Hi there, I am wanting to create a sign up form that will link to a QR code that goes into my product packaging.So, I want it to trigger a specific flow, but not visible on my website.How do I do that?I want to encourage people to sign up once they receive the box, but I want the messaging and flow to be different to my sign up form that I currently have embedded on my website.

Klaviyo Back in Stock Alert-Mobile not working

Our back in stock alert sign up is working on desktop, but not mobile version. The desktop shows the back in stock alert “notfiy when available” box and people can add their email. But for mobile, the Add To Cart is ghosted and when they click it, only a sales motivator popup comes up to buy another product. Is it something in the code that needs to be added for mobile version?

Multi-Level Dropdown menu - Clear selection way with many brands and models

Hello, we produce parts for espresso machines and would like to know our customers owned brand and model. This will either happen during the sign-up process or in a dedicated subscription preference update mail during the sign-up/welcome-flow. The thing is, that we have more than half a dozen manufacturers with a lot of different machine models from each manufacturer. Creating a drop-down menu with all brands and models will be an overload of options. Like this:Brand A - Model A Brand A - Model B Brand A - Model C Brand B - Model A Brand B - Model B Brand B - Model C Brand C - Model A … A text input could produce a lot of misses due to typos or different ways of typing in the brand and model.Is there a way for, say, creating a dropdown for the brand and a second dropdown which options are depending on the selection of the first dropdown. Get notified when someone fills out a form

Depending on your business, you might have some forms on your site intended for high-touch customers, and you want to be notified when someone joins that list. So how can we make that happen?At this time, Klaviyo does not have a built-in notification that you can receive when a customer fills out a signup form, but with flows you can make sure you know when someone has been added. Below are two easy ways to do this: You can CC or BCC the desired email on the first message of a flow triggered by the list your customer joins when filling out the form. You will add this CC or BCC on the content page for the first email of the flow. When the customer fills out your form and joins your list, they will enter the flow and receive the first email of the flow — you will then receive that email as well to your inbox notifying you of the customer subscription to your list. Can I have a custom design for my footer email sign up form that does not use one of the Klaviyo pre-built templates?

Hi Klaviyo Community, We are migrating to Klaviyo and are hoping to keep our branded newsletter form in our footer. I don’t see an option to add custom design code on the Klaviyo back end, only their pre-built forms or within the form builder.  Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the old js with updated Klaviyo js for the email sign up form without altering the design on the website? Thank you in advance!

I want a Sign Up form that only shows when I click a button

Hello,I have a drip campaign I’m using for certain subscriber lists. In one of those emails, I want to add a button that leads to a Sign-Up form where subscribers can update their information. This is because some subscribers might be missing critical information for a later stage.I already created my Sign Up form but don’t know how to add it as a link on my email template. Why are my embed forms not working on Shopify site?

I confirmed that the shopify / klaviyo integration is set-up on my site, but when I try to add an embed code to one of my pages, it will not show. I’m trying to create a landing page and was just testing it for now -- but the embed is supposed to show directly beneath the image on this page:  https://www.affirmativities.com/pages/test-happiness-activity-book  Can someone please help? Why can't I add an image block in my pop up email form?

I removed my logo from the multi step email pop up form along with the block by accident. I tried to add the image block back by drag and drop but, it won’t add the block at the top of the form or any place else. I even tried to add different blocks in other areas of the form but, the same thing happens.I opened my site up in a incognito window and my old image is still on the pop up email form. How that is possible I don’t know. When I’m viewing it in Klaviyo it doesn’t show any image at all. Neither will it allow me to add any blocks. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?Thanks,Shireen

Can you restrict a form to only accept two email domains?

We offer our staff discount on the brands we own and we have noticed that the discount code has the potential to be abused by none staff members.We have two domains that staff have access to depending on the company they work for. Can we restrict a sign up form to only accept these two domains?for example,domain 1 @hello.com domain 2 @goodbye.comthis is so they can receive an email with a individual discount code for that staff member.We are using magento 2 on one domain and shopify on the other

Why is my popup not showing up on Wordpress website & Klaviyo is 'unable to detect it'?

Hello all,I am attempting to get a sign up form popup on my wordpress/woocommerce website.After creating the form I clicked the “Install Code Snippet” button to retrieve the script, I then pasted it into the “Code Snippets” plugin within Wordpress in the Global Header (the same global header snippet I use for Facebook Pixel, Tiktok Pixel, Google analytics, etc.)I checked the source code of my site and have confirmed the script is in my header.When I try to verify the installation it is saying “Unable to detect that sign-up forms are successfully installed on your site”I have absolutely no idea why this could be the case. New to this!  In addition to pop uip on my online store, I would like to sign up clients when they come into my physical store. Can I use a printed QR code to link to a sign up page? Or is there a way to set a “text to” number to collect signups.  Any advice is much appreciated!

How to custom code Embed form so it so it loads faster and doesn't require .js script?

I would like to embed the HTML (and possibly JS) code so I can have the form pre-loaded on a shopify product page.  Then I can change the css display attribute to none/block to hide or show the form.I have tried to copy the html code that the form creates, but that doesn’t make it show.Any suggestions to get form to preload in Shopify?Or I can make my own form and use the API. But it seems that I can no longer directly use the API to add a subscriber to a list.thanks!

trigger popup from multiple buttons in the same page

Hello,I have successfully added button in my website which triggers a Klaviyo popup. Now I would like to add a second button but I see it is not triggering the popup. How do I remove this image from my website offering a discount code? It's very intrusive.

Hello, everyone.I’m having trouble locating the exact source that’s creating this image on my website. I know it’s definitely from Klaviyo and they’re using Cloudfront to host the image, but not how to remove/alter it.As it stands, it’s getting in the way of everything else on the page, plus it doesn’t go away once clicked on it, it simply goes back to where it was…Any help appreciated. Signups forms code not linking to woocommerce

Hi guys, new to the community here but have worked with Klaviyo in the past.I’m trying to the Klaviyo signups form code to work on my Wordpress site but I can’t seem to figure this one out.Installed the Klaviyo / Woocommerce integration (which works and syncs) but when trying to publish a form I keep getting the ‘Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Hey Guys,I have created a new audience list in Klaviyo however I am wanting to create a URL link to it so we can post it on our social media channels and have our audience click it to sign up to the mail list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have information on how to do this? Sign up forms on multiple domains?

We are an e-commerce company but have a separate digital property related to our brand on a totally separate website. This has to be the case because this secondary property is a web application that can’t be hosted on the same domain as our shopify store. However, we’d like to show the same pop-up form on this secondary property. Why isn't my form's border around my side image too?

So at the moment the border is only applying to the left hand side of the sign up form and the right hand side where we have an image, it is not applying - so it looks very poor! Any ideas how we can apply the border to the whole of the form instead of only the one side?

Signup form development request

Hi Community,As I love the new schedule form functionality, there is only option to setup it by dates.It would be great to add functionality that make it repeated based on some parameters like weekday and define the recurrence.For example I have a recurring every 2 month challenge that customer can sign in and participate and I want to automate the announcement flyout for it to be always Live for the first two weeks of every second month.Would be great if this could be develop!

Sign Up Link not Linking with Instagram sticker

I created a new full page sign up form to use only on instagram stories. It says the page in working. When I type the link directly into my web browser it works as it should. But when I post the link with the instagram sticker, the link just takes you to my website’s home page. I tried to access the sticker form multiple instagram accounts, and the link always goes to the homepage only. What am I doing wrong?
