How can I tell if Klarna bill is real or not?

I got an email from us.shop.receivables@klarna.com about outstanding amount due details of which are in setllement app in Klaviyo’s merchant portal. I don’t see any details there. It seems like a scam. How do I verify this?

Trouble with email design/Padding.

I need some help with my email design. When sending my test emails to myself and another teammate the email looks different. I have removed the padding for top/bottom on both the image area and the block. When I sent the preview my email looks exactly how I wanted it to look, without padding, however, my teammates showed up in her inbox with padding? Anybody know what I could be doing wrong here?  Padding showing between images on hers:No Padding showing between images on mine:

In a Custom Catalog Feed, when there are 2 categories or more with the same name under a category tree, only one should be displayed or all of them?

Coupon code prefix

Klaviyo, serious question here... what is the point of having a prefix for unique, dynamic coupon codes, if we cannot segment by them?Having to manually select ALL codes with the same prefix is nuts!

Security of this platform?

Have to say, I am kind of dismayed at what I perceive to be a low-level of security for our account at Klaviyo. I just had a meeting with an account rep at Klaviyo and somehow this account rep has access to our entire account, including  all our customer/profiles information, all our sales data,… everything. This is quite ridiculous. Under no circumstances should anyone on Klaviyo’s team have access to our data on the platform unless we specifically permit it. How is this even allowed? I have never seen this with any other platform and I am curious whether I  missed some sort of setting in my account or something.

Collecting SMS consent with Client Subscription API

I’m trying to build a client side subscription using the new Client API and wondering if its possible to collect SMS consent.The documentation here doesn’t include any reference to SMS consent:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_client_subscriptionHowever the API documentation here says it should be included in the attributes object when posting to ‘a.klaviyo.com/api/profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs’:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/collect_email_and_sms_consent_via_api#subscribe-a-profile-via-api"subscriptions":{ "email":[ "MARKETING" ], "sms":[ "MARKETING" ]}But the Create Client Subscription documentation (first link) specifically doesn’t include ‘subscriptions’ as an option in the documentation, so I’m working if this has simply been overlooked or is it not possible?

Adding event data for show/hide display logic

I’m trying to add a block to my post purchase flow that shows based on the collection the item they purchased came from. I was planning on creating 5 different show/hide logics (one for each of the collections I want to return specific content). I am having trouble getting the event logic to work. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my logic code? I copied it over from the preview event, just removing the brackets.

How to combine multiple dynamic text blocks, into one universal block?

We’re looking for efficiency and accuracy gains on a frequntly built set of blocks. We have a large number of custom profile attributes we’re wanting to display if present, and hide if not present on a customers profile. We do this using multiple Text Blocks with dynamic content, and unique display logic on each.We have these saved as indervidual Universal Blocks. eg:However this list is growing, and adding these idervidually each time is time consuming and prone to error. We would like to combine all these Text Blocks, into one single Universal Content Block, but cant see an obviouse way?We found its possible to combine these into a Section, which you can then save as a Universal Block. This works perfectly, appart from the fact you cant put a section, in between other blocks within another section. This means we cant insert this content into existing content within a section, we’re limited to inserting between sections. eg:We could change our email building methods into using multipl

successfully Integration klaviyo with Shopify, but the Customers list in Shopify did not store into specific List which defined when integrating !

I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List.But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.

Anyone know where I can find the AI conversation?Klaviyo is releasing more AI tools each month to make thinking easier for the user, and hopefully it speeds up production time..I would love to know how many people find these new Klaviyo AI tools helpful for copywriting, design and segmentation, and whether you are client side or agency.Thanks.. Personally I think the copywriting is good for the subject lines and SMS, however our copywriters use other AI tools, not Klaviyo’s for copy.. but I would use it if I was a client-side email specialist.The forms optimization AI tool is the most useful AI tool I’ve seen.. looking forward to trialing it soon.For the segments AI, I find it doesn’t create the best segments currently, and I have to always tweak them + they take a bit of time to load, so it’s sometimes quicker to just create by hand.. I wonder if I’m alone on this, or people are actually having success with Klaviyo segments AI.?Still haven’t used the Klaviyo I email builder.. looks co

Digital Products show up as Not Published in Settings

So I just set up an email flow and had to realize that my products do not show up. Learned that they were not published on Klaviyo and then that digital products have “no stock” in Klaviyo. Now I am on a free plan and would need to upgrade JUST to let support know that I need them to change a setting I myself can’t change? I’m sorry but that seems ridiculous. We’ve only just started collecting subscribers and I had Klaviyo installed right from the getgo so the 60day trial is over as well.  So what can I do here without paying 20 bucks just to ask support to put a checkmark somewhere?

How to accurately assign language tags to a large list (15k)

I have a potential client who has an apparel store based in Montreal, Canada. 80-90% of his audience are French-speaking and the rest speak English.He wants to accurately tag new and existing members of the list so that they receive communications in their native languageA website pop-up form with a check box is one optionOr surveying the list asking them what their preferences areBut people who enter the list via making a purchase/website footer forms do so without being tagged.How can we most accurately assign language tags to all of the profiles?Merci very much

Can I add a different form in my subdomain?

Hi there,I have a Shopify ecommerce store and a Wordpress informational blog on a subdomain. Can I put a different sign up form on the subdomain than on the Shopify site - I’m sure I can but I can’t think how do it. At the moment whichever form is “live shows up on both sites.  Thank you for your help,

Zapier-Klaviyo add data to Klaviyo custom property without delete old data

Hei guys need little help here in the Zapier-Klavyio talking.I am bringing some data from Zapier to Klavyio where basically I want to add in a custome property new data as soon as it arrive from Zapier, making the Klavyio customer property a sort of list. Example: my app is enabling patients and doctor to create appointments. In order to send emails, for each doctor, I have more custom property that define the appointment with the patient: - Day of the visit - Time of the visit When I use zapier I can only update such custom property by then loosing the old data. While instead, I d love to just add this information without replacing the old one. Naturally this will help me to notify patient and doctors 1 day before the visit and the same day visit. Do you have some help in that?

Added to cart event is not working properly

Hi,I installed the added to cart event to our shopify store about 2 months ago, and it’s seems like everything is properly setup as its shown in the image below. However there wasn’t any event recorded despite people adding items to thier cart.  Is there anything else i need to instal?

Woocommerce-Klaviyo profile and purchase information

Hi everyone!I have an an ecommerce store built using Woocommerce and I’ve now integrated Klaviyo. As far as I can tell, for people to have an account on my store where they are able to see their past purchases and invoices I have to create the customer profile using the woocommerce platform and not Klaviyo (if I use the klaviyo registration forms I end up creating a Klaviyo account but not a woocommerce one).But unleass I buy the pro version or the add on, the registration form of woocommerce is really limited.. Is there a way to integrate some features of Klaviyo into my customer’s profile? For instance: with woocommerce my customers can see thir name and contact information, address, last purchases and invoices. But I want to know and want them to be able to complete their profile with skin type, and hair type. I know Klaviyo allows to ask that and storage that information but that way I would have my customer information scattered in two platforms… Not sure I made myself understood

Accessing segment in CMS template

Hi there,Is there a way to e.g. access the segment of a visitor coming from an email in our CMS to personalise content?Initially I had thought of e.g. adding segment data as url parameters to links in Klaviyo emails, which we can then use in the CMS. Is it possible to access segments as template tokens in email design so visitors to our site arrive at parameterised URLs?Thanks,Matt

How can you create a look back audience to send an existing flow to?

I’m curious to know how to send a flow email to a past group of customers that fit the parameters of the flow, but did not receive the flow email because it was not created yet. For example: Customer purchases our ring sizer, and they receive a 20% coupon to use on the purchase of their ring  The flow sends a reminder email to those who purchased the sizer and have not made a purchase since, after 30 days.I guess what I'm asking is, can I send this to previous customers who qualify for the flow?

I’m trying to figure out what kind of Flow is needed to initiate emails to people who subscribe to a particular lead magnet (form). I assume there may be a way to ad a form id somewhere to trigger a flow? Any specifics would be appreciated.

Zapier + Memberstack Integration - how to update account

Hello everyone,I created a memebrstack klaviyo integration such that when a new member signs up to our website via memberstack, they are added to klaviyo (along with an External ID, which is the member’s ID on memberstack). I also want to add an integration such that when a memberstack member updates their email, it also updates their klaviyo email, but I’m not entirely sure how to do it. In zapier I can choose to trigger a zap when a member updates their memberstack profile, but then what I want to do is find that profile in klaviyo (via the External ID) and then update the details. But it seems zapier only allows searching users via email address (which won’t work, since memberstack update trigger already includes the new email, and doesn’t have the old email). Any thoughts?
