Using "and" or "or" in a trigger filter for a flow

I wanted to include an email in my welcome series flow that offers subscirbers an exclusive discount to a product pre-order - BUT - I want to exclude people who have already purchased this product. (Because they’ll be bummed to have missed out on the discount).  For whatever reason, I can’t preview a trigger filter for an email in the welcome series. (I can only preview the main trigger).  This product has 4 variants.  Would the trigger filters (for that specific email) be: Example 1 + What someone has done or not done  + Ordered Product + Where: Variant Name + Equals: “Hemp” + zero times + over all time AND + What someone has done or not done  + Ordered Product + Where: Variant Name + Equals: “Denim” + zero times + over all time Or would the trigger filters (for that specific email) be: Example 2 + What someone has done or not done  + Ordered Product + Where: Variant Name + Equals: “Hemp” + zero times + over all time OR + What someone has done or not done  + Ordered Product + Where: V

Create trigger Flow using order fulfilment status

I wish to make a post purchase followup flow with trigger conditions that integrate the orders fulfilment status. I know the email template can access {{ event.extra.line_items.0.fulfillment_status }} However I cannot workout if its possible to use this value in a trigger state (or an alternative equivalent).

Back in Stock for specific product only

Hi there,We’ve recently signed up to use Klaviyo and have gone through all the integration with our Shopify store and set up some Flows.I’d like to get the Back in Stock flow setup, but we would only require it on certain products i.e the ones that I know for sure will be coming back in stock. Other may be sold out and not to be replenished for a while.Is this possible? I’ve looked through the integration of the Back in Stock button for Shopify but it doesn’t mention only showing it for specific products.Thanks

Klaviyo API data extraction

Hi everyone, Am trying to extract data using api for metrics using export metric option. Am able to extract data using python. am getting data for ecommerce integration type metrics such as placed order etc... The problem here is am not able to get it based on campaigns. getting data as a whole for all campaigns. any suggestions on how to extract it based on campaigns??

Newsletter subscriber not getting welcome email

Hi,I embedded a single opt-in Newsletter form on the footer of my website and I created a Welcome Series of 3 emails, the 1st email having no time delay; I want it to be sent immediately.I tested the opt-in form by putting my email and hitting the subscribe button.  My email address shows up in the Newsletter list.  All good!However, I did not receive the 1st email.  What could be wrong?Thanks in advance for your assistance!Mel

Why Doesn't my Abandoned Cart Flow Send When A Customer Doesn't Check Out?

I had setup the abandoned cart flow, I also notice there is someone add to cart. However, when the customer didn’t check out the cart, the abandoned cart flow didn’t send out the email. Just wonder didn’t i missed out any setting?

Validation email before confirmation order

Hello everyone,I want to set up a validation link before confirming an order.To explain everything to you, I go through service providers to sell my products. They collect the customers and I take a commission at the end of the month.My partners collect the data and my company processes it. Therefore, I need the customer's consent before I can process the order: hence the validation email.The idea is to put in this email "yes I accept" in order to send the customer an order confirmation.Do you think this is possible?If so, how can I create a validation email and then an automatic confirmation email?thank you,cordially

How to suppress current subscribers from the welcome series flow for a new sign up form

Hello! I’m running a giveaway as a way to gain new newsletter subscribers - but I don’t want to exclude current subscribers from a chance to enter the giveaway. If current newsletter subscribers sign up via the giveaway sign-up form (which will trigger a thank you email, and then the regular newsletter welcome series flow) will they receive repeat emails of the regular newsletter welcome series flow? Or will the welcome series flow automatically know that those emails had already been sent to those subscribers? *I wish I knew a less complicated way to ask that question. Thanks so much for your help

Variable for 2+ items in "Thank you" flow

Hi everybody.I’ve been creating  a thank you flow and I can’t seem to get the variable for more than one product - There is a default Klaviyo variable but it doesn’t work - {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }} and I don’t want to guess how many items someone bought.TIA friends!~Aleksandra

"Since Starting This Flow"

Hi,I hope someone can help me with the Flow Filter “Since Starting This Flow”. I’m confused as to what i really means.Does it mean since the flow was turned on hence the word starting? OR does it mean since a profile entered the flow because he/she started to be in the flow?Thank you!

When I went on searching for my previous campaigns in order to find one of the same product, I realized what a mess I made with the campaign names. How do you name your campaigns and how do you organize them? New and Need Clarifications:

We paid an expert to import Constant Contact and EZTexing into Klaviyo. Then he disappeared.We have added Okendo for product reviews and it integrated with Klaviyo. We are told Okendo doesn’t intigrate with Klaviyo on SMS/SMM and they use PostScript.Can we not use Klaviyo for MSM/SMM if we are using Okendo for product reviews?

How can I get a flow to only trigger on the last event in the past 2 hours?

Hi, We've got a bit of a complicated situation for an email flow.We want to send an email after the user has stopped triggering a certain event for 2 hours. so users browse our site and trigger events multiple times.but then we only want the last one within 2 hours gets triggered.in the klaviyo flows maker there's an option to not include if they have already been in the flow in the past x hours. but we want to check for that at the end of the flow.The reason for this is that we have wishlists enabled for customers and there can be max 6 entries in the wishlist but if they're adding to wishlist and receive just the first item they've wishlisted in the email it's no good.we want them to get an email about the last 6 they've added which is the last event fired as it contains a list of the items.I spoke to someone on the live chat but it wasn't very helpful. Has anyone had any luck with a flow that only sends an email on the last event flow within 2 hours?Here’s a diagram I drew (I hope i

FLOWS WON'T WORK

Ok so I’m at the end of my rope here. I’ve contacted Klaviyo several times by email and they never even send a confirmation email in return, let alone a response.I created a handful of flows and they don't work! They are live, Klaviyo is integrated with my Shopify, there is seemingly no reason for this. Please help me.I placed a test order from my website and that worked fine. The store is working. But instead of a Klaviyo confirmation email I received the stock Shopify one.

Blocking Products from Reviews

Curious if anyone has ran into this issue or has an idea for a workaround. All of the dropdown options for our products have SKU’s assigned to them for our inventory management system. We want to create a Product Review Flow, however, the drop down options are showing up as individual products in the Review Email. And since there is no actual product page for that product, the review link lands on a 404 papge.We have attempted to add a minimum spent to trigger a review, but the drop down options are still showing up as our main products will always be well above a minimum we could set. Ideally if there was way to block a specific group of SKU’s from being pulled for the review emails that would work, but I don’t see options for that.

Event information inside conditional statement

What's the best way to implement a highly segmented Post Purchase/Winback flow strategy?

I would like to set up a Post Purchase flow for 12 different groups of customers. I have 4 general groups of shoppers that each need to receive 5 different emails within a Post purchase flow. Each one of the 4 groups must also have 3 different time delays for the emails depending on location (USA, Canada & International) due to varied delivery times. This will result in 12 Post Purchase flows. I would also like to deploy the same strategy for our Winback flows. This seems like a very large amount of flows! Yet segmenting to this extend within a lesser amount of flows (considering we would additionally like to trigger split based one whether on not these customers have purchased before) seems just as complicated.All the examples out there are too simplified to help. If anyone can provide some feedback or insights on the best strategy it would be greatly appreciated!

Confused on what type of emails violate CAN-SPAM Act...

I want to make sure my emails are not violating the spam laws in the US.I get that someone who has opted out of receiving emails (therefore suppressed) cannot receive any marketing emails.What if someone purchases a product, has never subscribed to a list, and has never opted out of emails.Can I send them a an email flow 180 days after their initial purchase and try to get them to buy again without violating spam laws?This segment is setup by default in Klaviyo and is called “Win-back Opportunities”. It won’t send to suppressed profiles but it is not exclusive to subscribers.
