Missing values when creating trigger split

Hi - Fairly new Klaviyo, building out custom flows using our API data. When configuring trigger splits the list of dimensions seems incorrect when I look at the trigger itself there is far more data pushed across yet I can’t seem to see it when building flows. I understand that the dimensions/properties won’t show unless they’ve been pushed across but when looking at the activity feed of the trigger itself there are many examples of the data I’m looking for. for example duel_tier_unlock_promo is not present on the trigger breakdown yet it shows when building the flow. Am I missing something here? Is a dimension different from a property?  Many thanks for your help in advance.See missing ‘dimensions’ belowAnd see the Activity Feed + properties for the trigger in question

How To Hide A Block Based On User's Device?

I have recently discovered that timers, like Sendtric’s, does not display correctly on iPhones with the iOS update. Is there a feature on Klaviyo which enables me to hide a block based on what device a user is reading the email from? I need something that’s more specific than mobile / desktop. Many thanks!

Will existing users get my flow triggered by newsletter signup?

I created a flow that is triggered by someone subscribing to the “Newsletter” list. I had a welcome flow already and have had no issues with it. We are running a sale and want a second flow to be triggered again, by users joining the Newsletter list. The sign-up form was set to appear even for existing Klaviyo profiles.My question is: If someone is already on the newsletter list and fills the signup form, will they receive my new flow?

Is there an option to Copy and Paste Paths within a Flow?

If I have a path of five emails (or any number) within a Flow that are all connected, and that same path of emails is useful to duplicate and use in another path, or even another Flow, is there a way to “copy and paste” this path? In my case, I could make one simple edit to the Conditional Splits between emails and avoid having to recreate the entire path, splits, emails, subject, preview text, etc. A HUGE time saving opportunity.  Thanks for any guidance on this.

Issues with Images in flow and flow feed!

Hey,I have added the product blocks and product feeds in the my flow. They are not showing images. I have checked the shopify integration too but it is pulling the data properly.any help with this

LOW OPEN RATES

I have gone through all of the articles and best practice steps to stop the low open rate warnings. I believe I have solved it by no longer sending to "churn" or to "those who have not opened emails in the last 90 days".Can anyone confirm that it is best I don't sent to these lists?

How do I unsubscribe users at end of flow?

how can I unsubscribe someone at the end of a flow so flow iswin back email after 60 days win back email after further 15 days if do NOT open or do not CLICK either of these 2 emails then I want to unsubscribe them from all lists so they dont get any further emails seems pretty simple in other email marketing systems so what is the process here.

Confused about Flow Filters in the Welcome

Hi, I recently just launched a welcome flow, and I noticed so many people were being skipped.  When setting up the flow, we used the flow filter “Placed order zero times since over all time” instead of “Placed order zero times since starting this flow”. I’d like to know: What’s the difference between these flow filters and   how does each flow filter affect my Welcome.

Subscribers see Malware warning when clicking on "View in your Browser"

A long-time mail subscriber clicked on “Can't see this email? View in Your Browser” and got this message. Links checked ok on all browsers and devices (from our side). Is this related to a spam setting on their email platform (me.com). Any ideas?

Emails

I did a giveaway with other businessess and when people signed up they agreed to be added to our email list.  I uploaded the list to my Shopify site but I had to go and manually mark that the person was subscribed.  On Klaviyo, it only sends a welcome email if they sign up by a pop up box.  How do I change this or upload my list?

I’m trying to create a 2 (can be 3-column too) dynamic block instead of iterating vertically, is it possible using the table block or does it need to be coded? Countdown timer displaying wrong / different times for customers - how do I fix this?

I currently use Sendtric for campaigns. However, customers have fed back saying that they are receiving different times when they open the email. All our customers should be based in the same timezone. I have set it to Europe/London because we are U.K. based. The counter is correct when I schedule the email.Is this an issue other people have been experiencing? Is there a fix or reason for this problem?Can you recommend some free alternatives we can try?

Can't find preview email in Gmail

Hello, sorry for this basic question, but I can’t find any good answers, so it might be a helpful question to other beginners. I’m testing my emails and sending previews to Gmail. Unfortunately I don’t receive them. Not in inbox, not in Spam, not in promotions. I just don’t seem to get them. Any tips? (I did test other mail addresses, not gmail, and these do receive the preview or test emails fine) Thanks!

How to trigger a new flow based on click behaviour.

I have set a welcome flow, and the last email contains a series of banners. Basically, users have to click on the banner of their interest and from here a new flow will start. (the click on the banner is the trigger that launch the new flow). After reading this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255248-How-to-Use-Links-to-Collect-Information-About-Your-Recipients) each banner has the following link string:{% update_property_link 'preferencelead' 'Outdoor' "LINK" %}where Outdoor changes according to their interests.I have then created a new segment that defines the "property". The idea is that IF users click on "outdoor banner" then they are associated with the "Outdoor" property.The other flow has the following trigger "People will enter this flow when they Join LEAD Preferences = Outdoor" but I have notices that my test emails will not populate the flow.What I have doing wrong? See attached:

Show related products as a cross sell

I am building a Cross Sell template and I would like to show a profile a selection of products they have not purchased before. Is there a way to do this. Its a Shopify platform. I want to send this email as a Win Back email and I want to set up a dynamic product block to show the products. Can I use data from the profile page for each customers or is there some other way to do this? Thanks for any comments that can help.

How can I create a dynamic product block for an email in a flow triggered by a signup form?

Hi everyone.This is the first time I post something in this community :)I have this problem.In our e-commerce of digital products (music sample packs), we allow users to download free products by filling out a signup form.We have about 15 free products, and I have created a specific form for each of them.Once a user downloads a free pack, he is automatically added into a flow of 3 emails.In this flow, we show the user the premium product related to the free one he downloaded.As for the signup form, I have created a specific flow for each free product.To simplify this, I would like to create a single flow that can fit any free product a user downloads.I've already managed to create variables to change the names of the premium product within the email copy according to the user's signup form of origin.To do this, I created custom properties in the submit hidden fields that are attributed to the user profile once the form is submitted.The problem is that I cannot create a variable product

Abandoned Cart Flow with Variant Text Trigger

We have two variants available for selection on products for example, the client can addProduct: Baby Gift HamperVariant One: Tree TypeVariant Two: Soft Toy Type. I want to be able to trigger an abandoned cart flow when specific clients add our most popular soft toy with this hamper ie: Baby Gift Hamper with Variant “Peanut the Elephant” (it doesn’t matter which tree they select so the first variant doesn’t come into the trigger). However nothing I change gets the preview trigger to work.    I have tried putting “  “ around Peanut the Elephant.  I have tried “Elephant” on its own.  I just am unsure how to proceed and would be grateful for any advice.Current Setup of flow - We have normal abandoned cart emails set up and working, and I’ve been through Klaviyo help folders on Variants but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve even checked out of the store and purchase the item physically to try and get it to populate on the list as a separate variant entry to grab it - it simply won’t show up

Adjusting the Leading on text

I can’t  find a way to adjust the space between sentences or the “leading”. The spacing between lines are way too far apart and inconsistent.
