moved over to klaviyo so that I can turn on all my flows and stop using mailchimp. My klaviyo is showing 1300 email when I go to my account section, but 1300 emails are not showing up in my lists.  So I followed the video and put in the specific list ID from mail chimp that I wanted to integrate over into my lists, and I have done it 2-3 times now and absolutely nothing shows upWhat am I doing wrong?

Mismatched data while importing CSV file

Hi there,I’m trying to import a CSV file and when I do, I get mismatched data all over. So I have gone and review the data type, and tried a different one with no avail. I won’t import and it doesn’t matter the data type I choose. Anyone has an answer to fix this? Thank you, Francisnelli

Hi there,With our footer sign up form contacts are being passed through into our newsletter list, but we’re not seeing any form analytics - it all shows as 0, but we know this isn’t the case in testing the form. Any clues on why this might be?Thanks!

A simple flow is not working

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I know my question is one of the most asked, but I tried everything I could to find a solution, without any success. Here is my project: In addition to the confirmation email (sent by Shopify), I would like to send a specific email (containing a link to an ebook) to customers who purchase some specific products. My flow: -When some places an order-If he has : placed an order - at least once - over all time - where tag - contains ‘cat’-If he has : placed an order - at least once - over all time - where tag - contains ‘coloring’-Then he or she shall receive the specific email (containing the link to my ebook)Please see picture for visual details. The problem: When I place an order on my shop, I do receive the order confirmation email (sent from my Shopify) but not the ebook email and the flow seems not to work at all, since the condition splits have 0 waiting, 0 yes, 0 no.I shall precise that I deactivated smart sending, so the issue is not due

Help needed with cropping Shopify product images to square thumbnails in Klaviyo

Hi there,Checking in to see if anyone on the Klaviyo forums can help out with my request.I am pulling in product data from Shopify. Everything works fine. However, I would like to crop my product images to 90 x 90px squared as a thumbnail for the abandoned cart emails flows.Currently I have a table with a placeholder image pulling from Shopify. Signup Form won't delete or go to draft mode

For what reason might I not be able to delete a popup form that I have created? I click on it and select "Delete" but it just freezes.  I exit and edit and try and put to draft but it won't change.FYI I clones the only other popup form and change the parameter to be an exit popup. The original is after 8 second page load. Original form has been working great. No issues. Both are live and sometimes can come up simultaneously. Can that be avoided?Thoughts?James Update: I have logged out and logged in again, cleared my cache and tried again with success. However, if anyone can let me know if there is a way to avoid two popups coming up at once?

Add To Cart Snippet not showing in analytics?

Hi Klaviyo team! I’m trying to set up the add to cart snippet in my store and when I add the code the action doesn’t show up in my analytics after testing. I’ve tried adding products and still see no difference.  This is my class I’ve added this into as instructed but I’m still seeing no results.

I am using the Browse Abandoment Flow that came ‘standard’ with Klaviyo. Something isn’t set up right I don’t think because I dont have any one that is ending up in the flow.Help?

Does a change made at the template level update flow emails using that template?

Hi. I am creating my emails as templates and then selecting said templates as my way of adding emails to a flow. If I make a change to text or design at the template level, does it automatically update any emails using that template in my flows? The answer appears to be “no” but I’m looking for confirmation.
