How do I redirect a subscriber to an early part of a flow?

I have a new list of subscribes (30) that were subscribed to a list and the flow was going to an incorrect list.  I duplicated the flow to now catch the correct subscriber list.  How do I get the 30 early subscribers back into the flow to start receiving emails. I looked at segmenting them but can’t find where I can move them to an earlier part of the flow.

Purchased Item Details Not Pulling Into Shipping Flow

We are moving to a new shipping management system called Route and I need to build new post purchase flows that are triggered by Routes events (tracking number generated, item out for delivery, etc.) The address, tracking number, end everything else is populating ok in previews; however, I cannot get the order details to populate.  Would anyone know why this is happening or how it can be fixed?  I attached screenshots of the back end and the preview.  Thank you!

Sending Milestone Emails

I would like to send milestone triggered emails to subscribers once they hit each milestone. My business has a referral rewards program we are launching. For example, for every 5 referrals, they unlock $10, so we want to email the subscriber every time they reach an additional 5 referrals. What’s the best way to send this email?We have created segments for each milestone, but I’m wondering if it’s best to run a flow or a campaign email. What’s the best way to automate this since we have endless number of milestones?​​​​​​

Subscribed At Least Once

I have a flow condition set up “Subscribed to List At Least Once Between 4/19 and 5/20”. To confirm, if an existing subscriber puts their email into the entry field again, this flow condition will not capture them, since they are already on the list right? I have a separate flow for existing subscribers, so I want to make sure they don’t also get put through this flow as well. Thank you in advance.

Conditional Splits based on whether an Order has shipped?

Hi!I have a flow built for our business - customers enter the flow when placing an order for a specific product SKU. After ordering and entering the flow, they receive a submission form for more details in the first flow email, and upon the approval of said form, we then ship their package.In a perfect world, the conditional split I’m trying to create would check whether or not the aforementioned order has shipped and send them to the “yes” side of the flow - however, I’m having some trouble determining what the best course of action would be/what conditions I should set in my conditional splits to achieve this behavior.Any insight someone may be able to offer for my situation would be incredibly helpful!

Old Klaviyo Flows Triggering, New Ones Not Sending

Hi Klaviyo Community,I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing an issue with my Klaviyo account. I've recently deleted some old email flows that are no longer relevant, but they keep triggering and sending out to my subscribers. Additionally, some new flows I've created aren't activating at all.This is causing confusion for my subscribers and frustration for me. I'd appreciate any insights on how to:Stop the old, deleted flows from sending. Ensure my new flows trigger and send as intended.I've searched the Klaviyo knowledge base and haven't found a solution that addresses both issues simultaneously.Here's some additional information that might be helpful:I've double-checked that the deleted flows are truly gone from the "Flows" section. Is there a way to move a profile from one list to another within a flow?

Hi there,I am migrating my emails from Brevo to Klaviyo and I wanted to know if there was a feature to add a profile to another list automatically in a flow?I could do it in their automatic flow, so I wanted to see if it can also be done here? I have made segments for the main list, however, it doesn’t look like I can add forms that link/add specific properties/segments (unless I missed something while reading the tutorials?)Thanks in advance for the help!Kim

Back-in-stock flow is no longer available

I am installing “back in stock” via the standard Klaviyo Shopify app, but now the back-in-stock flow in the Flow library, is no longer there when having to set up the flow. It’s therefore not correct what is mentioned  in the article for creating the flow (see image)Please let me know what I’m missing.

Sent campaign, zero delivery rate

Hi all, I’m completely stumped so I hope that you can help. On Friday I sent a campaign to a list and it says “sent” but nobody received it. Not like emails were skipped, like none. Zero.This morning I cloned the email and sent it, exactly as I did, and it was delivered. Yikes!What could have happened? Is this my fault? Or Klaviyo? How do I make sure this never happens again?Photo attached of the first email that had zero sends and the second that sent correctly. I didn’t do anything differently on my end that I’m aware of. Thanks for your input, Gillian

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?

How to combat high checkout prices?

My client is based in Europe, they ship mainly to the US  As a result their shipping costs are quite high (~$30). To combat this they have a flat shipping rate, so you can add more items for the same shipping price. They experience a large number of abandoned checkouts. Presumably because the customer discovers the price after entering their shopping details and deciding not to purchase. I'm looking for some advice for  1) Desiging a process to collect data about why the customers abandon (any tools, implementation advice etc.) 2) How you would go about combating this high abandonment rate, via the abandoned checkout flow or otherwise, in the most profitable manner? Thanks in advance!

Cross sell flow split in different brands

Hi, how to start with the following:Person ordered a product of category e.g. helmet Person did not order accessory for it e.g. helmet bagWe want to send them a follow-up email.The trigger (ordered product category x) and flow filter (did not order category y) is pretty clear I think?But there are different brands of helmet in our offering and different bags that are suited to specific brands only. Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

I'm currently working with a single page e-commerce website. We're looking to use a flow that triggers with an abandoned cart, but since the customer never goes to a designated product page, the 'added to cart' trigger isn't firing. After discussing with support they are saying an add to cart, from a product page must be used. Does anyone know of a workaround, or a way that an add to Cart button on a homepage can trigger this event in order to activate the flow?

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

Flows do not start & members don't get added on my list on WIX

Hi,I’ve set up my Wix sync with klaviyo, and set up flows with emails ready to start (live). The problem is that when I do testing to trigger different events such as adding new subscribers, adding to cart, initiating checkout events etc, emails from the flow do not start sending. Why may this be happening? Is there a way to start automatically emails from the flow?Thanks
