Hi everyone,Is there a way to use the AddToCart Snippet on Shopify Collection Pages and more generally on page with many Product displayed ?I guess that the problem is more with the Product Viewed Snippet who collect the informations about the product that are used by AddToCart from what I understood…Thanks for your help
Hi, I have used various ESP platforms in the past and they all offer the functionality I am trying to achieve with Klaviyo, however, for the life of me I cant figure this out.I want to Send a series of emails to a particular segment, let’s call this ‘customers’. I want this to start on Monday the 12th July 2021. Each user will receive email #1 and then move along the flow for the sale period. However, I am not able to find where I can just select a segment and any date to send. It looks like they are all birthday’s, anniversary dates etc. Can anyone please let me know if there is a workaround for this?
Hi there. Using the Mailchimp integration, is there a way to import a list from Mailchimp into an existing Klaviyo list? I’m trying to maintain a single list, and don’t want to deal with merging a new list into our main list.I tried unchecking the “Create Klaviyo lists from Mailchimp lists” checkbox in integration settings, but doesn’t seem to work. Probably this feature was for intended for something else. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, –oo
Hello,It’s been now 5 working days to receive a reply from Klavyio support, after I’ve emailed them multiple times during the week to both their emails addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com Anybody know what the expected timeframe is for them to respond to emails or why they would not be responding after so many days? How else is one able to communicate with them? It’s pretty poor customer experience to be honest and very inconvenient while I have to wait for them to action and resolve the issue I have.
Is there a way to add a text input field that is multiple lines (similar to the input box that I’m writing this question within). I see Klaviyo has a text input block for forms but it’s restricted to one line. I would like to have multiple lines where user can right multiple lines of text with paragraph breaks. Is this possible? If not, what other service provides this that can be integrated with klaviyo?

Could there be another location to place the code, or is this fine?Thanks!
I’m currently migrating a client to Klaviyo and have a complicated request for a Back in Stock Flow that I’d love to get some thoughts on.The client would like to not only send regular Back in Stock alerts, but also trigger an email when the same style in a different colour or fabric comes online or back into stock. The products are linked by a SKU prefix which identifies the style. I’ve considered creating segments based on the SKU but that could get quite hard to manage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hi all, Just made my first abandoned checkout flow live and noticed the “your cart is empty” issue. Seems like it could be a pretty dissatisfying experience for customers who may jump between devices.I saw this app mentioned:Has anyone used it or have any comments? It doesn't mention this anywhere as far as I can see, but would it also need the “added to cart” code embedded as mentioned here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024310292-How-to-Create-a-Custom-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-BigCommerce ?If anyone has any input on how the arctic leaf AC flow could work alongside of, or in place of other abandoned cart/checkout flows it would be really helpful, thanks!
Hey everyone, this is the first time I have ever had this issue. I created a JPG file in Affinity Photo, exported, and then when uploading to Klaviyo Email Campaign, there is a very noticeable Grey/Gray overlay. I have looked everywhere in the block and image block sections to see where it is coming from but it appears that the grey is coming from the uploaded file.We have tried several different exports however this has not corrected the error.Has anyone else come across this? Do you have any solutions?

For example:Flow 1: Failed order (failed payment trigger > send email)Flow 2: Customer winback (placed order trigger > send email) I would like to make it such that:Failed payment trigger > send email > (goes into Flow 2) My questions are:Is there a way to continue on into another flow from the current flow the contact is in? Is there a way to continue into a certain stage of the other flow from the current flow?I heard that this may be achieved through trigger flows but I am unsure as to how this works. Some help notes or explanation on this would be helpful. Thank you very much!
Hey guys! This is a (potentially) weird one. As many of you may know, you can (quite easily) set up a much more detailed abandoned cart flow by adding the custom ‘addtocart’ event into your product.liquid code on the Shopify back-end, like this article outlines. I’d like to do exactly that, but for my ‘pre-order’ button as well. About 90% of our stock is continually sold out and on pre-order for now, so this would be huge for us! When I reached out to Klaviyo support, they were great as always, but also offered me a solution that seemed far too convoluted to be the path of least resistance here. Is there any way to do basically the same thing I did with the addtocart snippet, ie: add some lines of code into the product.liquid, pull the details from inspecting the ‘pre-order’ button on my site, and then have that send as a custom ‘pre-order’ event? Or do I really have to do this whole new scary world of REST API’s and Postman and all this absolutely bewildering (to my simple mind) stuff
We would like to use an embedded form for a free sample giveaway on our Shopify site, but we have a limited number of samples available. Can someone suggest a way I can set the form to turn off after receiving a certain number of subscribers? If not, can someone suggest another type of software that will do this?
Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder.The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. Hi there, I am having two different problems which I am a little confused about. I am trying to send out automated emails 60 days after a person has made a purchase. I have tried doing this through ‘fulfilled order’ and through ‘made order’ however it doesn’t seem to be populating anybody. Nobody is waiting for this email and it hasn’t delivered to a single person. Everything is live, and it should send. For another, I have after someone completes an order, putting them through a random 50/50 split. But one condition has 1432 ‘waiting’ and the other has ‘26’ waiting, and this number hasn’t gone up nor down. I am confused why these aren’t working, and I feel like I must be missing something obvious but I can’t work out what is going on after attending lectures and trying to read up on it. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
I am using my custom made flow for my users to download E-book from my store, I have created a Embedded form the is sent to the list and triggered by a flow in 1 min the only problem i am facing at the moment is that my gmail subscribers are not getting email whereas its working fine with outlook users. Tried with both Double opt in and single opt in.All gmail users gets rejected by soft bounce. Can any expert guide me what i have done wrong ?
Hello, I edited the time delay (lengthened it) in a flow, but didnt realise it didnt change for people already in the flow wait period. Any way I can do this retrospectively? Ie the Manage Flow - Update all Statuses/ Back populate options in the menu?! Many thanks in advance
Hey,Does anyone know if or when you will be able to be logged into several accounts in different windows and work on them simultaneously?I want to be able to have UK account open on one window/screen and US account open on the other to be able to copy content. At the moment it only allows you to work within one account at one time.I hope this makes sense. Thanks Shelle
