Click-to-Text Email Banners
Looking to add a click to text email banner within our welcome series, but with the limitation to the Click-to-Text links in that they are not supported by all applications (for example Gmail and Outlook), so those users will not be able to click on them, is there a way to reach those using those applications?
Checkout event is not working
Hi, Its been many days now and i am unable to connect with any of the klaviyo support. I also emailed to klaviyo but unfortunately i didn’t got any response. I am facing an issue that needs immediate resolve as my abandoned cart flow is not working and the checkout event is not been triggered properly. Further i purchased the sms plan and it shows the same error that “We have not yet received any Started Checkout events from WooCommerce”. I have checked again and again all my settings and integrations with woocommerce but still no resolve. I know klaviyo is a strong platform and i shifted from mailchimp to klaviyo but this issue is testing me to its best. I hope i would get some help from the klaviyo team. Looking Forward
SMS Skipped - Unable to Send SMS
Hi Community. I’ve created an SMS campaign to send, Canada based. All profile Consent was obtained and imported, my toll-free number is not verified (but I read that meanwhile it’s under process of verification, I can still send SMS). However, once I clicked send after awhile it prompted SMS skipped - unable to send SMS. I also tried un-clicking smart send to give it a try, still does not work.Any idea what’s the issue here? Any help would be appreciated!
Can you require Double Opt In for Email but not SMS?
For my main list of contacts I had “Double Opt In” enabled - I noticed that a contact did not confirm via email for double opt in, so he was never added to my main list or my “Person is consented to receive SMS” segment. I removed double opt in so now anyone that fills out my form and has phone included will be added both to my main list and SMS segment. Ideally I would like it so that I can just require double opt in for emails, and single opt in for sms. Is there any way to do this?
Adding SMS Consent to List subscription page
Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder.The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. Is Klaviyo SMS available in Canada?
Hi everyone, I understand that at the moment SMS on Klaviyo is only currently available in the US, but as I was just working through the flows today I saw this on the SMS message template:SMS for CanadaI can’t seem to find any information on this on the help center and on the community posts, so I was just wondering if any of you have tried this yet?Thanks!
List not updating (SMS contacts)
Hello, I am new on Klaviyo, I created a List and linked to a Sing-up Form where the client can get a 10% discount if he gives me his/her mobile number.I tried some tests with friends and family but even though the sign-up form registered 11 submission, the list is still empty, while the “profile” section is correctly working.It may be useful to you to know that in the Opt-in process I flagged “single opt-in”. What could it be? Can anybody help me?Thank you in advance
CRM not sending sms consent
Hello!I’m using Konnektive as a CRM and FunnelKonnekt to process sales. Because of another plugin, I need to use this system.The CRM has a plugin for Klayvio but only sends email permission along with product info and customer information, but I want to set up Texting as well.Short of exporting through Zapier, is there an easy way to manually get consent into the accounts when they submit the landing page. Below is the code for the checkbox. Maybe there is a way to transmit the data along with the form?I appreciate any help you can provide. It says it’s HTML code if that helps. EMAIL and SMS Attribution When Both Are Engaged
Hi everyone, this is Klaviyo’s attempt to explain their attribution model when both an email (campaign or flow) & SMS message are engaged.The bolded section doesn’t explain which channel earns the credit. In this case, which channel earns the credit if not email?Keep in mind that Klaviyo connects attribution to a customer's last interaction with your brand. So, if you have a flow email with a conversion window of five days, and an SMS message that immediately follows it with a conversion window of one day, and the customer interacts with both, we attribute the conversion to the SMS (the last interaction). If this customer converts outside of the SMS conversion window (over a day) but within the email conversion window (within five days), attribution will still not apply to your email since it came before the SMS interaction.

Why is my SMS Flow not triggering?
Hi Klaviyo Community - I recently set up SMS collection with a signup form. The signup form works perfectly, appearing as a fly-in after 15 seconds of browsing our site on mobile. However, once a customer opts-in to SMS, and received the initial confirmation message, the flow does not trigger. I set up the flow today, and when I preview the trigger, it shows the phone # I signed up with and says this # is eligible to enter my SMS flow. However, no phone #s entered the flow. Does anyone know why the signup form would be working, adding customers mobile #s to the SMS list, and then the trigger “joined SMS list” is active on the flow, but customers are not entering? Is it because I just set up the flow a few hours ago? Thanks!
Klaviyo SMS Question - Recharge integration
Im looking to add SMS marketing to my Klavyio flows.I was recommended SMS BUMP who is able to integrate my subscription platform (Recharge) where subscribers can edit/cancel their subscriptions through SMS.Does anyone know if this is possible with Klavyio SMS? I really want to use Klavyio since it can integrate directly with my email flows but it seems like SMS Bump has a lot of benefits that Klavyio doesn’t offer yet. How Do I Collect SMS Consent and Phone Numbers from Previous Purchasers?
Good day everyone! My name is Dayo, a digital marketing guru.I have some issues after setting up my opt-in form on my klaviyo for some of my previous buyers, I created a segment for them which will allow me to schedule a campaign requestng their consent to receive text from me. But after sending out the campaign the opt-in form was not display to them after they click on the CTA button to drop their contact.Kindly assist me on what to do.Thanks.
Can I Set Up SMS Consent at the Checkout Stage?
Hi so i set up SMS marketing through klaviyo last week using a sign up form when customers arrive on my page, which hasn't been that effective. I was wondering is there a way to add a tick box at the checkout stage where customers can choose to consent for SMS messages so i can use them in my abandon cart flow? I currently using shopify and just want a tick box then links back to klaviyo.
