I have seen the help form and the tutorial on how to change the list of a sign-up form, but I just cant find where to change it. The Klaviyo help center shows BUTTON CLICK ACTION. Where can I find this area? https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002049952#:~:text=You%20can%20also%20navigate%20to,segments%20then%20choose%20your%20list.
Hi there, would like some thoughts if this is good practice. We have been collecting sign-ups in Shopify via the footer newsletter, automation is on to send out welcome emails to new subscribers. We also just set up sign-up forms in Klaviyo now, with automation for the same welcome email from Klaviyo. Is it advisable to keep both automations on, assuming the syncing works seamlessly, they both sync to the same Newsletter list in Klaviyo. Can I confirm there will not be double welcome emails being sent out, syncing from Shopify would not trigger another welcome email? I understand we can edit the theme code to include a hidden newsletter value, just that we prefer not to mess with that now and to keep it simple until we decide to use just Klaviyo. Thank you!
Test videoI used GemPages（an App in Shopify) to design a landing page, which used Klaviyo elements, but I found that sometimes the Klaviyo elements in the landing page could not be displayed, and sometimes it was very laggy. What should I do? This problem makes the landing page unusable. My LP: ikitchenkit.comVideo: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hj-CQQcadUif88LtGTFJDb14cc-iWa-1/view?usp=drive_link
Hi, I have created a leads ad in FB and will use my Klayvio sign up form URL to send them to when they click on the Ad button. How do I get the Sign up form published without displaying in Shopify and do I need to add any code or links in the sign up form or just give the Ad the URL and I am good to go? TY in advance for any help
Hi, I have created an embedded sign up form which is configured to display on a page within my Shopify store. - https://essentialpraxis.com/pages/skincare-giveawayI have configured the form to show on all devices (desktop and mobile). I have also configured all the blocks within the form to be displayed for all devices. The form can be viewed on desktop, but the form is not displaying on mobile. It is currently configured to show to visitors from Australia only, however it still doesn’t display if I show to all (not just targeting a specific location).I’ve also tried to remove any protection from the browser, and have tried numerous browsers. This seems to happen to all mobiles.any ideas?
Hi,I have a simple email form field in my footer. It’s placed into my website via straight embed, show to all users. My issue is the form field grabs my mouses focus automatically, shooting me to the bottom of every page I load. The Email form field is being treated as a login box, to include my browser asking me if I want to login to this website using my credentials. This is in latest MAC OS and Safari. It’s really annoying and I would like to find a way to make the form never grab autofocus.I read that there was a “attributes” tab for form fields and autofocus was an option that could be clicked or unchecked, however, I cannot locate any such tab or check box.
I created a new full page sign up form to use only on instagram stories. It says the page in working. When I type the link directly into my web browser it works as it should. But when I post the link with the instagram sticker, the link just takes you to my website’s home page. I tried to access the sticker form multiple instagram accounts, and the link always goes to the homepage only. What am I doing wrong?
Hello, We are implementing a “Contact Us” form that is available on each “details” page of our products (over which there are several hundred). I want to be able to pass along the name of the item upon form submission that would get stored the custom property that I set on the submission button. Do Klaviyo forms have a way of passing custom property values upon submission?
Hello, creating some forms and so far things are looking pretty good. Big ups to the Klaviyo team for putting extra resources on building what is a good form builder. I know things are still evolving, work in progress, with that said, is there anyway to have a form with more that one step (intro page plus email or sms) to have its own background image? The intro page collected info from our customers like do you have dry, oily or blemished skin (choose one)The next step is collect emailthe next step is collect phone number Now, the intro page has more splash, more design but the background image spills over to the next steps which should not be as splashy. Only way to not have a universal background image that spills over into all steps? There is the other half of the form where you could add an image for each step. Wish we could do this with the first half.Any power tips to work around this? ThanksJay
Hi, I have added the sign up form code to the head of our website. This is for convenience to ensure we don’t miss it on a new page we create. I understand this is not recommended by Klaviyo but I want to understand beyond the potential performance concerns, will this impact the actual functionality of the forms? Upon testing, there are no issues but Klaviyo cannot detect the code is installed correctly. Thanks,
I have a sign up form on the sign that will assign new subscribers a code - this is done automatically with the Shopify <> Klaviyo integration. I want to display the Unique Code when the user is on the website if they have signed up. Is this possible to do either via API or is it assigned to the user in Shopify and therefore accessible via liquid?
Hello! I have password page activated in my Prestige Shopify theme so users can leave their email adress in order to get access. The question is that I have that field connected to my klaviyo newsletter. Also in Klaviyo, within my audience settings "Newsletter" I have configured the sending of a validation email that should reach all new subscribers to my newsletter, but that email is not arriving. Could someone give me a cable?Thank you very much!
Good day! I would like to collect customer email preferences for certain product promos for Black Friday and for this data to be saved as a property so I can segment customers accordingly. I.e I would like customers who sign up to receive our BF deals on our website to receive an email with selection of different promos that will be sent out over this time, i.e related to our training or related to our products and give them an option to select which offers they want to receive marketing about. How can I set this up and automate this in Klaviyo? Would it need to be done through a workflow for all people who subscribe to receive Black Friday marketing? Thanks,Lauren
am in need of java script or something for my email sign-up form on Klaviyo and would need to know how to apply it so I can duplicate…. Basically, I want to create a Flow triggered by an embedded sign-up form whenever someone fills out a form so that a person can receive the message multiple times, Not just once. I am using this as getting people's email address and give them freebies but if that only occurs once and they don't get any other freebies then that would be a problem. So, I would need this flow to occur whenever people sign up for it and needs to perform regardless of the times they put in their info. I am also intending to use this whenever I need to add freebies so I need to know how to apply and where as well. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you!
We are running different campaigns at www.legeakademiet.dk where we would like to create a popup, which tells the visitor about the current campaign offer. So I have created a sign up form and removed the form fields and just added an image and a text block, so it works more as a sales banner. But i'm missing the opportunity to set a start and a end date for when the campaign should run.Is that not possible to schedule a sign-up form?
Hey,I want to run a contest that is exclusively for people who have already subscribed and meet certain shopping criteria. I will not be offering this competition on social media or via any other media. It is a reward for staying engaged and being part of the brand. The sign up form will be sent via email to existing subscribers. I set up a new list as detailed in this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472). However once designing the page. I’m not sure what to do about the confirmation page and opt-in page (below are the two pages/steps I’m referring to)As these people are already subscribers I don’t need to ask them to subscribe again and I don’t want to confuse them either. For the existing VIP customers I already have a manage preference page is already customised for the subscribers to add more details about their shopping habits so I don’t want to change this. Maybe I should not have set up a list, but duplicated a segment and customised a manage pref
Hi, Does anyone know if it’s possible when working with a checkbox that it’s ticked by default? Now people have to tick the box manually if they want to subscribe to our newsletter, but I have the feeling I’m losing a lot of the people here because they don’t thick the box. Thanks in advance!

Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views? Or will the same person who visits the page multiple times be counted as multiple views? Also, if the same person refreshes the page with the A/B test, could they be served the other variant? Is it tied to cookies/cache?
