GDPR Consent on Signup PAGES (not forms)?
How can I add GDPR consent checkboxes on a Klaviyo signup PAGE (not the forms). This is because Wix & Klaviyo don’t play nice! - Not sure why Klaviyo can’t do this via a standard embed form like Mailchimp do!So I’m doing a full page and embedding that, as I found on a guide on Klaviyo docs… but can’t seem to find how to add GDPR consent fielsds?
Abandon cart emails being sent to placed orders customers.
There is some problem with Klaviyo Abundant cart email flow. It is sending emails to customers who have already placed the order. This is quite concerning for me as customers are placing orders again in confusion and are also reaching out to us on support platform. It was working well few days back. What i am currently testing is that i am making a new flow from scratch and testing it if it is sending the emails again to placed orders customers or not. I have checked the sync and integration is working well. I received a notification on klaviyo that “Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed” However later it was working well and it shows checked marked in any flow i create. I cannot re-sync or integrate again right now from scratch as i have some missing orders and i have only klaviyo platform to check what product they ordered. Please suggest.
Connect Grow list with workflow
Hello i have started made a pop-up “Signup form” and want to connect it to my “flow” so when ppl subscribe to my “Signup form - pop-up) they automatically get and email send to them with some information about my store and a code for discount. I cant find how to work this out I have alot of profiles but cant put them in a list and now to any use it very frustration.
Will creating the same property duplicate it, or just update?
Hi! I have a flow in which all my new subs go. At the beginning of this flow, I create a property about the user called:In X Flow → True There were already subscribers going through the flow before I did that. I’m pretty sure this property does not apply retroactively to those who already went past the entry point and deeper into the flow. What’s the best way to add this property to those in the flow already? If I add a property update block at the last email fo the flow like this:Create a property:In X Flow → True What will happen to those who already have this property? If I instead do this:Update existing property:In X Flow → True If that property doesn’t exist in someones profile, it simply won’t do anything, right? Additional question.If a user has a boolean property, let’s say:In X flow → TrueDoes this mean that a user that does not have this property is automatically False?In X Flow → False
Back in Stock notification not showing on website - Shopify?
Hi all, I’m trying to set up a back in stock flow on my clients shopify website.The theme is “Venue” - I see via other threads it is possible to set this up.I have followed all instructions in the Klaviyo guide, added the marketing opt-in and changed the button colour from blue to black, however the option to register for back in stock notifications is not showing on the product page.Any guidance appreciated please
WooCommerce Integration Unable to access API with credentials specified.
I have tried many times and emailed the help center and they told me to download and set up the 2.4.2 plugin but I have not fixed my problem yet.My problem is I can't do WooCommerce Integration, when I do everything according to your instructions then I am called "Unable to access API with credentials specified". I hope solution very quickly. you can understand that I am adding some screenshots.

Hello,On our WooCommerce website, we have both guests and registered users who place orders.I’d like to set up a flow to encourage guests to create an account (eg. after their second order). I can’t seem to find any way to distinguish guest users from registered accounts in the data Klaviyo has on our store. Does anyone have an ideas here?Cheers,
Shopify issue: collecting added cart and product data into Klaviyo
Good evening guys, i think i have a communication problem between Klaviyo and shopify.Klaviyo only tracks startered checkouts but not product page visits or cart additions.Also, when I go to create a trigger or a conditional, no variable comes out, such as collection, items, discount codes etc ...What could be causing the problem?

Why are my Started Order and Placed Order metrics not tracking after I placed an order?
Hello.I just recently moved to Klaviyo from Omnisend and set up everything already, disabled Omnisend plugin in WooCommerce so it won’t fight with Klavyio.After I tried to place order from diferent emails, browsers, phones, computer..I just don’t receive order confirmation email. Moreover when I check metrics for “Started Checkout” and “Placed orders” it doesn’t show any data.Also when I confirmed order I didn’t receive email that order was shipped. On “Activity feed” data also only shows I visited certain product but that’s it. I’m also using filters to send confirmation order for people who place order in Slovenian language and in English language for people outside Slovenia. Never had problems with that filters and emails with Omnisend so I doub’t this problem is on my end. I’m using WooCommerce and my email flow’s were already confirmed.
Blocking Email Addresses From Known Bots
Hi GuysWe have a known BOT that appears daily and abandons the same product at the same time. Very tedious but also annoying because our abandoned cart sequence starts.We know what the email address is (it’s the same daily) so we wondered if there was a way to block this in Klaviyo so it just gets supressed as soon as it arrives? It’s not a google bot checking pricing, it’s a BOT pretending to be Clearpay.ThanksSarah
How to find relation between event i sent and internal events like Received/Opened for each email?
Hey everyone! I want to track every email activity to show it in our dashboard.So, i send request to track event “Example Event” and i can see, that in timeline it looks good, but there isn’t any helpful info when i look at “Receive Email” event. Found out, that subsequent events has the same cohort id, but nothing matched with original event.
Is it possible to increment/decrement a property in a flow?
I’d like to create a property on a contact that acts as a counter. When a specific event happens, the property for that contact should get incremented. When another event happens, the property should get decremented. Is that possible? I only see the option to assign a specific value to a property.
Server IP is in 3 blacklists
Hi, I was running deliverability analysis using this tool (https://www.mail-tester.com/) and it gave my email a rating of 7/10, which is good, but not great. My Spam Assassin score is -1 (lower than -5 and the email is toast). What concerns me is that my server IP is in 3 blacklists Additionally, another major issue is that there are two broken links (which appear to be tracking links not within my control How do I fix these issues and improve my deliverability?
Data Feeds error
Hi there, I tried adding a new data feed… however, after I click the button “Save Data Feed” this error below appeared: “Error fetching feed: The URL specified returned a 404 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid.” Asking for help on how can I troubleshoot this.. Thank you so much!
Update a Klaviyo custom property list with Zapier
Looking for someone with experience using Zapier and Klaviyo property lists/arrays Klaviyo stores a custom property as a list if the values are surrounded by square brackets So I can easily transfer a value from Zapier into Klaviyo as a list by putting square brackets around the Zapier value.But I’m thinking about the best way to update an existing property list in Klaviyo with more items. For example, if I find the contact with Zapier’s Klaviyo search action, I can retrieve their profile property liste.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3]Then I could use Zapier formatter to remove each square bracket (2 steps)Then use the Zapier Klaviyo update action to bring in the old items plus the new item, and re-enclose them with square brackets:e.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3,NEW ITEM] I’m just wondering if this is the best way to do this (adds 2 Zapier actions each time), or if there is a more streamlined way I’m missing.
