[Magento] Products not showing up in feed

Hi,Our customer’s product pictures aren’t uploaded to Magento - they come from an ERP-system instread. This means that pictures don’t show in our email product feeds.  What do we do?

Dynamic email/flow content from web feed

Hi - I have added a custom feed (from Wordpress RSS feed) and this is working fine in the feed preview.However, I cannot get the content to dynamically populate an email. I’ve been through the instructions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005258768-Guide-to-Adding-a-Custom-Web-Feed-in-an-Email#populating-feed-content-in-your-template6and searched on the forum, but just cannot get this working.I have setup a text block and set the Repeat Block to feeds.PODCASTS.rss.chanel.item and the Alias item to ‘item’.Then in the text block source I have added <h2>{{ item.title }}</h2><p>{{ item.description }}</p>(both title and description are attributes in the feed)Below is the output from the feed (to the end of the first item).Any ideas where I am going wrong?ThanksPhilip.{ rss: { "@version": "2.0", "@xmlns:content": "http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/", "@xmlns:wfw": "http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/", "@xmlns:dc": "http://purl.org/dc/element

Abandoned Cart Flow with Variant Text Trigger

We have two variants available for selection on products for example, the client can addProduct: Baby Gift HamperVariant One: Tree TypeVariant Two: Soft Toy Type. I want to be able to trigger an abandoned cart flow when specific clients add our most popular soft toy with this hamper ie: Baby Gift Hamper with Variant “Peanut the Elephant” (it doesn’t matter which tree they select so the first variant doesn’t come into the trigger). However nothing I change gets the preview trigger to work.    I have tried putting “  “ around Peanut the Elephant.  I have tried “Elephant” on its own.  I just am unsure how to proceed and would be grateful for any advice.Current Setup of flow - We have normal abandoned cart emails set up and working, and I’ve been through Klaviyo help folders on Variants but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve even checked out of the store and purchase the item physically to try and get it to populate on the list as a separate variant entry to grab it - it simply won’t show up

[Shopify] Abandoned cart emails won't send?

I have a shopify store with debutify 4.6.0 I made a abandoned cart remainder standard email flow and in the Prerequisites I get this “We have not received any recent Checkout Started events. If you think there might be a problem, contact our Success Team for help.”I also get this “We have not received any recent Placed Order events. If you think there might be a problem, contact our Success Team for help.”I added the web tracking code from klaviyo in theme.liquid since I don’t product.liquid.  I even went to my store and added to cart. I put my email address and other information in the contact information and I left my cart. I never received any abandoned email. Any help with this?

Regarding Data types and entries with multiple signup forms

I need to add a Klaviyo Property by Name TAG. Will this property be able to accommodate multiple entries e.g., rewards, feedback, join opt in, …?? I have used List data type as of now while importing contacts with this property. Is this the right way to get multiple tags to single profile? I need to use these tags in flows too.

Expected Recipient Count for a Campaign

HI everyone-I am new to klaviyo. I uploaded my customer list of over 5k subscribers from mailchimp to klaviyo. Klaviyo divided my client list into 4 segments. If you add all the subscribers in each segment I have a total of 5700+ subscribers. I have sent my first two campaigns out to all 4 segments but it looks like the email was sent to only 3091 subscribers. Why is this? Could there be subscribers in more than one segment? There aren’t enough bounced/failed emails to account for the discrepancy. Thanks, everyone! Cara

Create Segment For Expiring Coupons

Hi, apologies up front if this is an easy ‘to do’, but I’m still on my learning curve with digital marketing.We offer a $ coupon code when someone subscribes to our email list.  I am trying to create a segment (and subsequent flow) to follow up with the customer that they still have a $10 coupon to use and hopefully get them re-engaged and purchase.  I would like this follow up once 60 days passes.I have looked in both the segment and flow sections and I cannot seem to create ‘when someone has not used coupon’.Is the best solution to create a flow for ‘someone that subscribes and not purchased’ in the last 60 days.  I was hoping that the trigger could be the expiration date of the coupon and possibly re-send the coupon code to them? Thanks in advanceMelissa

Hi,we sell vintage one of kind objects. After an item has been sold, we leave them up on the website for a time to create fomo. Since we sell only unique items, they do not get restocked. However, we would like to offer a sign up form on the product page after an item has sold for people, who missed out on said item. This sign up form should sign people up to our main email list.Is the Back in Stock option the right choice for this?And if so can I install it, as we use the impulse theme of shopify in combination with pagefly?Thank you in advance for your advice!Kind regards, Elisabeth

Abandoned cart flow : Magento 2 checkout reclaim URL send me to 404 error

In our abandoned cart workflow, I’m using {{ organization.url }}reclaim/checkout/cart?quote_id={{ event.QuoteID }} as the button link. When clicked, I’m getting a 404 error code page. We use Magento 2 for our website, so wondering why the Magento 2 dynamic cart rebuild link isn’t working.

I am using Shopify and I have created a landing page with a shopify app automizely I also I have my flow set up. What step am I missing so when my customers click and subscribe I want my ebook sent right away. I don’t even know if I’m making this clear or not. So let me do the steps 1 customer clicks on landing page enter their email so they receive an ebook. 3. I have my klaviyo flow set up. I’m missing the in between step  I just need some help all help is appreciated

Email sorting by scheduled date

Hello,I spent a few weeks to schedule A LOT of emails for the next 2 years.Now, I would like to sort all these scheduled emails by “scheduled date”, so I can easily see when will be sent the next emails. But I don’t know how to do that.Second option, I would like to have a “calendar” view. I’m setting up the thank you flow with the conditional split and I wanted to know the correct way to set conditions for the 2nd time buyer.By default, it says: People that meet the following condition(s) will move to the YES side of this split. So to create conditions for the NO side of this split… is it as simple as clicking AND and going from there?

Who should receive my first campaign?

Who should the 1st campaign be sent to based on welcome series interaction of subscribers...ONLY sent to those who opened or clicked on links without buying anything?Or is the 1st campaign sent to ANYONE who goes through the welcome series even if they didn’t open or click on any links?If they did buy a product, how are they segmented off into customer lists? Where do I put that condition?And is the 1st campaign automatically sent out to people who went through the welcome series? Under campaign > recipients it says send to “potential purchasers” “Winback opportunities” “Newsletter”.How are “Potential Purchasers” determined? Those who clicked on links, abandoned carts or product browses? In which case, will they automatically go into the abandoned cart/browse flows that I have activated...even if they’re still in the welcome series, or do they switch over to those flows and come out of the welcome flow even if they haven’t completed it?I have linked the popup forms for the welcome s

Randomized Product Feed

Hello, I have a question on a product feed to be used in emails. I set up a feed for a category of items, and selected “Random” ordering. My question is do the products selected change for every email sent, or is the selection decided and fixed for the whole campaign when it is sent? Any input from you experts out there us appreciated!

Omitting products that sell out during product launch from abandoned cart flows

Hey all,The client i am working for sells out of their product drops and releases very quickly (usually within 15 minutes) leaving people stranded with items in their cart but aren’t able to purchase do to the item being sold out. In turn - these people are getting kicked abandoned cart flows for products that are out of stock. Is there anyway to Omit specific products from populating into flows during a product release? Or are there any other options or ways to combat this? thank you!

Abandoned Cart link not working on mobile (error in https)

Hello, I have an Abandoned Cart sequence set up with two links in the email - one is text hpyerlink and the other is a button.The button works fine on mobile and desktop.  And the hyperlinked text works find on desktop.But the hyperlinked text does not work on mobile (tried on 2 different devices, both using Android and Gmail app).  I can see that on mobile it’s sending me to a link starting with “https//” which is a typo and missing the “:”.  It should be sending me to https://My current settings (and the ones that have always worked in the past) are:Link Type: URLProtocol: OtherURL: {{ event.extra.checkout_url }}The hyperlink currently points to {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} but I’ve also tried changing the URL so it sends back to the main website just as a test.  The problem still occurs even in this test because it’s a problem with the “https” part of the URL.I also tried changing the protocol to “https” but that did not work.And it’s currently set up identically to an old Abandon

Hello! I am new to Klaviyo, just installed it yesterday! I have created my flows and imported my current customers. My welcome flow sent an email to all subscribers (even though I didn’t want to do that😕) how can I see what emails have been sent and to whom they have been sent to? How can I see what flows have been sent and who they have been sent to as well?Thanks!

"Viewed product" where "Item Categories" equals... is not working

Hi,I would like to target people with e-mails based on viewed products in a specific product category. Fx Someone has viewed 3 items from the category “Outdoor paint”.So far, I’ve set up a custom flow with the trigger: “When someone viewed product”.Then, ideally, I would like to add a flow filter saying: “What someone has done - Person has View Product where Item Categories contains Outdoor Paint is at least 3 in the last 2 days”The issue is that when I use “Person has Viewed Product”, I don’t get any properties to choose from (see picture 1).However, if I use “Person has Fulfilled Order”, I will be able to choose both the right property and item category (see picture 2). But I don’t want it to be “Fulfilled Order” - I just want it to be “Viewed Product”. What am I doing wrong?Kind regards,Kristine

Use Typeform Quiz Results as dynamic image content in Welcome Flow

I’m in the process of upgrading a welcome flow to incorporate details from my Typeform quiz and personalize the first email touch with my customers.  The quiz is a finder quiz where customers enter a few bits of information and we recommend a product for them.  In order to see the results from the quiz, our customer must enter their email address. We’ve set up a webhook to fetch the information from the quiz to Klaviyo Custom Properties.  So in each customer’s profile we see each of the responses to the questions and the final recommended product.  So all of that is good. On to the struggle:  I’d like the first email in my welcome series to have a dynamic content block showing the recommended product (image, product name, and link) from the quiz.  I can easily see how to pull in the name {{ person|lookup:'Custom Variable'|default:'' }} into this email - but I don’t know how to pull in the image for that product or create a dynamic link to that Product Detail Page.  Any ideas anyone?

Ensure new subscribers in welcome flow don't receive regular emails

I currently have a welcomes series flow for new subscribers to a segment. I use that same segment for my regular campaigns. How can ensure the new subscribers don’t start getting the regular campaigns until they have gone through the welcome program?

Adding A list To a Flow

I recently tried to start a Welcome Series Flow for new customers, but the list I wanted to add to it was not one of the choices, and the two choices offered were not appropriate for what I wanted to do. Which flow should I be using for what I want to accomplish, and how do I get rid of the flow I do not need?

How can I remove the "credit..." section under an image block???

Hi there, I need help removing the "credit.." block that keeps showing up under the first image block on the preview email - theres no option when editing to take it out and can’t find the answer anywhere on the site either. Does anyone have an idea of how to edit/remove?
