Hello.I currently want to test an email that I have set up, I want to test this email with some of the products from my customers, but in the picture there is no list of subscribers and also the product of the customer's choice.How to test an email that we have created and display some of the customer's preferred products?Thank You.
We currently have a Wix store but rebuilding the SAME store in Shopify on the staging Shopify domain.Klaviyo is currenty connected to the Wix store. I the same Klaviyo account to be connected to the Shopify store.Before we point the main domain from the Wix store to the new Shopify store I’d like to get Klaviyo set up and integrated with the new Shopify store while it’s on the staging domain.Is it possible to do this? Would you recommend it or is it worth just waiting until the new Shopify store is live and then integrating with Klaviyo?
Hi,I’m new to Klaviyo and setting up my first flow ever.I’m having trouble using the columns. They look fine in Klaviyo but horrible in e-mail. In Klaviyos editing mode and preview, all lines are aligned and straight. But when I send a preview email to my own e-mail, it looks like this: I’m using Outlook and Windows Mail - both look the same.When I log into my email through hotmail.com (browser), it looks much better, but it’s still a little off: Most of our customers probably use Outlook. We are using the Klaviyo pop up signup forms and noticed that the images we upload to be part of the form load from the LA cloudfront edge LAX50-C1 however we are in Australia.Does Klaviyo only use the LA cloudfront edge?Can we get Australian enabled as well, as an Aussie business, all our customers would be better served from an Australian cloudfront edge location?
I’m having an issue publishing my sign-up form because it keeps popping up with this error message: There are multiple input fields for the birthday profile property. I imported from a csv file that only had one Birthday field on it and I mapped that to a custom property called Birthday. When I look at customers profiles that have that field, there is only one that shows up.I have reached out to chat, but they are not available until the morning. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it? Where do I look to locate the multiples the message refers to?

So I have already input the code snippet (with Class Notation) into my product.liquid file: & when I go over to Klaviyo > Analytics, I can’t seem to locate ‘Added to Cart’ under metrics: Is there something that I am missing out here?
Problems migrating from Constant Contact using the Klaviyo Integration, anyone figure out this API Key?
Attempting to migrate Constant Contact data to Klaviyo using the Integration tool and wondering if anyone has cracked this code recently, and can share steps on creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of things? Keep running into error messages.I have followed the instructions provided from Klaviyo to the T, but keep running into the same error message. Have chatted with support for a few hours, no luck…For what its worth, I did notice the instructions from Klaviyo may be outdated… They mention a V2 API generator from Mastery that Constant Contact uses to create API’s, however it appears that Constant Contact now uses a V3 API generator, with different screens and set up process. Not sure if this is the issue?Creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of the house isn’t the smoothest, which Im sure isnt helping.Any and all help welcome.Thanks!
Hi Guys, I have a border around my whole email -But I also have a Table Block with borders to create a nice looking product grid -Because “Border Right” is enabled, this is creating a duplicate border on the right side of the email -As you can see there is a duplicate border.Is there anyway around this without using a Custom HTML template?ThanksDavid
Hi,There is a n ongoing issue with image loading on all of the campaign emails - tested on multiple Wifi/3G/locations but few images specifically the header images (first image) on the email fails to load every time unless you wait for over 5-6 seconds or close and reopen the email twice or thrice. We have reached out to support multiple times - edited images by width as suggested in the template builder to 600px or less, reuploaded images & tried sending a live email rather than preview email - none of which solves issuesHave seen these issues for all templates from the past 2 weeks, has there been any update that has messed up the image loading? We have tested both cloning the older templates & creating a template from scratch but continues to fail.We do not use product catalog for this, the images are accessible through to Klaviyo so it’s not a broken link or image issue but when the email is opened, there is an empty space in the place of the images. I want to remove the white background for a form. See form below: It should be a simple task of clicking no background in the section below but nothing is actually easy with WSWYG editors. How do I remove the background? In addition, what is the easiest way to move the ‘Subscribe’ button to the next line?Lastly, in 2021, forms should be responsive. HelloI'm a new user at klaviyo, I want a visitor who is the first time subscriber to my store, he will receive an email to get a 10% discount. If a visitor has received an email and then he ignores it for 3 days without placing an order using the coupon I provided, I will send a second email. If that visitor still hasn't placed an order either, I'll send him a final email until he uses the coupon I gave to new users who subscribed to my store. Hi everyone - not sure if this is well known and I just was out of the loop, but I recently discovered a quick win for adding a Klaviyo embedded form to the Shopify Order Confirmation page.I used to think getting a form on that page required a developer but there’s a place in Shopify » Settings to just drop the Klaviyo form embed code. Gif below or step by step guide here.Great use-case for collecting more info about your customers right after they purchase, especially now with the BFCM rush.The gif and guide show an Instagram handle field using it to build influencer / community since that’s what Gatsby specializes in, but this strategy can be used for anything you want, like getting birthdays or product preferences to customize email flows, segments etc. Really good low hanging fruit opportunity that we’re seeing a lot of our clients jump on. I am on a free account, testing out the Klaviyo platform, and I tried to set up a Zoho CRM integration on Friday. When I checked back in on it yesterday the status of the sync was still listed as “sync in progress”. I deleted that sync and tried again to sync yesterday but I am still running into the same issue. When I go in and click on the “update zoho settings” button I get a red notification that says “There was an unknown issue trying to connect”. I have 5 custom fields that I wanted to sync over to Klaviyo and I have confirmed that I have listed them out as they are labeled under the Zoho API. I don’t think list size is an issue because we only have a list of 102 leads in Zoho.Does anyone know why this integration won’t sync? Is it perhaps because I am on a free account? Or because the Zoho account is on a free trial? Is there somewhere I have to go under Zoho to grant access to Klaviyo (I looked under developer tools and don’t see any prompts under my zoho account)?

Hi, I have this issue where I tried to link a facebook post on my company’s page in an email and on the desktop the experience is great (exits directly to the post), but on mobile app the link exits to the company facebook page. This happens randomly, some posts exit fine on mobile others do not. I am curious if anyone else has this experience

Hi everyone, how to build a segment that filter the contains in a product name (ItemNames)? I heard that the availability of the contains definition depends on the format of the data that is being shared to Klaviyo, so how to check if data format of ItemNames surely is list data or text data? I have tried to segment as picture attached but it doesn’t work, no any results.Please advise, thank you so much!
I have a question about the email confirmation rate. In the last 30 days, 156 users filled up our sign-up forms, and only 48 of them get on our list. So the confirmation rate is about 31%. We have a double opt-in. Is that a poor result? What's the average confirmation rate? Thanks!
Hi Team I set up a flow which triggers when someone subscribes to my newsletter via a shopify pop up. I cannot seem to get it to send out my newsletter straight away, or at all actually.Any tips or problems to look for? Also, have found Klaviyo support terrible since sign up, is this something i should get used to? Am based in australia, even allowing for time differences i cannot get replies?
