Different emails based on different payment method

Hello,I’m looking to send payment instructions once someone places an order. Depending on the method of payment chosen different instructions needs to be sent. It cannot be done through show/hide logic since in one payment method no instructions are to be sent and the order confirmation email is to be sent right away. What I am essentially looking to know is that is there a way by which I can conditional split based on the payment method? If not what would be the best possible way to achieve this?

Delivered Shipment Email in Klaviyo

Correct me if I am wrong- we cannot send Delivered shipment emails through Klaviyo? But in my Klaviyo metrics I can see a “Delivered Shipment” Metric coming in from shopify.  So, is this a new feature or Delivered shipment means something else or can it not be used to send out emails when the product is delivered?  Also, I use ship station...any reccomendation on what’s the best way to send a Delivery Confirmation email?

How to add a dynamic table in HTML email

I have a custom coded HTML email for post purchase flow. My question is that how do I code a dyanmic table same as what the Klaviyo dynamic table does? Like show all the products in the order if there are more than one. Same as what is achieved by setting a row alias.

How to implement javascript in Klaviyo email

I want to implement a javascript calculation in my Klaviyo email.The calculation- If you are given a price x and you are asked that if this price x was invested in gold 5 years ago, what would be it's value today.The price x here will be dynamic variable of the cart value.The code is pretty simple, I managed to do it with ChatGPT and it worked. But how can I implement this in Klaviyo?Javascript is not supported, is it possible to host the JS code online or something else?

Send Notification

I have a bit of a tricky scenario which I want to know if it is possible to implement in klaviyo or not.  When a customer books an appointment on the website, their information comes into klaviyo- pretty straighforward.  But after we have their information, based on their entered city, I want to send an email to our representative in that city and share the customers information. We have fixed representatives for every city and can have their information in Klaviyo.  Is it some how possible to implement this in Klaviyo?

Date Property present in profile but not showing when making a date triggered flow.

Hello, I am making a birthday flow. I have a custom property in profiles by the name of Birthday but when i make a birthday flow and try to trigger it with date, I don’t see the Birthday property there. See attached-   The date in MM/DD/YYYY format as suppoerted by Klaviyo. Can someone help?

Fetch number of people in the list with the Klaviyo API

Hello, is it possible to fetch the information that how many people have signed up to a list.  My ultimate to purpose is to fetch this info in Make(Integromat) and set my form to draft when the number increases a certain threshold. Do you think it can be done?

Why does my Hide/Show logic show extra white space in template?

Hi, I used this solution in the article to tackle a similar problem and it kinda worked too.  The solution to my problem was to use a conditional else/if statement like this-{% if event.line_price != 0 %} {{ event.name|default:'' }} {% endif %}But now, as you can see in the image below, I am getting all of this white space from the content that is hidden. So is there no way to remove this?

Shipping update email

I have a table in my shipping update email.  Why are these pictures like these? I am guessing it is a problem with the dynamic table settings. Can someone help me identify what will go in here? The part images are not there aren’t actually products and should not be there in the first place and I am not sure why it is beign displayed since they are not actual products but sub categories of collections. If there is a way to remove it, that would be great!

Remove Padding from table

See Screenshot below. The TEXT portion of the table here is getting this padding whicj I dont want. I went into dev tools and found out what’s causing that padding. But I am not able to remove it. I think there would be some code that could remove it.   See element.style in the CSS section, that is what’s causing the padding. How do I remove this?

Data not loading for certain profiles in Browse abandon post

In my browse abandon flow, certain profiles when they view a product enter the browse abandon browse flow as they should but the data in Klaviyo doesn’t show information about the product they viewed. Something like this-  And this ends up in them recieving emails with like this- This should have the image of the product, name and price.Why does this happen and what can I do?

More form submissions but less people in the list

 My signups form have a total of 192 signups in the past 30 days but the list it submits to has only 63 members. Why is this happening? Am I losing subscribers? Please see images attached Pop-ups submitting to list Welcome 15% Welcome 15% List-

Content distorting on apple device

The footer of my email is adding weird spaces for some reason when viewed on iphone, but it works fine when I am viewing it on my samsung. I am attaching the images of both What could be cauing this issue?

How do we change the space between a line change in text columns? In this above image, After the sentence “Looking for speedy answers?” I press enter once and it the sentence after changes line but why is the distance between it so much and how do i change it?

Pop-up form for a specific page

Can I set up a sign-up form where the popup appears when someone views any product page on my website and then I am able to see in Klaviyo the name of the product that the customer filled the form on. I am aware that I can have the pop-up form appear on only pages with “/product” in the URL but the main problem I am facing is can I see the name of the product on which the pop-up form was filled Or if this can be done by setting up a custom trigger? Will I then get to see the name of the product?

How to send sizes of specific products in Klaviyo after customer views the product

Here is what I am trying to accomplish- I have a shopify store and I want to share sizes of my product with customers once they check the product page.  I am thinking of having a pop-up which gives them the option to recieve the email or SMS with the sizes. So how can I automate this into a flow? Will I get the title of the product page on which the customer fills the form in Klaviyo as a metric that I can use. Once I get the title, I am thinking it’s possible to use the conditional logic and share the size. I also have metafields of all the products and sizes in the Shopify store, is there any way to extract those into Kalviyo? Or if someone can suggest a better way to do this!
