Sale event for browse abandoners

Hi,I am planing to run a Sale for a specific category and want to send more personalized emails to those who have viewed the product from that category in the last 30 days. I have created a segment to identify them. The question is how to create an email template corectly.The idea is to send similar email like browse abandonment ‘You viewed it and now it’s on sale’ - include the product that person has viewed and announce it is on sale now. What I am wondering is how to create that product block correctly. Could I copy it from the browse abandoned template? But I don’t know how to make sure the products will not appear from other categories that person possibly was looking at also.

Link to product in Shopify-enabled replenishment flow

Hi everyone,I have a replenishment flow built, and it’s working great except for one thing: I can’t get the product image and title to link to the product page. The image and title are populating correctly; it’s only the URL that doesn’t work. When constructed as in the code snippet seen here, it directs to the all-product page; it seems to be ignoring the {{ item.product.handle }} part of the code. How to send old campaigns to new email subscribers?

Hey all, I’m wondering how I can send old email campaigns to new subscribers? Traditionally, these people wouldn’t receive these campaigns as they were published before they joined, however I’d like to recycle the content and ensure they are receiving this value. Ideally, I’d like this to be in a flow format so they receive an email every week. Is this possible? Let me know if you can help!Thanks, Tom

How do I add flow members to a list?

Hi everyone,I’ve set up a lead nurture flow and I’d like to group anyone who has gone through the flow without converting in one list. I was hoping I could add these contacts to a list at the end of my flow or create a segment that shows anyone who has gone through a flow but don’t seem to be able to. Why is my segment triggered flow not sending emails?

Hi there!I have set up a flow based on people from our mailing list who have viewed products on our Shopify site. Once they view, they become part of a segment called “Potential Purchasers”. We set up a flow for anyone being added to that group, but no emails have been sent. Would they all be blocked by “smart send” at this stage? If so, shouldn’t they appear as “skipped” at least? Thank you!

When the discount code available is better than the Discount code in the Flow.

I have an abandoned checkout flow with a discount code incentive of 35% off to finish the order.I just sent out an email with a BOGO offer that you use a seperate discount code to get the 50% off.So it seems these people are going to get an abandoned checkout email with a 35% off code in it when the cart they abandoned had the capability of a 50% discount code depending on what discount code they used. It seems silly to send them an email with a lower discount amount that the order they abandoned.How would you retarget the emails to the people that started from the BOGO discount offer? Would you just change the language in the email to temporarily offer the 50% off instead of the 35% or is there a programmatic way of achieving this ?Many thanks,

Hi, I have embedded a link in my email campaign that opens with no problems and is correct in Klaviyo but when I send a test email, the link goes to the webpage and then says invalid, not sure how to make the link open from the email? Thank you!

Inserting custom $ value into email based on Fulfilled order value

Hi All, I’m sending out a loyalty email campaign to all profiles who have reached a certain fulfilled order value and the customer would like some text to inform the recipient how much more they would have to spend to reach the next threshold. Example: Your current spend: $30 spend an extra $270 to reach the next value. Is there a way to do this so that each email recipient gets a unique $value until the next teir?Thanks!

Welcome Flow questions: triggers and sending test emails

Hello! I’m totally new to Klayvio (loving it so far!) and have just migrated my list over from Mailchimp and synced with Shopify. I’ve just drafted a welcome flow. I’m super excited about it, but have two questions: Will any of my previous subscribers (who already received a single email welcome from Mailchimp) get these flow emails? (because of course they showed up in my preview trigger setup and now I’m paranoid) How quickly does the flow get triggered after someone signs up?   I want to send a sample to a couple of people (not to check delays, but for formatting, etc.). How would I do that? Clone the flow, set it to manual and add the 3 people to the list? Is there an easier way?Thank you so much!!! Really appreciate it.

Abandon Cart Flow on working on Woo commerce

I have setup a new abandon cart flow fro woo commerce and it’s not working. I have other flows as well which are working fine so Klaviyo is well integrated. Someone told me that it could be happening because I have a single step checkout on the website. Can someone tell me if Abandon Cart flows work with single step checkout on Woo commerce?

Flow Trigger not working

I am only recently new to Klaviyo and I have set up a ‘Welcome’ flow to automatically send to my subscribers.  This has been working in the past, but was brought to my attention today that no emails were going out to our recent subscribers.I have checked that the flow is set to the right list (it is), my list is populating and I am receiving emails with every new subscription.  I have provided some screen shots to show what I have done.  The Welcome flow to the Newsletter list. The flow is live.I am at a blank as to why our new customers aren’t getting our welcome emails with our discount code, this is losing us sales so I would like to get it rectified ASAP.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Rhianna

Product review flow after parcel was delivered via AfterShip integration

Hi, Is it possible to set up a product review flow where trigger is Received Delivery via AfterShip integration? I have setup it but the products are not populated into the email.  I want to use this trigger and not the trigger Fulfilled order via Woo because we deliver worldwide and delivery terms differ significantly. And especially when deliveries are delayed now I do not want to send a review email when the parcel is still in transit.

Abandoned cart - scheduled email for someone who just placed an order

Hello,We created our first abandoned cart flow yesterday and today someone left the cart but then came back later and placed the order. However, we noticed the 1st email in the sequence still appeared as queued so we removed it manually.Does this mean there’s a problem with the flow or is it the case that the email would have been stopped by Klaviyo right before the scheduled delivery date/time?  Many thanks in advance!

How add product pricing with VAT included in a productblock. (For an abandoned cart mail)

I am currently struggling to add the right price from Magento to the product block in the abandoned cart email. The price is currently showing with VAT excluded. Has anyone found a way to include VAT in the product price?  Thanks!

How to display the special price in the block?

Hi, I displayed the below:{{ item.product.name }}Quantité: {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }} — Total: {% currency_format event.extra.line_items.0.product.special_price|floatformat:2 %}  But it still the ‘normal price’ we see in the preview email while it should be the special price. Can you please let me know what is wrong in the formula?Thank you

Automation is slow?

Hello,I need to send a voucher code to new subscribers immediately when they they  subscribe at our website so they can use it at checkout, but the email is sent after 3-4 minutes allways and its disappointing since you might lose the interest of the customer. If i send a regurlar email its delivered within seconds, so why is delay with the automation ? is there any fix for this`?

My flow has stopped working

Hi there,I created a flow a few weeks ago and it was working perfectly until last week - it just stopped. I cannot figure out what the problem is :(Anyone who places an order that includes our Female Facial product is to receive an email 30-minutes later with our ‘Guide’. A customer must only ever receive this email once and not with every purchase.The second image shows the Trigger which seems to the be problem… this particular did purchase the Female Facial product?
