When a subscriber enters their phone number on my sms pop up located on my website, they never end up receiving a text or confirmation on the subscribing and that results in them never being able to subscribe. It says on the form that many people have submitted it, yet my sms subscriber stays the same. I have lost over 50+ potential subscribers because of this. Most likely will be moving to postscript so I do not end up losing more potential sms subscribers due to this bug.
From what I’ve noticed, many ecom store owners REALLY care about their email designs more than what results the same email brings.And I’m kind of curious why that is, because tests show that simpler designs almost always perform better than some funky, complex designs.So I’m curious what the Klaviyo community has to say about this.If you have a store, please comment down below your thoughts and let me know how much exactly you care about the designs of your emails
Newsletter list not syncing with people that sign up using my Signup Form Popup. I'll see em in profiles but they won't get added to my newsletter list. This is quite frustrating, because those sign ups should trigger my Welcome Series sequence. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance!
As of right now, when a customer responds to one of your SMS messages, this response will register under the Sent SMS metric. This will show in their profile with the response the customer has sent.You can click on the timestamp to view additional details about the message.Our feature roadmap includes a built-in SMS inbox, where you will be able to see all incoming SMS messages in one place. For now, you can view all Sent SMS events in Metrics > Sent SMS.
Many of my items are personalized in Shopify, so customers can make entries, such as name, birthdays, etc. It was working fine as of yesterday morning. After some work was done on Klaviyo - cart abandoment and that kind of stuff, now, none of those fields are working, on any of my products. It will not allow me to enter any characters! I have a FB campaign starting tomorrow, and now this! Hoping is just something easy to click on! Thanks for any kind of help - please! Thanks!
Hello!I am using hypervisual page builder with klaviyo and got this message: Now, this is all amazing but I can’t for the life of me find that address in my klaviyo at all. I’ve searched literally EVERYWHERE. It is sending to somewhere called a “preview list” in my settings so I go there: But when I look in that “Preview List” in Klaviyo, I can’t find any address at all So what can I do with this? Also, why is Klaviyo so complicated xD??
I noticed that most of the profiles that opens an email, opens it more than once. In many cases, the report shows two or more opens in the same minute or in a short period of time. Why does that happen? I find it unusual that so many customers opens the same email several times in a row.Maybe I set something wrong?
Is there a way to create a segment with emails using wildcards or regex? I would like to filter out emails from our business domain with pluses (+) in them. They are generally used as test accounts so we dont need to send marketing materials to all of these internal accounts.Example: email@example.com I tried creating a definition with ‘*+*@domain.com’ but it doesnt find any accounts. Any input is appreciated.
Hello, I am new to klaviyo, transitionning from mailchimp.So I followed the tutorial, i first migrated data from mailchimp to klaviyo, and then data from woocommerce to klaviyo. I see the history of purchases on the left, but see, on the right, it does not show on the right panel METRICS.How come ? should I do the other way around ? sync first woocommerce then mailchimp ? does that matter ?
I’m having some issues with my Klaviyo acocunt. When I log in to Klaviyo, the left menu shows and I can click on to flows, segments etc.. But nothing shows up on the main part of the screen. I’ve tried incognito - doesn’t work. Restarting my browser - doesn’t workTrying Safari - Doesn’t work.. I just paid for Klaviyo yesterday and now a whole day’s worth of work is gone :(..
HiI run an event company and I want to create a flow of emails that the customer receives when they enter the event. The last email they will get is two weeks before the event date and is the most important (the others are news and offers from sponsors and tips etc)The problem I have is that some people enter the event WITHIN the two week period BEFORE the event and will miss the date that I set in the flow.How can I ensure that customers who do this can still receive the final instructions email without me having to send it manually?Thanks in advanceClaire
