Understanding the new product feeds experienceNews

Understand how to use Klaviyo’s new and improved product feeds feature, which is rolling out to all customers between September 12 and September 22, 2022. Pricing and inventory filters are now available, and you can now configure the ordering of products based on a customer’s view history, abandoned cart history, and your newest products. It’s important to note that this release is backwards compatible. If you have existing feeds, they will continue to function exactly as before. How to utilize webhooks in your customer journey

Hi Klaviyo community! Being able to use Klaviyo as your CDP (Customer Data Platform) is one of the many things that sets it apart from the other email and SMS solutions on the market. Why? Because it means you can have one source of truth for all your customer data. When you have each step of your customers’ journey in one platform, it makes it easier to run your business, deliver a premium customer experience, and leverage your data together to make the right decisions and grow your sales year over year. But what does it mean to use Klaviyo as a CDP? To me, it means Klaviyo is THE place I want all my data to sync to for three reasons: Your data is more useful in Klaviyo than anywhere else. The user experience is simple to understand even as your data grows. The platform is easy to build on, making it simple to sync your data to and from Klaviyo.  Today, I’m going to explore how you can leverage this third point, especially with the help of webhooks.  But first, what are webhooks?

Upgrades to our segmentation system

We’re excited to announce performance improvements to our segmentation engine! Over the next few days, we will be rolling out upgraded segmentation to all accounts.What is it?Accounts will now have access to an upgraded segment experience that includes the following changes: Faster, more consistent segment creation for complex segments and accounts with a large number of profiles. Improved real-time updates to segments (expect just a few minutes between a profile qualifying for a segment and being added to it, down from >20 minutes previously). A segment loading screen that more accurately represents segment processing status. Improvements to our segment criteria evaluation to reduce ambiguity and produce more accurate segments. We made changes to how we handle profile properties that are not set.
