I connected a form to klaviyo using Legacy Forms and for some reason I keep getting “invalid email address” every time I submit the form, but everything looks correct. I’m not sure what’s going on. I can add a tag to Flows and Campaigns, but not Sign Up forms. It makes it very difficult to manage separate B2C and B2B Signup forms at the same time other than using the naming convention of the form itself.Advantages:Being able to tag lists would make it very easy to tag something as B2C or B2B, then filter down to what are currently focusing on We can currently manage our Campaigns and Flows via tags so adding this to the Signup Forms section wouldn’t be too hard, and it would make using Klaviyo much more consistent Having user level access at a tag level would make it easy for us to invite external partners to our account to manage signup forms for their market
How can I add GDPR consent checkboxes on a Klaviyo signup PAGE (not the forms). This is because Wix & Klaviyo don’t play nice! - Not sure why Klaviyo can’t do this via a standard embed form like Mailchimp do!So I’m doing a full page and embedding that, as I found on a guide on Klaviyo docs… but can’t seem to find how to add GDPR consent fielsds?
Hi everyone, I don’t know why this is happening however, the form we embedded on our site is not uploading all the data into their profile once they sign up.Their first and last name in particular which is required in the form to be submitted. However, one of the fields will be missing and their last name is usually being added as their first name with last name blank. I have even done a dummy test and it loads my last name as my first name which triggered the flow to say hi to my last name. Any help would be much appreciated!! I have just moved over from Mail Chimp and the challenges I’m having is making me re-think my choice!
Hi,I run a games shop and I’m looking to set up email lists for the various products and/or events that we run. I want to allow each customer to choose which products they receive information on.My initial thought was to set up multiple lists, one for each product or product group that we operate however I don’t seem to be able to develop a sign up form that allows customers to choose to be on multiple lists.Is there a way of doing the above or is there another way to achieve the effect I need?Any help or advice would be appreciated.CheersGlen
I created a multi-step form today. 1st form is an email opt-in. 2nd form is SMS opt-in. And then success/confirmation message.When you say “no thank” to the 2nd form SMS opt-in, the form just disappears and nothing else happens. There’s no success/confirmation message. Is there a way to get that message? Currently, it will only display that message when the SMS opt-in is filled out.
Option to close pop-up/sign-up form but display as widget in case new visitor wants to refer to again
Hello, is there an option to minimize a pop-up sign up form for later? Use case, user arrives on site and sees a 10% offer however they haven't explored the site yet so it might not be relevant. If we add an option to minimize, or 'not yet' CTA to the pop-up this creates a widget on the screen so they can open the offer up again once they've decided if and what they'd like to purchase.
My flyout form takes a while to appear on the page. I’ve set it for a 10 second delay. I checked the console in Chrome for any errors and I have this error appear:DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/sentry.957bb8d322d8fad44127.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILUREDo I need to be concerned/do anything about this? Hello, How can I embedded the sign-up form in Woocommerce footer? I’ve read so many articles on the forum but could not find the answer. The screenshot shows that I embedded the html code to the footer. But it did not appear after publishing. Is there a way to add this code in the theme or somehow make it work? Appreciate your insight.
I’m brand new to Klaviyo and just setup my first sign-up form using the Klaviyo Multi-step email and SMS popup. How do I set it up so a unique coupon code gets sent via email or SMS to the subscriber? I didn’t see any other steps in the sign-up form setup process that allows me to do this and I tried googling and looking in these forums for answers but couldn’t find any. Appreciate any/all help, thank you. (PS. I’m using WooCommerce)
I would like to embed a signup form on Wordpress site that asks a question with 3 radio button options and asks for email address in the next step. The question and email could be asked in a single step. The challenge is that the next step after collecting email needs to go into one of 3 different areas depending on which radio button is selected. Is there a way for the next step in a form to be conditional?
I’d love it if form submissions (using built-in Klaviyo forms) were tracked just like every other metric in Klaviyo.For example, for businesses with a number of different lead magnets, as far as I can see, there’s no easy way to report/segment on who has opted in to each form (or multiple forms).This kind of information can tell a business who is really engaged with their gated content.
We have our signup form to not show to existing Klaviyo profiles and to not show for another 30 days when x’d out. Which always seems to work in the browser. When launching our site from Instagram in a child browser I am noticing it seems to show always. Is there a fix for this?
I’m having an issue publishing my sign-up form because it keeps popping up with this error message: There are multiple input fields for the birthday profile property. I imported from a csv file that only had one Birthday field on it and I mapped that to a custom property called Birthday. When I look at customers profiles that have that field, there is only one that shows up.I have reached out to chat, but they are not available until the morning. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it? Where do I look to locate the multiples the message refers to?
Hello We are creating a custom preference page using the example in this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077067-How-to-Custom-Code-an-Unsubscribe-or-Manage-Preferences-Page However, in this example there is no mention to link a drop-down menu (which we would use for Birthdate or Country)with Klaviyo. Would anyone have a code that works? Many thanks, Sergio
