Bounces t-online.de

Hi there - we experience huge problems with bounces to all @t-online.de address (which is Germany’s biggest online provider, hence a big problem for as as Germany is our key market). Essentially all e-mails to @t-online.de bounce for several months already, and we now have several thousand suppressed profiles because of that.I contacted Klaviyo several times and they always say they will look into it (and trying one more time now), however the problem persists.Does anyone have any advice on how to best address this? Is this something Klaviyo needs to fix (i.e. is Klaviyo getting blocked), or is our domain the problem? Note we just started to set up our own domain in Klaviyo (have added DNS accordingly), but no results yet.Also does anyone know how I can un-suppress the profiles in bulk?Thanks for the help, any advice highly appreciated!

All my emails are tagged "Email Never subscribed"

I’m having a problem where every email in my system says “Email - Never subscribed”, but they have subscribed and opted in. Does anybody know why it does this? How do I fix this?  Also, why is it allowing me to send emails and still have this tag on it? I’m just not understanding what happened. This wasn’t an issue a week ago.

Send Shopify abandoned cart emails to non-email subscribers

I want to send Abandoned Checkout emails to Shopify users who are not subscribers.I have turned off the Abandoned Checkout emails in Shopify so that the email flow I created in Klaviyo will be sent but what if the shopper did not subscribe to the email list. There are a number of users in Shopify who abandoned checkout but they are not subscribed to my list.Is there a way to send to those who are not subscribed to Klaviyo and send these reminders via Shopify?Thanks.

Images not displaying

Hi, every time I send an email it will never download the images in both Outlook and Gmail. I never have this issue on any emails I receive, even ones from other Klaviyo accounts. How do you fix this

After trying to connect Klaviyo to Woocommerce, I’m getting this error. As i want to create email template for promotion i want to addd some product in my template from catalog but one product Triad Clutch is missing in catalog.already checked with support team thay restarted syncing process still product is not appending in catalog.

I’m having to create a Double opt-in process for SMS for a US client for the first time. Double opt-in is not an option in Australia.It may seem like a dumb question, but is the confirmation for SMS sent via SMS or email?

Select from catalog not synced with latest products on Shopify Store

Hi, im creating a new campaign, while inserting a block “select from catalog” from a product on my shopify store, item in stock and available in all channels, I receive a message saying “No items match the current filters”. I checked the integration and we have all the other products on the store except what was just added (within the last 2 weeks). Please let me know what Im missing.

Onsite Opt-in for SMS pop up form

Hello,I am currently just looking to start SMS marketing, I have a number that I’m looking to port into Klaviyo that I haven’t done so and am still on the fence as to which company to go with. I came across this recent news of Postscripts new feature and I thought was really timely in my situation.  Postscript just released their Onsite Opt-in feature for sms pop up forms, where instead of leaving the website and going to the messaging app just to reply “Y” or “Yes”, a 4 digit verification code is sent to the visitor and they can just tap on the digits from their keypad to autofill the field on the pop up. Example:  The means that the new subscriber does not need to leave the website at all (better for sign up rates, better conversions, improves analytics tracking, etc.)  The increase in SMS sign up rate for True Classic more than tripled just from implementing this.Attached below is the screenshot of the SMS opt in rate for Jones Road after the Onsite Opt-in implementation. Jones Road

Klaviyo Install Code Snippet not working with Shopify

I have a newsletter sign up at the bottom of my website -- www.jiajiajewelry.com.  Followed the steps to install code snippet on the footer.liquid in shopify.  Klaviyo still tells me “Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.” Using the broadcast theme on shopify.  Please advise.  The email sign up saves to shopify but does not sync to klaviyo list.

Suspension with no reason

It was rather surprising, no prior notices requests and even email that says that your account is suspended (checked the spam folder as well).  We’ve had our account managed by professional email marketing team with more than 20 clients. No issues with emails, no high spam rate or something like that and the main thing - no warnings. Just a ban on our account as well as our email management team’s. That’s as customer unfriendly as it can possibly get.  Klavyio customer support has been contacted.  No idea what action to take now as there is no reply from their CS yet.

Log4j: Is Klaviyo safe?

Hi, right now there is a lot going on in the news because of big safety issues caused by Log4j. Our first customer is already asking, so I’m asking the same question here: Is Klaviyo possibly affected by safety issues because of Log4j? I don’t mean the frontend because I don’t think any Java is used there, right? But the backend infrastructure, especially servers saving customer data. Thanks and good luck to everyone not having any problems in other systems because of Log4j.Simon

Creating a campaign with API (where does template go?)

Hey guys,We would love to be able to be able to create email campaigns and attach templates to the campaigns using the Klaviyo API.My understanding is that we would have to add the html code to create a template first and then use the templateID to create a Campaign.However, the latest documentation I’m looking at (v2023-02-22), it doesn’t seem like the ‘Create Campaign’ POST accepts a templateID as an optional field.We were wondering if there was a way to create an email campaign with a template with the current API, if not, would we be able to do this in the near future?

Price showing as zero on dynamic product feed

Hello everyone, I need help to find out why the price of the items in my product feed are always showing as zero. My listings all have prices in them, and I’m using Klaviyo’s Product Feed block in my email template (synched with my WooCommerce shop), so I’m not sure what is happening. Right now I’ve switched off the price so customers don’t think I’m click baiting them, but I’d really love to be able to let my readers know how much an item costs before they go to the shop…Any ideas? added admin user in settings but the link says its been expired

Hi,I tried to add an account as an admin and when the link got was clicked it said the link has been expired ask for another link. Then I send another and it still said the same. I am aware the link gets expired after a set number of hours but this all happened in the course of a few minutes and it still said the link has been expiredA little backstory: The account I added is already an admin in some other account but then a new account was created under the same email id and different account name after referring to klaviyos multi user article. It’s still running through the same problem tho

Review Request Flow - Automatic email to reviewers not being sent

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’m having some issues with our Review Request Flow, and I can’t point a finger on whether there is an issue in the setup, or it’s something related to events sent back to Klaviyo- so here I am! We have recently set up a flow to ask for reviews to customers who have purchased our product 30 days ago and not returned it as a condition to be eligible for this flow. The goal is to gather as many positive reviews as possible, and to do so, we are offering an incentive in the form of a gift card redeemable on our website. I’ve set up the flow to send out a Thank You email containing the gift card code with a conditional split: Has SubmittedReview at least once since starting the flow. For some reason only a customer received the email, although I know many customers submitted reviews through this flow. Issue Summary: Customers who submit a review after going through the Review Request Flow get a SubmittedReview tag in their profile, however this does not trigger an a

Remove extra space for the image block

Hello, I need some help with spacing for the image of the sign-up form. Here’s the design details for the form:Flyout image right Custom width (620 px) Right Padding 20 px Image position is custom with width of 250 px Image horizontal alignment is right alignWhen I select the image, there’s a lot of extra space to the left of the image and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to get rid of the extra space?
