Email Series Need a stop filter for email #2 (browse ideas)

I am looking at using the provided Winback campaign flow series and abandon cart reminder flow series. I noticed that there is no filter on email two. If a user makes a purchase after receiving email 1 there should be a stop filter on email two right? Am i looking into this wrong?

Flow Filters and Profile Property Updates

Hi All,  So, here’s the scenario.  We have an abandoned cart flow with a filter to skip anyone who has placed an order since starting the flow.   However, we have an update profile property at the beginning and at the end to mark that the subscriber is in that flow.   Now, the question - If a subscriber enters the flow, places an order after the first email and is tagged as “InFlow”, will they never complete the last action of setting the “InFlow” property to FALSE to signify they are not in the flow because of the filter?  If so, what’s an alternate solution that doesn’t involve adding conditional checks after each step?  Thanks!

Filtering Abandoned Cart Flows Based on Previous Order Value

Hey Klaviyo Community! Is it possible to target customers in an abandoned cart flow based on previous purchase value? Basically, I have a trigger split based on cart value, and then I want to have a conditional split for "Person has/has not (placed order/fulfilled order) where value = $X at least once over all time." Basically, I only want to give people an offer who have never reached a certain purchase threshold prior. I've been using this help center article and tried to use both the Placed Order and Fulfilled Order actions, but there doesn't seem to be the $value property to define in my conditional split. Any input is greatly appreciated!

How to add total price and date to subject line of staff order notification triggered by flow?

I created a flow that triggers a staff notification email whenever someone makes a purchase. In the subject line of that email I want to have the name, email, total price, and purchase date. This is what I have: {{ first_name }} {{ email }} {{ total_price }} {{ date }}.Currently, however, only name and email appear when a notification is triggered. Total price and date do not appear. How can I get these to populate correctly?My store is on Shopify. Thank you!

Include Customer Spend in Email

Hi, I feel like I should have found the answer to this somewhere, but I haven’t We’re running a promotion that gives a group of customers free shipping for a year if they spend $5,000 in 90 days. I want to send a email reminder each month that says something like “Don’t forget to spend $5,000 before August. You’ve already spent $xxxx.xx!” I know you can segment by revenue, is there a property I can include in the body of an email to accomplish this? Thanks,

Octane AI Flows not working

I have a quiz in Octane AI with an email opt-in at the end; however, during testing the lists are not being populated in Klavyio and the emails aren’t being sent out. I am brand new to Klavyio and am not sure where to start to figure out why it isn’t working. I created custom segments and flows for the emails to be sent. The segments are based on properties gathered from the quiz.  If someone could please help I would greatly appreciate it!Here are the Segment and Flow Details:

Webhook for Unbounce

Hello thereI set up a list in Klaviyo and added the webhook to Unbounce and changed the required field to (email) but not receiving the form submissions.I have a question about the list id.  When I add the webhook to unbounce do I change the last part of the URL to the list Id I want them directed to?  Or do I use the URL just like it was given to me when generated on Klaviyo integrations page/instructions?2nd part of question-It was working fine a few days ago and since then we changed the ‘reply to’ email address.  Could this be something that would interrupt the integration?Thank you!

Flow Question And How Shopify Collection Name Changes Effect Flows (If at all)

Newbie here (wave) just joined the beginning of May.Does changing a title of a Shopify collection effect Klaviyo flows associated with the name changed collection? I had a flow that seemed to be working and now its not and that is all I can think that might be the cause.  Also, how long does it take for a profile to populate into a flow? I have one I’ve been watching from 17 hours ago. However, another profile was added to a different flow and they just ordered….so? I think my flow is messed up but I’m not sure where. This is how Its set up... TRIGGERPeople will enter this flow when they Placed Order.TRIGGER FILTERS (1)Collections contains (Brand)FLOW FILTERS (1)Has not been in flow in the last 90 daysThis is a brand new customer...they ordered from that brand but they are not in the flow...I also checked if they accept marketing and they do. I’m lost.

Browse Abandonment Experiences

I’m interested in creating a browse abandonment flow, but my team is concerned about the user experience. Their primary concern is that we’re being too blatantly obvious that we’re tracking the products our customers view, and that they might not like that. I’m wondering about the experiences others have had with this. Have you had negative customer feedback or elevated unsubscribe or spam rates after implementing a browse abandonment flow? Any suggestions on how to test this flow on a small audience or how to AB test it after it’s up and running are welcome!

Does a user only exist in one flow at a time?

Hello,I’m setting up 2 flows - a welcome series and an abandoned cart flow.By default, could a user be in both of these flows at once? Eg. The receive welcome series email 1, go to website, add to cart and abandon that cart, triggering the abandoned cart flow. Would they stay in the welcome series flow?If they could be in both, how can I stop this from happening? Thanks

Looping products in abandoned cart in HTML Editor

Hello,I’m building a Shopify Abandoned Cart series using the HTML Editor (so I can have more control over the way everything renders in the finished product), and I can’t figure out how to loop through all the products in the abandoned cart. I can display the first item in the cart, but not the others.The instructions in the Help Center are focused on the drag & drop editor, which I don’t use much for the reasons stated above. How do I define the array, variables, alias, etc. and surround it with code to make it loop through all of the products? What code do I surround the block to be repeated with? Can this even be done with the HTML editor? Thanks in advance...aj

Why is my new email subscriber flow not sending?

HelloI set up a new flow to send out a welcome email with discount code to all new email subscribers. I have just trialled this with a friends email and they aren't sending out. When I looked at the analytics it says 0 have been delivered. Please can someone help me understand why they aren’t sending. Thank you,Sophie

Flows Triggered From "High Risk" Shopify Orders

Hey community, hope you’re having a great day! I have an interesting brain buster that my team and I can not seem to get around, I would really appreciate some insight from others.Overview: Trigger a flow for when a “High Risk” Shopify order comes through Purpose of the Flow: Send a Klaviyo notification to an internal email address that a “High Risk” order has been processed  Automate the process of identifying and addressing “High Risk” orders Send a Klaviyo flow email to the customer What We’ve Tried So Far: Shopify does not tag orders or customers as “High Risk”, so we have no way of sending this information to Klaviyo to trigger the flow Maybe These Will Work? Shopify Flow is available for Shopify+, but I do not know if tagging a High Risk order and sending that information to Klaviyo can be done with this. Perhaps the Easy Tagging Shopify app would do the trick? Does anybody here have any experience with this, or a similar tagging app?  Thank you for taking the time to read

Exclude ALL discounted carts in a conditional split?

Hi, we want to put up an abandon checkout flow which includes a discount for F0 clients who have not yet made a purchase.As we use bundles and other discounts (in Shopify), connected to already given out discount codes we would like to exclude these customers through a conditional split.  We can exclude certain discount codes or values etc, but as we have hundreds of them and they are constantly being generated we can't exclude them all.  The question is if we somehow can exclude ALL carts which include discount codes, no matter their value, names etc?

Welcome Series Flow - not working?

Hi AllWe need help!!We have set up a welcome series flow for our newsletter subscribers but are hitting a few bumps in the road which we cannot seem to resolve!Our Klaviyo account is integrated with shopify and when anyone subscribes to our newsletter via our shopify webpage their email address is automatically shown on our profiles page within Klaviyo which is great.We have set the trigger of our welcome series flow to be activated when people subscribe to the newsletter (list). We could not find a way to automatically direct people who subscribe through our shopify webpage into this Newsletter list in Klaviyo and so have instead had to add them manually. Is there a way around this?The main issue however is that our flow is not working. We have set up everything and the flow is set to live so should be actioning. However when I check the analytics there are no recipients whatsoever?! We only have around  5 subscribers in our Newsletter list at the moment (which is the trigger list for

I created a discount coupon, but "Add Codes" isn't showing in the drop down menu

Hi all,I’ve created a discount coupon and now I need to add the codes.  However, when I click on the drop down menu where I can normally see “Add Codes”, it only has options to “View History” and “Delete”.I’m very confused, as when i click on the same drop down menu for any of my previous codes, I see the option to “Add Codes” (as well as view history and delete).  Have I missed a step?

Birthday flow setup

Hi there.I’ve collected a few birthdays through my Swell Rewards Program. Within customer properties, I can see the loyalty_birthday_date in 2021-05-13 format. However, when I want to start the birthday flow, and I select the “date property” as the trigger, the loyalty_birthday_date does not appear in the dropdown. I know that I can use the swell_birthday event to trigger this, but I want to be able to collect birthdays through a pop-up as well.  Thanks so much.

What happens to users who are queued in an automation email if we edit the email or add a variation or A / B test?

Hi,We have recently started using Klaviyo and we are beginning to familiarize ourselves with automation or flows.We have noticed that when we have an email in an active flow and we edit it, either changing the position of this email for another in the flow or adding a variation, the people who received that email do not go to the next one in the flow. Is it possible that this means that any change in the flow means that the people who started it can no longer receive the following emails after having modified the flow?I attach an example of one of our flows to make it clearer:We have this flow that is activated when someone joins that segment. Approximately 1000 people have received that email and should move on to the second email in the flow.We have edited and added a variation in that first email and if we look at the second email of the flow, we see that only 134 people comply with the conditional split but that none are waiting in the second email of the flow.
