How to connect an embed form for gathering mailing addresses

I am trying to create an embedded form for a catalog request sign up page. I want to collect the customer’s physical mailing address (not email) to send them a catalog by mail when they request one. This is a bit atypical from how Klayvio usually functions because I’m not trying to collect email addresses here (I already gather them elsewhere, and don’t want to force people to enter an email when what they really want is a catalog) I have a few questions:How do I link the inputted information to a specific list? In the Button Click Action section, there is no “list to submit” option to choose what list their information is saved to. I only see Action and After Action options.   Is there a way to set up an email notification to myself any time someone enters this list? I’d like to receive an email so I know each time this action happens.

Form not Loading with UTM/FBCID

Why aren't my multiple forms showing on one page?

Hi - I have a landing page I have created in Shopify.  I created an embed sign up form on Klaviyo to collect info to subscribe to my email list.  I want the form to appear in several spots on the landing page, so I created 3 sign up forms.  Idea is some people may fill out the form as soon as they hit the landing page, others will want to read more info before signing up and some may want to read everything on the page before signing up.  So, there will be multiple places on the page where someone can enter their info.  The preview of the page when I’m customizing my theme shows all 3 sign up forms.  However, when I use this template on my landing page, only 1 form shows up, not all 3.  Can this be fixed or is only one sign up form allowed on each landing page?  I have seen other sites that have it in multiple places (not sure what tools they may be using), but thought this was a good idea. Appreciate any help / suggestions to fix this.

subscriber gets two confirmation

When someone subscribes to the newsletter, klavyio sends two confirmation emails. Now I have switched off double opt, and a confirmation email is still sent directly from Klavyio. How can I see where this confirmation email comes from and switch it off? Thank you in advance

Sign Up Form Display Issue

Hi, I have two issues regarding my embed pop-up. First issue is on desktop, both ‘email address’ and ‘Submit” size buttons are too long while it looks perfectly fine on mobile. I tried adjusting it to a length that I wish but it would look weird on mobile after. Second issue is, is there a way to remove “Please enter a valid email address”?  I would appreciate some help! Best,Daniel

How can I populate a Klaviyo form with a customer's first name on Shopify?

When receiving the confirmation email and accepting to receive emails, subscribers are redirected to a hidden page inside a Shopify store where every product has a discounted price. When entering that hidden page, they get a pop up (from Klaviyo) that says:“{{ first_name }}, here is a small gift” In order to get that to show the users’ name, I should send the first name field from Klaviyo to Shopfiy by dynamically appending it to the URL. How can I do that?

Double Opt Alternative to prevent list bombing: reCaptcha vs honeypot

Hi there, We’re looking for a double opt-in alternative to prevent our list from being spammed. I’ve tried setting up a honey pot but got lost at which point I asked Klayvio support who told me I needed to use a 3rd party integration (can’t find any but suggestions welcome). I beleive recapthca isnt really an option either unless it can be integrated by a developer into the form, is this the case?What are the best practices here? Can any one provide some actual guidance on how to set up a honey pot or recaptha or is double opt in really the only option?Shop built on woo commerce.Thanks, Rob

Why has a 'Select a list for button' alert come up when I am trying to add birthday info into my pre-existing email sign-up pop-up? And how do I fix it?

I followed this which was fab! However, I did the add to existing email sign-up pop-up option and now I want to push it live however, I got this alert: And then when I go into fix it, I can’t see where to do it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Form notifications

Hey there,I have a couple of questions as I am unfamiliar with Klaviyo flows and forms. I have been using another software previously.I have created a form to embed into my customers website but I’ve noticed that the only notification visible to set up for this form is through creating a flow that notifies the owner that the form has been completed? Is there a way to send the details from the form as part of that notification? So for example a client has completed their name, company details, contact details, how they would like to be contacted and their message. None of this information is included in the notification as part of the flow but would be great if it can be? My second question is around the form set up. I have noticed that once the form is set up there is no way to edit the list the collected data is saved to? Can this be made editable so that a new form doesn’t need to be created? Lastly, there is no option to add multiple triggers in a custom flow? Is there a reason for

How to turn off sign up pop up form on landing pages

Hi - I have a pop up sign up form and I have landing pages I’ve created.  I only want the pop up to come up on my home page on my website.  I want to turn it off for all other landing pages or pages for my website.  How do I do that?  I think it’s confusing when it pops up on landing pages also asking for email sign ups or landing page menus I have created.   Appreciate any guidance.   Using the Modular Shopify theme.

Can I have a custom hosted manage preference page that allows subscribers to opt in and out of lists, not just segments?

Hi, I have a client who has asked me to build a custom hosted manage preference page for them., which I have done. The problem I’m running into is making sure everything is working properly as my client has created lists for each interest choice, as opposed to segments. For example, the options they would like to enable their subscribers to opt in to are shown in the image below. Each option is set up as a list. As I understand it, the best practice with Klaviyo is to have one master list, and then segments to manage preferences, but my client prefers to keep things as they are, by using lists.Based on ‘How to custom code consent pages’ it looks like it should be possible as it states:Information that can be used to target and segment: A checkbox for whether or not the user wants sale announcements A checkbox for whether or not the user wants product announcements A checkbox for whether or not the user wants blog updates Other lists the user may want to join However, everything else

Klaviyo having problems identifying profiles

Hi there!So in this case I’ve set up a coupon form that only should face active profiles.No matter what, I cannot make the form show except when changing targeting to all visitors. Seems like Klaviyo is unable to identify profiles. Anyone else had the same experience?

How to change which list a subscribe page feeds to

Hi all, I'm new to this with a very small list. I've had a wooden QR code sign made that links to my ‘subscribe page’ for my master list, which is hosted by Klayivo (not an embed form). The wooden sign is for use in person at market stalls. Now I've realised that I should have created a list of subscribers, and had the QR code sign feed to a subscriber list instead of my master list.I've changed where the embed form on my website feeds to, but I can't see any way to change where the subscribe page feeds to. Is there any way to change this? If not, what do you recommend, aside from having the wooden sign re-made?Thank you, Jules

Sign Up Form Targeting: avoiding returning customers seeing new customer incentive

HEY ALL, In the run up to Black Friday Cyber Monday our sales decrease as people hold out hoping for deals. BACKGROUNDWe are running a sign up incentive until 10th November to offer New Profiles / New Customers 10% off to sign up.A new customer is: someone who has never made a purchase from us and has not subscribed to any marketing lists. I don’t want this offer to show to existing subscribers or existing customers as we want new people to try shopping with us. Is my form submit rate right?

We have a 2.3% form submit rate on our popup. It is a two-page popup.On the first page, we give a 10% discount and ask for email address. In the second page, we upgrade it to 15% discount and ask for SMS number.Currently, we have 2.3% sign-up rate (which is very low)We want it to be at least 5%.Do we have a 2.3% rate because we have two pages? I mean, let’s say if we remove the second page of the popup, which is requesting SMS, can I say for sure that the conversion rate that is showing up on Klaviyo will increase?Basically, my question is: the 2.3% rate that’s showing up is the rate for both the first page and the second page, right?And if, for instance, I remove the second page, the form submission rate will definitely shoot up, right?Sorry for the long Q lol

How to edit in-person sign up form hosted on Klaviyo

Hi!I’ve created a sign up form that’s hosted by Klaviyo (not an embed form) to use at market stalls, and I’ve had a QR code sign made with the URL. Now for the life of me I cannot find anywhere how to edit that form. I found it once and then closed the tab and now I can’t find it again. I’ve been looking everywhere. How to add Logo, and Footer to Full screen newsletter

Hello,I am wanting to add a logo to the upper area of my full screen newsletter. How do I accomplish this? Right now Klayvio is only letting me add an image in the same stack of my form details. I would like to place the brand logo in the top nav-bar if you will of the page. I’m also wanting to add a ‘Terms & Privacy’ link in footer also not a part of the newsletter form area. Can anyone advise how to achieve this? Thanks!
