It’s simple to add someone to a list in SMS via the keyword, but how do I allow remove from list via SMS? I want in-stock notifications only to go to certain lists, and I want people to be able to OPT OUT of a list versus OPT OUT of SMS entirely!

Workaround to export SMS Conversations to .csv?

Hi everyone,I just confirmed with Klaviyo Customer Support that it’s not currently possible to export all SMS conversations to csv, but I’m wondering if anyone might have thoughts on a workaround.They did say that “in Q2, our development team is planning on releasing a SMS to Zendesk feature.” Unfortunately we don’t use Zendesk, so that’s not much of a help to us.Any ideas? "MESSAGE NOT RECEIVED" Response from Klaivyo SMS

Hi!I recently set up a new flow + separate segment list to run a holiday-related SMS campaign using a flow. The flow is triggered by submitting your number through a specific sign-up form followed by the conditional split of sending a trigger word. When people are inputting their numbers they are added to the list but after texting through the trigger word are receiving a “MESSAGE NOT RECEIVED” response.  I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as our other flows work totally fine. This is the first SMS flow I’ve created from scratch.  Conditional split is set up as follows:Person Has “Sent SMS”where “message body”equals “[SPECIFIED TRIGGER WORD]”at least onceafter “[DATE I CREATED THE FLOW]” Thanks so much!

Branded Sender ID Australia - Where Can I See If Approved?

Where can I see in Klaviyo if my Branded Sender ID has been approved for sending in Australia? I filled submitted the required forms for registration. The help article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/14953787622427) says I will be able to see if my Branded Sender ID has been approved in SMS Settings. I can’t see anything that says specifically it has been approved (or not approved) in the SMS Settings.What should I look for in Klaviyo SMS Settings to know if Branded Sender ID has been approved for Australia?Thanks!

Hey everyone!I’ve followed the guide https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035056972-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-ConsentI’m making a text box and I’ve followed the GIF instructions with the following code<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="sms:+1%20<(844)933-4127>?&body=Send%20this%20text%20to%20subscribe%20to%20SMS%20Updates!%20%28ref:JOIN%29">Text JOIN to (844) 933-4127</a></p> As you can see it’s looking fine, but the ‘To’ section when I actually click the message it looks wrong.I am based in Australia, so I’m wondering whether it’s because of that, a code mistake, and if someone based in the US would see an actual number instead of +1<Also, with this source code would I be able to create this into a button? Just for appearances and better CTA clicking, I imagine.Thanks heaps in advance :)Michael

Seperate Welcome Flows for Mobile SMS Consent

From what I can tell you can’t really separate Welcome Flows for SMS signups that come from a mobile form (the one where you just click and it pulls up your messages with a text to join). We have that form as a second step on our welcome popup but we’re also using another version embedded for periodic AMA with our brand ambassador.  When we do the AMA’s it would be great to trigger a different flow than here’s your 15% off coupon, and more like “Hey, here for an hour or so AMA”. While the welcome popup should always just be doing it’s thing and triggering the welcome flow that sends out the first time purchase coupon. The reason I can’t figure out how to do this is because it appears the mobile SMS signup doesn’t send a $source attribute with it. Is there another way to accomplish what I’m trying to do?

Wondering if I schedule an SMS ahead of time if it’ll not include new profiles who sign up to my segments/lists, because i can’t see the ‘Determine Recipients on send time’ function for SMS. I can only see it for sending emails.

SMS upload errors with +1

Having trouble importing  SMS #’s. When  I have column with “+1” and number, when saved as CSV, the +1 is removed so the file will not upload correctly. Any suggestions?Thanks!

SMS to UK customers not working

My brand and me are both UK based and the majority of our audience is UK based. But when trying to collect UK SMS subscribers my customers are receiving a “Send this text to subscribe to [Brand Name]” text from a {+1 (833)….} US, Canada toll-free code number (resulting in customers SMS reply not delivering as its not valid in the UK).But on my Klaviyo account it is stated that both UK & Ireland region are ACTIVE with the standard Branded sender ID as number. So i don’t understand my customers from UK & Ireland aren’t receiving text messages from UK & Ireland number (Brand Sender ID).Image from my Klaviyo Account (13/01/24)Also the only SMS region available for my shareable SMS subscribing link is only United States, Canada. Why???Image 2 from my Klaviyo Account (13/01/24) I would appreciate any help or ideas from anyone been stuck on this past few days, thanks.

SMS Welcome Flow - Do Thank You Messages Count Toward Monthly Send Total
