MacOS - Paste often not working in Chrome for Mac

Hi There,Increasingly, we can’t paste text into the Klaviyo text editor. This started happening intermittently some time 2(ish) weeks ago?We see this behaviour on two different Macs.Have tried…Double-checking that paste is working by pasting into other apps like Text Edit Tried using the menus to paste instead of shortcuts Tried using ‘Paste & match style’ Updating Chrome to the latest buildWorkarounds...Interestingly, we can paste if we switch to HTML suggesting it’s a rich text editor thang.  The only other way to fix is to logout of Klaviyo, restart the Mac, then re-launch/login etc (simply re-launching Chrome doesn’t work).Does anyone know how to permanently fix? It’s incredibly frustrating!Any help much appreciated.Cheers, BenArm64 MacOS 13.6.3 Chrome 121.0.6167.85

edit the heading font colour on the update preferences and success pages

hi,I’m setting up the update preferences and success pages and i can edit the formatting of everything on the form except for the heading. I’m trying to use a dark background but the heading is black and there isn’t anywhere to change the font colour. On the form, i can change the font colour.How can we amend the font colour of the heading on those pages?

Static product block cannot be cloned in templates across accounts

Hello,I've noticed an issue with the new cloning feature. It appears that static products cannot be cloned from one account to another. Specifically, when I add static products to a template or campaign in one account and clone it, the product blocks appear empty when I open the cloned template or campaign in another account. Just to clarify, all static products are accessible across all our accounts.Previously, before the introduction of the new cloning feature, this process worked seamlessly, with all products being cloned along with the template or campaign. Our workflow typically involved creating a campaign, saving it as a template in one account, and then cloning it to another account.If this change is intentional, it presents a significant inconvenience as it now requires much more manual work. Could we please revert to the previous functionality, or if there's something I'm missing, could someone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Kind regards,  Julia

Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

When I click save in the editor I see a warning "Changes may not be saved"

Hi There,Both Christina and I keep seeing a weird warning in Chrome for Mac whenever we click save - see attached. It’s been happening for a few months now and we’ve both upgraded and restarted Chrome as well as updated MacOS in that time but still see the issue.Any help much appreciated, obviously we don’t want to lose any work so the warning is confusing - no?Cheers, BenP.S. Shopify Markets - Any update about integration?

Hi team, we are managing 8 different stores using Shopify and we are going to migrate to Shopify Stores.There is not any updated information about this kind of integration, new functionalities, etc…For example, could we keep our 8 Klaviyo accounts) Will we need to manage just one account using 8 different lists) How about the reporting by market? There is a big lack of information from Klaviyo about this issu which affects critically to many different brands. Thank you very much

Wordpress embed not work on pages

I’m new to Klaviyo but not to Wordpress. I was able to add the code to my site, got the pop up working and was able to embed a form on a blog post a few weeks ago.Right now I’m stuck because I’m trying to set up a page with a sign up form. I want to create a QR code that will take people to this page on my website to sign up. But for some reason the embed form isn’t showing when I view the page.I made sure the form was set to everyone, even tried viewing incognito but it’s just not showing. I went back to the blog post I did a few weeks ago that I was able to embed and made sure I was using the same widget. I even made a clone of that sign up form so that I would know it’s all exactly the same. But it won’t show on the page.What am I missing?

Can I generate coupon codes with the costumer's first name as the coupon?

Is it possible to autogenerate coupons with their first name as it + a few digits in the abandoned cart?I want to make custom codes for example: Mathias abandonds a cart. He recieves the first e-mail with at custom code called “Mathiasxxxx” for example. And if Tina does the same she recieves a coupon with “Tinaxxxx”. Is that possible, and how?Best Regards

Confirmation email is not sent after signing to a list

Hello,I am using Klaviyo integration in Channelize via the API key. There is a form for people to add their email and join the list. With single opt-in everything works fine.But with double opt-in, users never receive the confirmation email and therefore are not added to the list. (And I have checked spams etc)Any hint of what to do to solve this?Thank you

Calculating a future date using an Event Trigger Date

Hi everyoneStill learning my ropes around Klaviyo and the dynamic variables. I found an article that allows you to calculate a future date using the “today” syntax, however does anyone know if it’s possible to calculate a future date using an event trigger property? I assumed that by adding the ‘days_later:XX’ filter, this would have made this possible, but it’s throwing an error. Variable Code: {{ event.Invoice_Date|days_later:90|format_date_string|date:'d F o'|default:'' }}Scenario: Wanted to communicate to customers payment due dates based on their order invoice date. Any suggestions and guidance would be highly appreciated!

How to remove padding from bottom of section/newsletter?

I’d really like the main column to run all the way down to the bottom of the page, but I can’t for the life of me find the setting that controls this. I’ve gone through all padding options… Please help. I bet the solution is embarrassingly simple.

personalization for branches

I have a company with about 50 branches. Which customers belongs to which branch is saved as a data field.  Now I want to send emails that seem to come directly from the branch, with indiviual headers, footers, imprint, google maps etc. Of course I can just do 50 blocks and attach each block to a target group. But this would mean my email consists of 50 blocks (even more, it would be 50 different header bklocks, 50 footer etc.). I am sure there is a way to have ONE block and take the rest of the information from a database. Any idea how this works or how to get additional information? Thanks Stef

form on our website is not displaying a “subscribe” button

Hi, For some reason the embedded sign-up form on our website is not displaying a “subscribe” button, but on the mobile version. Everything is working ok on the desktop version. The button is marked as “shown on all devices.”Any help is appreciated as this is super urgent.Thanks!

Klaviyo editor painfully slow, constant crashing, am I missing something?

Klaviyo has always been somewhat slow, clunky and painful to use but today it’s unbearable, I’ve had to walk away from the computer several times before I forced to launch it out of the window.I’m trying to do the simplest task of adding links to a selection of static images in a table and every time I come back to the editor (from another tab where I’m retrieving the links) it either completely freezes, crashes the browser, or is so slow I don’t know what it will do next.I’ve cleared my caches, tried another browser, toggled content blockers, the works. Still the same.Am I missing something?I need Klaviyo for work and right I’m wasting time troubleshooting instead of actually working.

Tracking Klaviyo Form Submission on Shopify as Facebook Lead Event

I have the FB pixel installed correctly via Shopify > Preferences and it's tracking my events. However, when using Klaviyo forms I am trying to track form submissions as lead events. As per Klaviyo instructions, I've added a callback to the bottom of my theme.liquid directly above </body><script> window.addEventListener("klaviyoForms", function(e) { if (e.detail.type == 'submit') { fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) } }); </script> However, the fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) line is throwing this error in the console:  "Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token" (on page load, not form submit) and the event is not tracking on form submit. Any ideas where I've gone wrong and/or how to properly track Shopify/Klaviyo form submissions as leads in Facebook?

Klaviyo doesn't save contacts to the right list when they come from Google

When my traffic comes from Google and visitors sign up for a Klavyio pop-up embedded on my site, Klavyio doesn't save them to the right list.Klavyio indicate that customers sign up for my newsletter via my site and that it imports them from Shopify. This is a mistake, as they sign up via the Klavyio form.Profiles should be added to my POP UP list, not my newsletter list.Do you know what could explain this?It seems to me that this only happens when the traffic source is Google. Basically when I'm pretty sure that I should be seeing this (checked on Hotjar) :I'm seeing this :Thank you in advance for your help

Sing-up form pop up not showing (WooCommerce) worked fine until 2 weeks ago

HiyaWe use Klaviyo on our WooCommerce store. I have set up a Sign-up form pop-up to capture emails and it seemed to be working fine until 4th April, but now it’s not showing anymore. We used to have hundreds of views, but now we have 0.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wordpress plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be working.When I look at the integration, it is enabled, and recent store data is still being synced.I don’t have an AdBlocker and am viewing in incognito mode, but there’s no pop-up to be seen.Can anyone tell me how I can get this to work again?

BACK IN STOCK doesnt appear! Please help

hello, I have a big problem and would be really thankful if someone could help me . so I have the dawn theme and I installed the back in stock code and it worked. But later I don't know when exactly I noticed it was gone and it didn't show up anymore. maybe I changed something in the theme but as I said I can't remember.  i have the original theme code and I would like to compare the two codes but I don't know which files I need to compare to find the problem. I already checked theme.liquid and there isn't any problem it must be any other file.   does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem ? Please help me thank you
