I want to fire a Klaviyo Popup form when a user clicks a specific class (ex: .sizing) that’s attached to a text link. We have a headless site and this is how we’re using Justuno to trigger popups. We’d love to fully switch to Klaviyo’s popups, but can’t seem to find a way to do this.
Hi,I have created a pop up form for my website to appear within 4 seconds of the customer landing on the homepage. This seems to work only sometimes which is hard for me to determine how it looks on the wesite.Additionally, to this my major issue is that I also have a cookies prompt that pops up from the start of landing on the page, and if the customer is to click this or anywhere outside of the pop up, the pop up dissappears therefore losing the chance for the customer to potentially subscribe. It happens so quickly, that even if you’re scrolling as it pops up and you didnt realise it instantly disappears. I have tried looking for others with the problem and reviewed the behaviours and guides but nothing is obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, when the signup form pops up, even if I don't click the X mark and I click on any other spaces on the website, the singup form will disappear, how could I fix this? www.minidrago.com10 secs later it will pop up. I noticed this Klaviyo website sign in form is also like this. It is annoying. Thanks
I'm having some issues with a signup form displaying on some page loads but not on others. The issue happens at https://savvyandsorted.com/pages/warranty When the form doesn't load it returns the following console error Is anyone able to shed some light on why this may be the case and how i can resolve it?
Currently the popups I created can be closed either by clicking the little “x” at the top or by clicking/tapping anywhere outside of the popup window. That way I feel like a lot of mobile users accidently close the popup simply by scrolling and tapping through my page at the moment the popup appears. Is there a way to disable this “click off to close it” option and only allowing visitors to close the popup by clicking the little “x”? Thanks!
Hi!I am creating a subscription form and inside the editor under the “styles” tab, I choose 10px as the border radius. But that change does not show on the right side (front end).If I apply border radius to the button, it shows on the other hand. Thanks for any inputsFlo
Hey guys, I’m new to Klaviyo and loving it so far. I have begun to embed a Sign Up form on my Wordpress/Elementor Site but I was wondering if there was a way using custom CSS toa) Add more space between the ‘first name’ & ‘email’ fields andb) If there is a way of altering the structure of the columns e.g. ‘first name’ would be 40% and ‘email’ would be 60% instead of a 50/50 split. Appreciate any advice! Spinach 2.0
I’m running into an issue where the the legacy form sometimes redirects to page with another form asking for the email, first name, and last name. But this only seems to happen sometimes. I’ve added the data attributes: data-ajax-submit, target, and novalidate. Thanks in advance for the help!
I confirmed that the shopify / klaviyo integration is set-up on my site, but when I try to add an embed code to one of my pages, it will not show. I’m trying to create a landing page and was just testing it for now -- but the embed is supposed to show directly beneath the image on this page: https://www.affirmativities.com/pages/test-happiness-activity-book Can someone please help? Thanks!
Hi there! Is it possible to have a signup form hosted on Klaviyo the same way the list subscribe pages are (the ones with the url: https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=)? The only other option I see is creating a new list specifically for the signup form I want hosted but since this signup form is directing to my main list, I feel like I would like to avoid this if possible. Thank you for your time!
I don’t love the way Klaviyo adds everything from a form to the profile (as custom properties). If I want to do a survey — it seems like I shouldn’t use Klaviyo. Do folks have experience pre-populating a user’s email address (from Klaviyo) into the email field in something like an embedded Google Form, or SquareSpace Form, or another tool?
Using the default legacy embed code and when you hit submit, it loads a new tab at https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe with a new form they have to submit to join. Tried removing the ajax data but it still happens. How do we submit directly without the 2nd step pop up?
I just started setting up my account and testing the first signup form. Everything was fine and double opt-in emails started arriving into my inbox. Some time later this stopped working. I checked that my list still has double opt-in enabled, and that the emails are not ending up in the spam folder. They just stopped coming out. The only thing I can think of is that I edited the template for double opt-in but the only thing I changed was the text label. Any clues on where to look for solutions?
Hello,If someone subscribes to shopify newsletter I got a doube double opt-in. One from Shopify and one from Klaviyo. When I am disable Shopify double opt-in then It shows me on the costumer as marked that he/she subscribed to the newsletter. When I disable Klaviyo double opt-in then I have two lists with Klaviyo Newsletter and Shopify Newsletter. But I want one flow for both Newsletter. If someone subscribeds to Shopify-Newsletter and Klaviyo-Newsletter then he or she has “longer” discount.Because if someone subscribes to the Newsletter, I give him/her free shipping.
We have a client who has a subscirbe form on their website but they want to run ads and have requested a second identical subscribe page just to track the leads that come from those ads. Is there a easier way to track where subsribers come from using just one subscribe form/page?
I am having issues with my sign up form (fly-out) on mobile. I am using the form with the side image, which looks great on a desktop, but on mobile view the image and the form get distorted. What am I doing wrong? Is it better to have two completely different Sign up forms? One for desktop (with image) and one for mobile (without image)?
Hello!I have successfully made my first sign up form campaign for my shopify store. The code snippet is installed correctly onto my website and shopify is connected through klaviyo.Unfortunately the code snipped gives me this error “Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation.”I have tried everything in the installation as well as the troubleshooting document. But everything is correctly installed. The popup simply does not show up on my site (even in private browser).Any ideas guys? (Below I attached my edit code portion of shopify, where my snippet is visible). Thanks
I’m working on collecting more phone numbers from existing email subscribers and would like to enable a pop-up on my website targeting email subscribers not signed up for texts. I would also like to include a Tap to Text form in email campaigns. In the “Guide to Collecting SMS Consent, “ the article mentions using Click to Text form in emails and on mobile, but in the Forms Gallery, I only see 2-Tap for SMS forms. Are 2-Tap for SMS and Click to Text two different types of forms? If so, what’s the difference? Guide to Collecting SMS Consent
