Woocommerce-Klaviyo profile and purchase information

Hi everyone!I have an an ecommerce store built using Woocommerce and I’ve now integrated Klaviyo. As far as I can tell, for people to have an account on my store where they are able to see their past purchases and invoices I have to create the customer profile using the woocommerce platform and not Klaviyo (if I use the klaviyo registration forms I end up creating a Klaviyo account but not a woocommerce one).But unleass I buy the pro version or the add on, the registration form of woocommerce is really limited.. Is there a way to integrate some features of Klaviyo into my customer’s profile? For instance: with woocommerce my customers can see thir name and contact information, address, last purchases and invoices. But I want to know and want them to be able to complete their profile with skin type, and hair type. I know Klaviyo allows to ask that and storage that information but that way I would have my customer information scattered in two platforms… Not sure I made myself understood

Sign up form not visible in Wordpress

Hi,I have reviewed a of the previous articles but can’t seem to find an answer to the issue I am currently having.We have a Wordpress website without WooCommerce.I have made a newsletter sign up form for our website as an embed form in Klaviyo.I have set up the code in the footer and based on our Klaviyo account it looks to be working as we have a green message saying “sign up forms are successfully installed on your site”.I have ensured the embed form is available for everyone to see and published.I have copied the form code to a HTML block on our site (we use UX Builder) but even once published, the form isn’t visible. I have checked in an incognito window and still not visible. I have no idea why.Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Can someone help me undersyand what im doing wrong when trying to add my SMS form to my website?

Hello , from the various videos and tutorials I’ve watched adding you klavyio code into a  custom liquid section on your password page should do the trick , but the issue I’m having is that it stays blank when I enter the code.  Can someone explain to me what the issue is and how to get around it ?  I provided images showing where I’ve entered the code and the results I get.

POP UP

Hi,I have a pop up and after customer write their email automatically a success message appear with the discount code. I don’t want this, I would like to change this and instead they get an automatic email after suscribing, is this possible? My website is in shopify.  ThanksJaime

Sign up forms & Canadian implicit consent - is the standard Klaviyo form language & behavior compliant?

Hello! I’m setting up a Klaviyo email sign up form embed and I need to make sure that we’re compliant to Canadian laws. I’m seeing a lot about implicit agreement. The Klaviyo email embeds don’t really have a “Yes/no” box to tick like at a checkout. Is their agreement to give email & hit “submit” provided that the proper language beneath (i.e. “By signing up you are agreeing to...”) - - - is that sufficient? I’m not seeing how or where to literally add a checkbox to tick. Thank you in advance!

Klaviyo pop up stops website working

Good MorningI have set up a Klaviyo email sign up pop up but when ever I activate it it greys out the website so you cant click on anything. Even when you submit your form (which works) it still just greys out the website. When i originally set it up before Christmas it was working, but now it is not. Is this a website issue or Klaviyo set up issue?Thank you

Number field

Hi there fellow ‘E-Mar’-believers, I’m in need of your help, so I hope there is an expert here who can educate me 🙏 As a noob to Klaviyo I can't find a way to add a plain number-field to my sign up forms. Currently I’m using a 3rd party signup-form to capture leads. Those leads have to specify how many items they need so I can send the right e-mail sequence. I want to use a Klaviyo-form instead but can't find this number field… A regular text field would cause incorrect input and thus clients ending up in the wrong, or worse, none, sequences. I’ve searched this forum and half of all the information on google but can’t find an answer and just can’t believe there isn’t a solution to this.. So please, help me out here dear Community! Forever Grateful,Sherief

How can I direct email & sms on 1 signup form to 2 different lists?

Hello I have a question & it would be greatly appreciated if anyone could clear this up for me. thanks in advanceSo I have an embedded sign up form on my password page that captures both emails and SMS on the same form. The sms being optional. How can I make it to where: either field that someone opts into forwards to two different lists. Meaning if someone signs up for only email, their info gets forwarded to one list but if they also put in their SMS, their SMS details will forward to a different list. that way my email flow can reach the email list & my sms flow can reach the sms list instead of all the opt in details forward to just the email flow

Is there any Kalviyo widget that can be used on a custom page builder to for the newsletter terms tick box?

I have a custom page using eComposer but their newsletter does not come with a tick box for terms of service or privacy policy. I need this and I also need it to be integrated with Klaviyo.Is there a Kalviyo widget or feature that I can add to my custom page and replace the eComposer newsletter which is as simpyl as a field to put your email in with no tick box for terms?

Pop Up For Both Mobile & Desktop

I want the popups to be the same for both mobile and desktop. If let’s say I edit mobile, it will then edit desktop and remove the first line of text. How do I create the pop up so its the same on both. If I add anew text box to the desktop version it will just add it to the mobile version.

I cloned my previous sign-up form and am trying to use it now, but it does not show up.  I am trying it  incognito, and I do not believe I changed any configurations.  I have also re-installed the Integration and app, and still nothing.  Very confused as to what might be causing this.

HiDoes anyone know if there is a way to show a form submission date in a profile? I can manually add a field to our forms, but given Klaviyo already knows when the form was submitted, I was hoping to pull through this information with our the customer having to enter today’s date.Thanks

Issue with website formatting after closing mobile form?

Hey all - has anyone else had an issue with their website glitching once you close out of the sign-up form on mobile? By glitching, I mean that the content view shifts - the left half of the screen is your website but the right half of the screen is completely blank. If you refresh the site it fixes itself, but obviously not a good customer experience.Here are a few other details:Believe it only happens on Apple devices Seems to be a mobile issue Happens on both Safari and Chrome We had this happen once before and were able to fix it simply by duplicating the form and then pushing that ‘new’ one live. I’ve tried that this time, but no luckAppreciate any insight people may have!

Product Request - Schedule Flows & Pop Ups

Can’t be the only one who’d benefit massively from this. Currently having to plan out a schedule for when to turn on/off each flow and pop up in accordance to our Black Friday strategy which means I’ll have to stay up until Midnight of those days to complete the action. I would love to see a feature where you can set a flow to be live only within a specific time period, and same with pop ups. This would help massively during sale events.

[Shopify] ADA accessibility issue with email signup form

Hi Klaviyo community,I have an email signup form on my site which has a loading delay that’s triggered after a user scrolls 30% of the page. I have recently been informed that this popup is not ADA compliant as it causes two accessibility issues. The first was that the popup didn’t take primary focus when it was displayed, and the second was that it wasn’t announced when it was displayed. My questions are - has anyone dealt with a similar issue and successfully troubleshot it? There aren’t advanced options in the WISIWYG tool to tinker with things like this. Could removing the delay solve the issue? Also, is this working as designed, or could there be a conflict with my Shopify theme that is keeping the focus on the page rather than shifting it to the popup form? Thanks in advance!

Sign form doesn't adding to a list

Hello dear Klaviyo community!My sign up form doesn't add people to a List. Double-opt in is disabled. It feels like the button just doesn't work, even though I can see the form fill tracker and it changes. However, the contact is not added to the List, so the automation does not start.I would be grateful for any tips

Can a scrollbar be added to a flyout form?

Hello,We’ve added a flyout sign up form to our site. The form has several questions, so the height is over the height of a browser window. Is there an option in Klaviyo to add a scrollbar to the form, so the whole form can be accessed? Currently the user cannot see the submit button because the form window does not scroll.

How can I receive an alert each time a profile fills out a form and is added to a list? What if they sign up again?

Hi,  I am using klaviyo forms to gather website leads and inquiries. Right now we have a flow set up to send an internal alert each time the form is filled out. This is done with the trigger “profile added to list”.  I have run into the issue where if one person (profile) fills out the form more than one time, aka if a lead returns multiple times over their lifespan, the trigger is not able to work multiple times and no alert is sent. How can we have an alert sent each time the form is submitted, regardless if the profile already is a member of the list?Thank you!
