Hi,in one of our integrated signup forms the e-mail address field is pre-filled with a random address, see screenshot. This only happens in Google Chrome and Firefox browser, also not in the incognito mode. Does this happen to anyone else? How can I fix this?Thanks in advance, Marleen
Hi, when the signup form pops up, even if I don't click the X mark and I click on any other spaces on the website, the singup form will disappear, how could I fix this? www.minidrago.com10 secs later it will pop up. I noticed this Klaviyo website sign in form is also like this. It is annoying. Thanks
I'm having some issues with a signup form displaying on some page loads but not on others. The issue happens at https://savvyandsorted.com/pages/warranty When the form doesn't load it returns the following console error Is anyone able to shed some light on why this may be the case and how i can resolve it?
We have a client who has a subscirbe form on their website but they want to run ads and have requested a second identical subscribe page just to track the leads that come from those ads. Is there a easier way to track where subsribers come from using just one subscribe form/page?

Hi, I’m hoping you can help with this one - I have an issue with the Opt-In Confirmed pages.What’s happening is that when a user clicks the confirm link in the Email Confirmation and opens the Opt-In Confirmed page for the first time, the Review your email preferences link displays below the text (this is working correctly)However, if the user refreshes the page, or clicks on the confirm link in the email again, the Review your email preferences link is missing. This is an issue as the text above the link currently says:Thanks for confirming your email address! If you'd like to change your subscription, you can update your preferences with the link below.but the preferences link doesn’t consistently show. Is this expected behaviour (in which case we will update the text on the confirmation page) or should the preferences link be showing at all times? Thanks
I have a Shopify website which is integrated. I’ve created a new lead magnet and am having a couple of problems. I’ve created a pop up - the stats show sign ups but the numbers aren’t correct when looking at my list - if someone doesn’t complete double opt in, do the stats still show that them as having completed the action? I cloned the popup to make an embedded form for a page. I have copied the code and added it to the HTML for my page but the form isn’t showing. Appreciate any help, thank you

Is there any way to create a signup form (Pop-up) and after the customer inputs their email they will receive a confirmation to verify if they want to opt in. Is there a way to not have this verification? I felt like it’s an extra step for the customer or is it necessary? I think it’s a way to know if the customer’s email is active or the customer is active with their email is that correct?2. How can I customised that email from question no. 1 so that I can send a discount code for new customers without manually sending the emails every time? Thank you and sorry for noob questions Team!
I just started setting up my account and testing the first signup form. Everything was fine and double opt-in emails started arriving into my inbox. Some time later this stopped working. I checked that my list still has double opt-in enabled, and that the emails are not ending up in the spam folder. They just stopped coming out. The only thing I can think of is that I edited the template for double opt-in but the only thing I changed was the text label. Any clues on where to look for solutions?
I have created a flyout pop up I like. Is there a setting somewhere that allows the back homepage to go dim so that the fly out sign up jumps out more? Makes it more visible? I’ve seen other pop ups where the homescreen gets dim, and I’d love to have that look.Thanks!!www.coverandquill.com

Is there a way to display the “notify me when available” when the the continue selling policy is true? I tried with display_on_policy_continue but the store was created after December 2017 so nothing appears. Is there any other way to do it?

Hello, Im trying to figure out how to place my newsletter to be in the right hand side (same as now) on the site as desktop version, but i want it to be first thing up when its on Mobile version (as in before the footer links start - i want it to be first thing that shows on the footer menu on Mobile version) Another Question.. for some reason the Email field is extremely small .. even tho i made it quite long during the editing process, please any help would be lovely! website is vivorosa.com
I have 2 signup forms on my website.1) Popup form that offers 10% off on first order2) Embed form in footer for newsletter signupsDoes subscribers from both forms go to “one” list as new subscribers or separated into “two” lists?If they all go on “one” list since they are all new subscribers, how do I offer 10% discount to the popup form subscribers and not to the footer form newsletter subscribers?

Hi,I have created a pop up form for my website to appear within 4 seconds of the customer landing on the homepage.This seems to work only sometimes which is hard for me to determine how it looks on the wesite.Additionally, to this my major issue is that I also have a cookies prompt that pops up from the start of landing on the page, and if the customer is to click this or anywhere outside of the pop up, the pop up dissappears therefore losing the chance for the customer to potentially subscribe. It happens so quickly, that even if you’re scrolling as it pops up and you didnt realise it instantly disappears. I have tried looking for others with the problem and reviewed the behaviours and guides but nothing is obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If someone subscribed to my site for the 20% discount on their first order, does klaviyo recognized this same email address and prevent this person from subscribing again to get another 20% discount coupon in their email? I have been on sites that use Aweber that says that I’m already subscribed. Does Klaviyo also generates similar message when someone is already subscribed that has already received my signup discount code?
I am using GemPages. I had them check the integration with Klaviyo and it is correct so Klaviyo and Shopify are also connected correctly. However, when I enter the embed code in the Klaviyo GemPages element the embed form still will not show up. Am I missing something or is this an error occurring in Klaviyo? GemPages told me it is a Klaviyo issue and they cannot help since their side is setup correctly. Thanks!
