Hello, creating some forms and so far things are looking pretty good. Big ups to the Klaviyo team for putting extra resources on building what is a good form builder. I know things are still evolving, work in progress, with that said, is there anyway to have a form with more that one step (intro page plus email or sms) to have its own background image? The intro page collected info from our customers like do you have dry, oily or blemished skin (choose one)The next step is collect emailthe next step is collect phone number Now, the intro page has more splash, more design but the background image spills over to the next steps which should not be as splashy. Only way to not have a universal background image that spills over into all steps? There is the other half of the form where you could add an image for each step. Wish we could do this with the first half.Any power tips to work around this? ThanksJay
When my email popup forms are activated on my shopify site they work as intended with one exception. If anyone clicks on the second product image on the product page the popup form persistently shows up. Very strange. Any idea on how to fix this bug? example. click on the second picture from the top left hand picture column and you should see what I mean.https://www.knottyrugs.ca/products/momeni-xander-black-xan-2blk?pr_prod_strat=collection_fallback&pr_rec_id=4f266d39a&pr_rec_pid=7098823704755&pr_ref_pid=7098796769459&pr_seq=uniform
Hey guys,I have 2 Pop Ups Created and I have one set to pop up on all pages except for 1, and then the other set to only pop up on that 1 page. However, the single page one is not being displayed to anyone and that is my best selling product, where most of my Traffic goes to. How can I fix this? I even tried turning off the other one that goes to all pages and woke up the next day and no new views even. Even though that page on my website had lots of hits during that time. So how can I fix these pop ups? Thanks!Tim S.
Hi I want create a signup form test for mobile users only on my website (https://www.rideapart.com/). I need the form to display in several places though, home page and article pages. See below for examples of article pages.https://www.rideapart.com/features/583326/honda-cub-ez-90-mini/https://www.rideapart.com/news/583826/2023-kawasaki-ninja-zx-6r/https://www.rideapart.com/reviews/582891/2022-harley-sportster-nightster-review/Instead of installing the code snippet on every article page, which there are a lot of, is there a blanket approach to targeting & behavior? Thanks!
Hi there, I have a email collection Lightbox set to a page titled hht2. that page is password protected for now, until I launch my funnel. somehow emails are coming through klaviyo and it says the source is Facebook… the only links I have on Facebook are for Facebook ads I am running to my home page (healthyhometransformation.com)… when I go to that site, I do not see the email box and neither can anyone else who checks, yet somehow people are seeing this box. the only thing that I can think of is there might be a glitch and it is popping up for some or all people. who click on links from my Facebook ads?!!
I’m trying to trigger a pop-up signup form (a short customer survey) on Shopify that shows on the “Thank You” page immediately after a customer places an order.I currently have “Display by URL” activated, with “Only show on certain URL’s” selected, containing the string “/thank_you” (this is the page string that Shopify creates automatically), but upon purchase completion, the form is still not showing. Is there some sort of rule against this because it’s part of the checkout flow? Or am I approaching this the wrong way?
Hi, I wonder if there is a way to setup the Klaviyo signup forms to trigger a tiktok pixel event. The goal would be to optimize tiktok ads for a signup event at our Shopify store. I thought it would be a no-brainer but apparently I can’t figure it out.I tried to use tiktok web-elements for custom events, but it won’t recognize the Klaviyo pop up-form. Any help is most appreciated!Best, randy
I have a signup form that collects user email and then redirects to a survey form. Is there a way I can auto-populate the email field from the previous form? I tried using local storage to populate the email field but when I interact with the form the value disappears. Thank!
Hi there, Very new to Klaviyo, sorry if this is a dumb question. When setting up my first Signup PopUp form, I ask for their email address. If they submit that, they have the option to sign up for SMS. If they DECLINE the SMS then they never make it to the Success notice. Is there a way to make it so that if the customer submits either of those they make it to the Success notice? I would like for them to know it went through and to check their email for the coupon code because sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to get that email with the code in it. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
My client’s website is custom built, so it’s not on shopify or any other ecommerce platform. We have a Signup Form on one of the landing pages where clients fill in their details in order to profress through the sales funnel.I want to link that form to our Klaviyo account so we can start sending email flows to the people who fill out the form.Is there a detailed documentation or video guide to help me understand how can this be done? The form is at the bottom of this page www.doko.md/appAppreciate the help.
I’m currently using Gempages in Shopify. I designed my Newsletter form on the footer of my Home Page. However, whenever the customer sign up from the footer it gets added to my profiles but it doesnt go in my newsletter list. Can someone help me on this please?
Hi, i’m trying to create a Post Purchase Popup that appears when a customer makes a purchase but have not engaged with the said popup. This will ask or remind to update their profile to acquire additional information like birthdates. I saw a suggestion to create a segment (place order at least once over all time) and use that as a targeting rule for the popup. However, my dilemma is what if its not the first time they make the purchase, that would mean they won’t see the popup right? Is there a different way to do this?
Hi there,Ive tried to create a button on my home page to link to a popup form, following the instruction on the Klaviyo Support Forum How to Trigger a Popup or Flyout Form When a Button Is Clicked – Klaviyo - Help CenterI’ve followed these to the letter, and it doesnt seem to be working, as you can see on my home page here. The button is there but it doesnt appear to work:www.indigolanehome.com
Hi all,Wanted to run a few A/B tests on various pages with different types of popup offer, to see what content works best on blog vs. product page. We’ve had a few site speed issues recently and our dev suggested that it might be due to the Klaviyo tech in the background used to generate different versions of pop-ups.Has anyone had anything similar like this occur and if so how did you fix it? Cheers
