Hi there! This was great, thanks for the tutorial.

In the bonus content it was shown how to target existing profiles that do not have a birthday, but not how to create a way to collect their input and update their profile based on a response via a campaign.

Could somebody please help with this?

Hey @brodymckenzie,

Great question!

From a campaign, the easiest way to collect a profile’s birthday would be using a button directing users to a specific signup form on your website.

This can be done by creating an embedded sign-up form housed on a specific page on your website. With this “birthday” sign-up form, you can introduce other strategies. For example, using a show/hide in your flow emails targeting users who have not shared their birthday yet enticing them with a discount or benefit.

I hope this helps!
