Hi, My client currently has customer profiles with one email address, but multiple names, making one of them the primary account customer and the other the secondary account customer. Now they would like to separate these by only having one email address associated per customer and want to do this in an embedded form. I was wondering if it was possible to create multiple Klaviyo profiles through adding steps into an embedded form and adding email and name data capture fields?
Our site has a signup form for a blog and a different signup form for users not on the blog. Is there a way to ensure users who have seen one popup but declined to sign up don’t see another popup during their visit? We are trying to avoid flooding users with too many popups.
Hey everyone,Is it possible to automatically distinguish new subscribers based on their geo location and send the appropriate "subscribe" form, "confirm your email" form etc. according to their language? I can only find the setting to change the language of all these subscribe mails. Thanks a lot!Pascal
Hi there, I have recently built a sign-up form and embedded the link on my Shopify website.I have a drop down menu and when the users click on their option, the selected option is not clearly visible and I’m afraid this will cause confusion. The same thing occurs for the check box option - a large black dot appears on selection, but again, it’s not clear to the use which option has been checked.I have attached screenshots below. Can anyone please assist?Thank you! Drop down menu option:Check box option:
Hi thereIt's amazing: Klaviyo has many good features, but it doesn't have a textarea input field. Imagine you have to enter more than two words in a form field, the description of a problem, for example. You'll go crazy if it's all on one line. Please Klaviyo engineers, finally give us a textarea input field! Thank you! Hanibal Lecter
Problem: User signs-up, but does not complete or forgets to complete double opt-in confirmation. User is not imported into Welcome Series Email. There is no way to resend confirmation email on a follow-up/reminder basis.Proposed Solution: A confirmation follow-up queue that sends a friendly reminder to the user in X days if they haven’t finished confirming their email.Benefits: This ensures that users that intended to sign-up but did not complete the confirmation, or forget to complete it, will be reminded at a later time and receive the content they signed up to receive. This also avoids headaches for Klaviyo users because it allows this process to automated based on the reminder sequence they select.
Hi Klaviyo community,We have implemented a couple of popups, one that shows after 20 seconds, and one that is triggered by a button click. We are wondering if there’s a way to prevent the automatic 20 second timer popup from appearing if the other popup has already been triggered via a click?Kind regards
Hi Klaviyo Community, I have a signup form that I’ve set to ‘Mobile Only’ (and a separate one for ‘desktop only”), but the placeholder text isn’t showing completely and looks squished up. The placeholder texts are meant to read “First Name”, “Last Name’, and “Interest”. Is there anyway to resolve this?
Hi there,We’re a pet retailer looking to set up a new acquisition flow for new Puppy and Kitten owners. A new form will be created to capture the information of these new customers, including their pet’s name. If a customer were to fill out the form more than once, I’m concerned that they could overwrite their pet’s name or other details. What can be done to reduce the chances of this happening? I’m familiar with targeting by visitor, but conscious of the limitation whereby the customer must be cookied. Is it possible to:Block customer sign-ups from customers who try to use the same email more than once in the same form? Display or hide dynamic content or fields in a form based on the customer? Thanks

Hi there,I found quite a few entries on this in the discussion boards and Klaviyo help, but none were 100% clear: If someone who has unsubscribed from an event-based flow later on completes a purchase, subscribes to a list (e.g. Newsletter)… will this lift the suppression and re-enable event-based flow E-mails? Thanks for your help!
Hello everyone. I am very new to Klaviyo. :-)I have installed a back in stock notification on my Shopify store (yes I am super proud of myself).I have totally tailored the pop-up with all my brand colours, but the notify me button on the actual product page looks awful and I can’t for the life of me work out how to change the colours of it?It’s set to btn but it comes up like this (see screenshot). I’m using the Taste theme if that’s relevant. The script says ‘centre’… but it’s not centred and while the text font matches the other text on the page, I’d really rather have it in another colour (we use a teal and a watermelon pink as our branding colours for which I have the hex codes). Thank you so much for any advice to fix this annoying issue!
Hi all! I’ve created an embed form for Shopify and everything is setup as expected, I can submit the form and receive the confirmation message. The problem is that when I check the List where I am expected to be stored, I am not seeing the successful submissions. I don’t see any errors or issues, yet I am still seeing nothing.Any help will be great! Thanks!
HiI’m trying to avoid having to embed a form on our own site, and instead just use the hosted Klaviyo form (see screenshot). However, the form is much too small on mobile (see screenshot). There’s no immediate remedy to this that I can find, no Desktop nor Mobile views where I can change the layout.Am I missing something? Here’s the form URL I’m trying to use, via Subscribe & Preference pages within the List options: Here’s what it looks like on mobile:
Hello, I am struggling to add the second embedded form to the web-site. I have added the first one, which is pop-up on main page and now I need to add Newsletter subscription in the footer. I’ve created the second “embed” form, added <div> to the footer in code editor on Shopify, however it’s not showing at all. Do I need to do something with snippet? What can cause the issue? My Shopify theme is Dawn version 2.4.0 Thanks in advance for your help,Anastasia
