Populating tracking number from Shopify

HI! I´m using Shopify, when implementing the shipping confirmacion standard flow it seems that it´s not taking the tracking no. nor the tracking url. I´m shipping thru an app called Packling. Does anyone know where this information is populating from? Event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_number{{ event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_url }}

Using a Custom field via Zapier for personalization

Hi all - We’ve linked our internal customer database with klaviyo via Zapier and want to pull a custom username field into our emails, but we’re not seeing the option to do so. The Test email shows that the integration works:But the option doesn’t display on the drop down:  Any help on how to connect the two would be much appreciated. Triggering of Automation on Import to list

I am trying to trigger a automation to send a unique discount code to a user in adding them manuallyor importing to a list. The campaign is based is a redemption offer on a product which is free. I want to be able to add or import via csv and trigger an email with a unique code. I want to add them on the list to stop people abusing the code so has to be unique to the customer and only be abled to be used once. The reason I want to do i manually is to get around the code being shared, do you have any setting where i can trigger this on IMPORT of ADDING Manually to a list.

How to send an email to "skipped" recipients of another

Hi there,One of our campaigns didn’t go to our whole list. In the summary info, exactly 500 recipients were “skipped”. I already opened a ticket with support. But in the meantime, how can I send a clone of that same campaign to those who were skipped? Creating ad hoc lists based on previous email delivery status was a very easy thing to do in Mailchimp, but I have no idea how to do it in Klaviyo. I would appreciate any suggestions.Thanks,-oo

Multiple trigger in checkout abandonment

I don’t what’s happening here: https://prnt.sc/22po5w2 Same person added in the waiting period multiple time. Can anyone help me in this. Klaviyo is integrated with Woocommerce. Is it the issue because in Shopify I am not facing this issue.

Abandoned Cart Flow does not show products

Hello Klaviyo users!So I just set up some new campaigns, but for some reason when I set up abandoned cart flows, it does not show the products that the person has left in their cart. We use Shopify, I dont know if that is key information in this.This is what it looks like (from standard).And this is what it looks like when I preview it:No products what so ever….

Why the font I selected on the editor is not the same on the email sent?

I am choosing a font and when I sent a preview email shows me a completely different font of what I selected. Can you please clarify what can I do to ensure this does not happen when sending the final email campaign? Thanks

Do members of a segment get removed from a flow after they no longer meet the segment criteria?

To elaborate: this segment targets people who have bought within five days ago, however the flow can run for 26 days at maximum. Will they stay in the flow if they’ve started down the initial path despite no longer having been a 5 day customer? Or will they be removed from the flow immediately after surpassing five days?

Help me understand product review flows

I don’t entirely understand how Klaviyo supports product reviews. After a product review email is sent to a customer, and the customer completes the review, where does the review go? Does it end up in the Shopify product reviews app? I know that it can be connected to Yotpo and other tools but if I dont use those, can I embed product reviews / star ratings onto product pages after a customer fills out a review sent from Klaviyo? Thanks!

How can I Exclude people who have refunded their entire order from my post purchase flow?

Hi all,I’m currently working on my post purchase flow. I don’t want to send them to people who have refunded their order. I’m able to do it with What someone has done (or not done) → Refunded order = zero times, but then I’m excluding people who partly refunded their order as well.  If I use Refunded Order Value I’m not able to make a rule where I only exclude people who have entirely refunded their order too.How can I make a rule where I can only exclude people who have refunded their entire order?Thanks!

Issues with my Flow

Hello,I have been facing issues with my flow, I have made a single flow for my customers. To start the flow I have selected the trigger as Metrics and Subscribed to a list and have manually uploaded the list in csv format. The email is only delivered to me and no one else on the list. How do I make sure my emails are been delivering on time to everyone on the list.Please help! I have been struggling regarding this for almost over two weeks now.Thank you!

Does Klaviyo automatically remove duplicate profiles in flows?

If I have a flow filter and in it, 3 different conditions (with OR) but in those conditions, maybe a person is duplicated. Does klaviyo only takes that email once? Thanks!

How to create a trigger filter for each collection?

Hello,I am trying to figure out how to set a trigger filter on Fulfilled Order trigger in Klaviyo based on collections. I want to filter people who only bought a specific type of item in the Shopify store to create a cross sell campaign. I am confused how to create a collection value so that I can use it on the trigger filter. Any thoughts?

I currently have a welcomes series flow for new subscribers to a segment. I use that same segment for my regular campaigns. How can ensure the new subscribers don’t start getting the regular campaigns until they have gone through the welcome program?

"Viewed product" where "Item Categories" equals... is not working

Hi,I would like to target people with e-mails based on viewed products in a specific product category. Fx Someone has viewed 3 items from the category “Outdoor paint”.So far, I’ve set up a custom flow with the trigger: “When someone viewed product”.Then, ideally, I would like to add a flow filter saying: “What someone has done - Person has View Product where Item Categories contains Outdoor Paint is at least 3 in the last 2 days”The issue is that when I use “Person has Viewed Product”, I don’t get any properties to choose from (see picture 1).However, if I use “Person has Fulfilled Order”, I will be able to choose both the right property and item category (see picture 2). But I don’t want it to be “Fulfilled Order” - I just want it to be “Viewed Product”. What am I doing wrong?Kind regards,Kristine
