Why should I add "view in browser" to my email campaign?

I noticed that some email campaigns have the “View in Browser” option. Why add it or not? Do some phones not open the email campaign correctly? What is the benefit of adding the View in Browser” and how do I do it?

Using Order Information Between Klaviyo Email Flows

Hi all,I'm currently facing a challenge managing order information across different email flows for the same customer. For context I have 2 main flows. Flow 1) A primary order confirmation flow triggered when an order is placed. This captures and sends order details such as order value, ordered products, quantity etc.Flow 2) A follow up Order tracking flow which is triggered once the order is shipped. This trigger is  ilinked to my 3pl provider Starshippit and includes information such us, tracking link, tracking number, delivery status etc. Below is a screenshot of the activity log and the trigger events for both flows mentioned above. As you can see they are within the same customer profile.  I want the ability to use the order information gathered from “Flow 1”, in the shipment tracking flow (Flow 2).How can I do this?

People who've made multiple purchases from my store

Hi Guys, Please can someone help guide me and check if I’m on the right track? I want to let people who’ve made 3 purchases from me that they’re viewed as a VIP to our brand and that qualifies them for certain benefits like free shipping. I created a tag on Shopify that tags people who’ve made atleast 3 purchases from my store as VIP. I also set up the attached flow. I’m a bit confused with the update profile property I’ve got in this email after the flow filter. Should that be there and should I build a segment from it? Secondly - I created this segment on Klaviyo to identify the VIP’s - is this correct? I’m a bit confused on the updating of profile properties and the segment building so that the right people get this email. Hoping someone can help me. Regards,Rox

Prioritize upcoming flows over campaigns

Hi Klaviyo community,does anyone know if there is a way to prioritize upcoming flows over campaigns? For example: It’s a user's birthday and he’ll receive the birthday flow at some point today. Therefore, I would want to skip the usual campaign in the morning for this user and only send the birthday flow later. It’s like smart sending, but even before the flow was sent.I’ve seen options like that at some other tools.Thanks and regardsLarissa

Will imported contacts recieve flow e-mails when flows are turned on agian?

I have imported new contacts from another e-mail platform while my welcomeflow is turned off. Will the imorted contacts recieve flow emails when i turn the flow on again now? I have imported about 500 contacts, and i do not want them to revieve the e-mail because they already got it on the other platform.Hope you can help.

Flow filter vs conditional split

I hope I will manage to explain this clearly.Because we offer a 10% discount in our Welcome popup flow, we want to exclude those contacts from campaigns. In order to achieve that, we set up an action at the beginning of the flow that says “Add ‘Welcome Popup’ to the property On Flow”.Then we create an exclusion segment with all the people that have ‘Welcome Popup’ on their On Flow property.At the end of the flow, the property is set to remove the ‘Welcome Popup’ value and the contact can receive campaigns.BUT.We also have a flow filter on this Welcome flow. The filter says “Placed Order 0 times over all time”, meaning only people who have never purchased can get the Welcome emails. The flow contains 5 emails and the filter should be checked before every email.BUT.Before every email, we also use a conditional split to check if an order has been made during the delay. This is to ensure that the ‘Welcome Popup’ property will get removed if the contact doesn’t get to the end of the flow, b

Added to Cart Flow: E-Mail is not Showing the Price

I have created a new Abandoned Cart Flow using added to cart trigger (applied code to shopify theme.liquid) did get the trigger on klaviyoBut after creating the emailsPrice is not being shown as i’ve used Added to cart price snippet by Klaviyo’s template itself:{% currency_format event.Price|floatformat:2 %}It showed me nothing here 👇 Checked for a solution,Then I tested to be sure the generic token {{ event.Price }} as it does populate the price  Please, Let me know any other solution for me to generate the price as i need to handle mutliple klaviyo accounts?

Why don't I see Webhook activity in a customer profile who went through Webhook flow?

I have one webhook flow and a few simple email flows. Webhook is triggered when a user enters a segment. when i check the profile - i see in the events dropdown  all my flows (and some other events) - but i do not see the webhook flow. Why is that?

Customers Receiving Checkout, Cart, and Browse Abandoned Flows

Hi, we’ve recently been hearing from customers that they have been receiving Abandoned Checkout, Abandoned Cart, and Browse Abandoned emails all at once. We had setup flow filter rules to exclude customers from the cart flow if they had entered a checkout flow and to block customers from entering a browse flow if they had entered a checkout or cart flow. Something is not working though because when we look in customer profiles, we see customers receiving multiple emails. In an attempt to fix the issue, we added the 4 hour wait right after each flow starts and then a conditional split to block users a second time. These conditional splits are setup to say for example in the cart flow that if a user has either triggered the checkout metric OR received the checkout email to kill their flow. Even with this setup I’m still seeing users receiving multiple emails. I’m not sure what’s going on

Preventing Over-Purchase Errors

Hello,I'm looking to create a targeted email flow in Klaviyo and need some guidance. My goal is to send a personalized email to customers who have purchased more than one of the same product from our "Plakater" collection because it’s often a mistake. But how do I setup the filters? The rule should be if there’s more than 1 of the same SKU from “Plakater” collection the flow should activate. I appreciate any advice, examples, or resources you can share to help me set up this email flow effectively.Thank you!

Flow actions: Commentary [Feature request]

Hi all,We set up complex automations (flows) which require us to take notes on why things have been set up this way instead of another. This is crucial also for briefing collaborators.It would be great to allow comments/notes on the flows, by simply dragging and dropping them wherever we want.Here’s an example on how the UI could look like:It can provide valuable information for the client or the marketing team.This should be an "easy" feature.If you want to provide additional value, you can:Add the username of who added the comment. Why are all products (SKUs) and collections not appearing in trigger filters?

Does anyone have any insight why all collections and product skus are not listed in trigger filter options? Any idea?I would like to make specific “Thank you” flows based on 1 of three product categories purchased - and when I try to filter by product sku (ideal solution), all of the product skus are not there. In fact, of the 4 products we offer, only 1 is listed. The three product categories are: gift purchases people who subscribe to the recurring membership one off purchasesOur 4 product SKUs are: MEMBR, GIFTM, GIFT1, GIFT3As you can see in the screenshot, only MEMBR is showing.

Order Confirmation - Flow or Conditional Logic?

Hey Klaviyo Community,We’re new to the platform and we’re trying to set up personalised order confirmations, each containing different information depending on the collection/s purchased. We’re a made to order business and our collections have different lead times, we’d like to be able to tell people when to expect their order.Would the best way to set this up be:A). A flow containing every variation of order possible with an individual email confirmation for each variation. We’ve tried to map this out and believe this would result in 33 possible combinations and so 33 different confirmation emails.B). Using conditional logic to show/hide paragraphs within a ‘master’ email confirmation, depending on which collections have been purchased. We’ve had a look at this but the required text for one collection can change depending on the other collections purchased at the same time. We’re not totally sure how many conditional logic variables can be placed on one block.C). Is there another way

Back In Stock Only Working On Some Items - Shopify

Hi! I’m trying to get Back In Stock set up on my Shopify store and am running into some issues. The button works properly and will subscribe someone to marketing if they check the box, but on some items it doesn’t add the “Subscribed to Back In Stock” action within Klaviyo. Some items it will work perfectly, some it only allows marketing subscription. The products in question have the exact same default product template applied. I have another Shopify store that is the exact same theme and products (US vs. Canada stores), and I was able to get Back in Stock working perfectly on the US store. Any ideas as to what could be going wrong? Thanks!

Back in Stock Flow and Apikon

Hello everyone, I have a customer who already uses the Appikon pop-up for “notify me when back in stock”.   I’ve created the back in stock flow.  Is it necessary to remove this pop-up and add the back in stock code to their theme? Klayvio & Woocommerce

Hi,I have built out flows and they were running fine, however the product feed seems to be having an issue. Some products are linking to admin.site.co.uk instead of site.co.uk. Now it's not all products only some. I have reviewed all the options and there isn't anything different in the way that they are listed on the product side, so I am confused as to what the issue might be.Any advice on why some products are going to admin and not the live product like other products are?Thanks

Targeting users who have done only one action in a flow?

We have a custom metric set up “Trial Started”, where a user activates a trial of one of our apps, but this logic can apply to e-commerce orders too.I want to create a flow that sends an email to users to started a trial for Product X only, so if they’ve started a trial for Product Y or Z ever, they will not be in this flow.So far, the only way I can see to do this is the use the “What a user has not done” filter and create a list that includes the SKU of every other app of ours, like this:But this would be awful to maintain.
