I made a sign up form through Klaviyo and attached the code to my site. The problem is the theme’s default pop up still keeps showing along with the Klaviyo form and everytime I try to remove the default one, the Klaviyo form disappears as well.
Hi, we’re currently building a quiz funnel with Typeform with 5 different results. The result will be delivered once they signed up to our email list via double opt-in. And since there are 5 different results, they’re divided into 5 unique segments with individual emails.Questions:Is there a way to either use the “Email Confirmation” or “Opt-In Confirmed” step of the double opt-in process where we can display 5 different buttons, one for each possible result, that the reader then click on to confirm their subscription AND update their profile properties with their specific result so we can segment them?So the funnel would be:Quiz → Please enter your email to get your results → Confirm your subscription with 5 different buttons, if possible → thank you for your subscription - please click on your specific result type to get your result (if this doesn’t work with the email confirmation).I’d use individual links to tag subscribers as outlined here to update their profile https://help.klavi
Hi all,I’ve changed my Shopify theme this morning and everything has gone fine (I think!) apart from the Klaviyo Sign Up form for our Newsletter. It has an image which does not show up - its just blank. Its supposed to look like this;I’ve temporarily fixed the problem by running an A/B Test with the 2nd signup form being purely text-based and being 100% weighted. But its not exactly beautiful so I’d like to get the image problem resolved. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Hello just started to use kalivo. i have created a sign up form. but as its going to be used as a semi booking in form i want to send them a different email sequence. to my normal list.. is it possible if so how? i also would like to send them an reminder email based on the date they selected. but like “looking forward to see you later today” is that possible?
Hi all, I have recently installed this app and i am aware in can be integrated with Klaviyo. My flow is setup to trigger if someone enters their email into the newsletter section but as this app works independently all the data collected so far does not carry over to Klaviyo. Am i right in assuming once i install the integration that all the data captured by the app will transfer to Klaviyo and trigger the flows? Hope this makes sense?
Is there any way to limit how many times a user will see a signup form if he does not submit it?I know I can limit it and not show it if the user already submitted, but I would like to control the form so it’s e.g. maximum showed 3 times to a user during a session to avoid having it popping up at every page the customer enters.
Hi! I’m having an issue following the documentation here to embed a form in the footer of my Wix site. I’ve successfully added the klayvio.js code snippet (and confirmed it works using an anchor-link targeted landing page as described here), but when I add the embed DIV code in an HTML widget it doesn’t display. Here’s the documentation from Wix on embedded HTML. I’ve checked that the form is published, there’s no targeting restrictions, etc. I’ve also tested adding the form in both the footer and the body of the site. Any thoughts here? Thanks!
Hey all. This might be really obvious or impossible, I’m not sure. But, what I’m trying to do is segment people who sign up to our main mailing list by sign-up source. I’ve set up an embedded sign-up form and want to be able to tag/segment the people who use that particular form. Anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!
Using the default legacy embed code and when you hit submit, it loads a new tab at https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe with a new form they have to submit to join. Tried removing the ajax data but it still happens. How do we submit directly without the 2nd step pop up?
Hello Klaviyo community I need to add to the subscribtion for follow the journey button but it will goes to email address with a tag of a brand name I need to use klaviyo for that also for auto mate email user can add to subscribe from follow the journey from 2 different brands from the same email addressif they already in the suscriber list then we will show a message like you email is already capturedproduct name should be a link so user can go to the product page from the vendor page on the collection page under each brand we need to show some description , ex- agrain does have that but it won't show in the collections
Hoping that someone could point me in the right direction, I can’t seem to find a guide on this. With our pop up window, I would like to create a pop up window which offers people who sign up a $10 off code. However, I would like the code to be sent to them via email after they have entered their email address, and I would like the code to be unique to each person. Is this possible?
For specific products in Shopify, I’d like to not show any pricing and/or availability information and only show a button “INQUIRE”. This should then get a customer to see a pop-up form, add his/her information and then be put on a specific list. I tried playing with the Back In Stock flow, but that requires inventory level < 1, which isn’t the case (I see can be changed slightly but might be a little bit too technical.) Is the best way to:Create pop-up form “INQUIRY” paste form info in Shopify product template specific for this type of product (change necessary section/template) create form to only be shown on URL containing “#inquiry” and have the button re-direct when pressed to [product url page the customer is viewing]#inquiryIs this the best way to do it or is there an easier way that might work better? Thanks!
Hello, How can I embedded the sign-up form in Woocommerce footer? I’ve read so many articles on the forum but could not find the answer. The screenshot shows that I embedded the html code to the footer. But it did not appear after publishing. Is there a way to add this code in the theme or somehow make it work? Appreciate your insight.
I’ve a sign-up form that is looking to map a text input for address fields and store them in a profile. I’m using: Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip but these properties don’t seem to actually update in Klaviyo. I notice that these are actually Klaviyo properties and have tried with and without $.Does anyone have any tips to what might be going wrong here? The form is embedded in Shopify.
For what reason might I not be able to delete a popup form that I have created? I click on it and select "Delete" but it just freezes. I exit and edit and try and put to draft but it won't change.FYI I clones the only other popup form and change the parameter to be an exit popup. The original is after 8 second page load. Original form has been working great. No issues. Both are live and sometimes can come up simultaneously. Can that be avoided?Thoughts?James Update: I have logged out and logged in again, cleared my cache and tried again with success. However, if anyone can let me know if there is a way to avoid two popups coming up at once?
I like to give my email subscribers access to all available free download links.I have dozens of blog posts on my Shopify site offering a specific free download after email subscription. After someone subscribes I have buttons in my success message for all existing downloads (links to Shopify uploads). This is a low maintenance approach that has the disadvantage that the desired download is not at top of the list after the user subscribes, and buttons are painful to design in Forms.I’d like to separate this workflow, and, rather, create a form for each download, with a button to the download on the success page, with an All downloads link to a page with … all downloads. The problem now is that this would be an open page - I’d like to validate these by Klaviyo email subscription. Ideas?
Hello, newbie here and I have created my first form and I’m in the process of testing it - so far so good.My question is - is there a way to add additional element validation? For instance a postal / zip code validation, enforcing a minimum number of characters. Thanks, Andy
