Hi,I have created a pop up form for my website to appear within 4 seconds of the customer landing on the homepage.This seems to work only sometimes which is hard for me to determine how it looks on the wesite.Additionally, to this my major issue is that I also have a cookies prompt that pops up from the start of landing on the page, and if the customer is to click this or anywhere outside of the pop up, the pop up dissappears therefore losing the chance for the customer to potentially subscribe. It happens so quickly, that even if you’re scrolling as it pops up and you didnt realise it instantly disappears. I have tried looking for others with the problem and reviewed the behaviours and guides but nothing is obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey all. This might be really obvious or impossible, I’m not sure. But, what I’m trying to do is segment people who sign up to our main mailing list by sign-up source. I’ve set up an embedded sign-up form and want to be able to tag/segment the people who use that particular form. Anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!

Hi! I’m pretty new with Klaviyo - For product that I’m giving to product testers/influencers for free how do I write the order and NOT have an email sent to the customer, but have it create a profile in Klaviyo for follow up? I’ve created draft orders and fulfilled them without an email address, thinking I’d add the email address in Klaviyo. But, the profile doesn't show a placed order or product associated with the profile. I haven’t been able to find any info on manually updating profiles with data coming from an integration. Thanks for helping!!!
Hi, I am able to add customers signing up via the Sign Up forms to my Newsletter list. However, when someone registers as a new user onto my website, they are not getting added to the newsletter list, however I can see them under the Profiles section. My website is built on WooCommerce. How do I automatically add new registered users to the Newsletter list?
Hi there,We have been using Klaviyo for 2 weeks and we found very inconsistent data for email open rate. Context:We have an email template customized from a Klaviyo’s pre-defined template, let’s call it A.We have an email template written in html by ourselves, let’s call it B.A and B convey similar information to our customers, the only diff is the layout/image contents.We used A and B in several campaigns. Each reached several thousands customers’ email boxes. The other conditions (send time, audience,...) are almost the same for the campaigns using A or B, so basically you can consider it as an A/B testing testing the templates. Hi thereI have recently opened up a klayvio account to begin setting up my email marketing campaigns however im little bamboozled in the fact that i have around 20 contacts that have subscribed to my newsletter as i have not opened the website yet but the profiles seem to show in klayvio profiles section and not in any of the lists or segments section.This has confused me as i would expect them to migrate automatically ive looked all round the software but i keep coming back to i may have to upload manually but surely that can not be the solution? Hello.First time post although I have been with Klaviyo for nearly a year.I made the mistake today of completely replacing a single email in a flow, removing the original. From memory I THINK that means that emails will come to a screaming halt when people are tracking through the flow.I think I have to clone the whole flow to get it working again. Am I correct or will the visitors flow through?. This email is preceded with a Conditional Split.I hope this is enough info.Thanks!
Hi all, I seem to of got myself in a little bit of a mess and just seem to be going round in circles. Im so confused. Here are some details: I have a sign up pop up I have an embeded form on my website. When I signed up to Klaviyo I made a list lets call it ‘List A’On this list I have 217 people I have created a segment for all those who accept marketing using: Subscribed to List at least onceover all time OR Accepts Marketing is trueThis list now has 295 members?? - how can that be? I have today added a check box to my pop up form that is accepting marking and sourced that to accepts marketing: true. Do my people who subscribe from my pop up and subscription page go straight to my ‘List A’? As you can tell I really have got myself in a state over it. Thanks
Hello, I updated my klaviyo plan but my account is suspended because there was a previous payment that was not processed. What solution do I have, I have changed the card and updated the plan several times and it continues to charge me but my account is not activated! I need help.
I changed a collection name after setting up my klaviyo segment and lost all my profiles...it went from 149 down to 6. How do I find and merge all profiles that have purchased this product line? I’ve tried a couple different ways...I’ve tried by collections which is not working because the collection title was changed...and I’ve tried by vendor which I noticed was set up in my Shopify account incorrectly so….how do I get all these profiles in one net to add them to a segment?
Hey guys, I recently installed the app and I am loving it! Just had a couple of setup questions that I need some assistance with if possible,I believe that I have successfully integrated Klaviyo with Shopify and have created a Subscriber List on Klaviyo which auto populates as soon as a customer subcribes via the Klaviyo created popup form or the standard Shopify footer subscription function.I am just experiencing some issues with regards to the below: I would like to know how I can arrange for any manually added customer profiles on my Shopify Customer List to be automatically added to my Klaviyo list. As I mentioned above, the sign up form submissions are working fine, but not any manually added profiles. How can I enable for the customer tags that I assign to Customers on Shopify to transfer onto the Tags I create on Klaviyo? Is there an automated way to integrate these? I would like to know how I can go about Klaviyo automatically adding customers to Lists/Segments such as VIP Cust
Hello What api method can I use to retrieve new and existing users with their associated subscriber status? I’ve looked through the documentation but can’t find what ‘m looking for. Is there a way to see for example for time period of 24 hours lets say - who subscribed in that period? Who signed up etc? Is there also a way to access the full customer base using the api and access their current email status? for example if I have 10K emails - can I download them with their associated profiles/subscriber status?
