Hi,My Shopify product page is setup to capture some basic user info (email, date, type) using 3 formfill fields on the page. After the users submits this data, they are shown the product price and add to cart button. Many bounce off at this stage.I got some outside help me capture the email IDs being submitted in this form and not placing an order and to get them in a flow on Klaviyo. I want to retarget these leads using email marketing and want to include a link to “continue shopping” in the newsletter. This “continue shopping” button should take them to the page that comes after the formfill (i.e. the page where they see the price and add to cart button)Can someone provide insight into how I can do this?
I have a sign up form I’d like to only show up if someone clicks on the teaser. So page loads → visitor clicks on the teaser -> sign up form shows up. If they don’t click on the teaser, the form doesn’t appear. I currently have the teaser set to show before displaying form, but the form appears regardless based on its own rules. I assume I have to use a custom trigger for this?
Hi guys,I've got a tricky use-case where essentially we're tagging customers using the Shopify Tags field with a "before" and "after" size after they take a quiz.E.g.Before Size: 10After Size: 12Syncs to Klaviyo fine - but I'm wondering how to extract a particular tag?e.g. loop through the tags, and if a tag contains “Before Size” or “After Size”, extract it.Once we extract the tag, can use a slice filter, I assume, to remove the "Before Size:" bit?The tag may not always be in a fixed position in the index/array of tags, either - so can’t use a hardcoded index number.Any advice welcome!
Hello,I used to use the Klaviyo Back in stock button in my Shopify store and everything was running good.Suddenly, since several days, the Back in stock button shows and disappears randomly from my store. Sometime, it is live and sometimes not.In my theme.liquid file, I have this error in the Klaviyo script.Line code: <script src="https://a.klaviyo.com/media/js/onsite/onsite.js"></script>Error: Avoid parser blocking script by adding 'defer' or 'async' in this tagCan someone help?Thank you very much!
I’m trying to create a conditional split in my welcome series where if a customer orders ‘Product A’ they will “exit” the flow but if they haven’t ordered ‘Product A’ they will continue to receive emails. However, when using the dropdown Person has ‘Ordered Product’ where Name equals ‘x’, I cannot find ‘Product A’. I successfully integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and was wondering how I fix this problem. Thank you!
Hi there,We work with Klavyio and Shopify and I’m trying to work out abandoned cart emails.Currently, the link sends abandoned carts to the Checkout, however we have complicated delivery options and they are bypassing the delivery widget. Is there coding I can add to a button which sends people through to their cart/basket where they’d need to choose delivery options again through the app, rather than to checkout.Any help much appreciated! Thanks,
I’ve attached a screen shot of how one of my post-purchase email flows is set up. Originally, I created these flows and none of them were triggering. I was advised to change the type pulldown from “text” to “list”. This helped, but only for some post-purchase product flows. Even though all of them are set up the same, some of the products are still not getting triggered. Specifically, when I changed the Type pulldown from text to list, a list of some of my products appeared and I was able to select the correct one. But sometimes the product did not appear in the list of products. So instead of selecting it, I typed it in. I made sure the wording exactly matches the product name. It is for all of these products, the ones where I had to type it in, the flows are not working. Here’s what it looks like when the list of products appears but some products are missing. My guess is this has something to do with those products not appearing in the list of products that appeared. How is t
Hello,I’m trying to set up a block in a welcome flow to show an offer based on which A/B test variation they signed up for.The flow is filtered for the form ID.The logic I am using is: person|lookup:'$consent_form_version' == '9500556' with each block using a different form version ID (950057, 950058, etc)The preview isn’t giving me a syntax error, but is not displaying the corresponding block for matching profiles (no blocks are shown). Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Thanks!
Hello, I change my Preference page, trying to make it more on-brand. But the editing options are very poor. For example, I want the form to be black and the explanation text to be white. I can’t seem to enable that since I can’t modify the style of the text blocks. It is very annoying. Now, my page is a disaster, and I want to reset it to the default values. But that is impossible as well. Would anyone be able to help me?
Hello,I need to change my company name and email address in my partner dashboard - but I can’t see any way to do this.I did read in the community that I need to create a support ticket and get Klaviyo to do this for me, however my business doesn’t have a paid account (as I predominantly manage client accounts). Is there another way for me to make these changes? I’m only just starting to onboard clients to Managed Accounts and don’t want them to be confused because the request comes from a different business name. Thanks, Amy
Hey guys. Do you know how to access a page where I can manage my properties? Like, I can create a segment basead in a property but I cannot actually see my list of properties and create one there. Or even organize properties in folders, like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot. Do Klavyio has this feature?
Hi!My idea is to let customers vote on different topics in my brand by email with the hope to create greater engagement. My question is whether it is possible to attach a sort of comment box in the mail where this can be done. I have already understood that this can be a little bit difficult but is thankful for ideas or other helpful inputs.Sincerely,E.
Hi everyone,I recently started a new flow that's tied to a list that already had subscribers. It seems that only the new subscribers who join the list are going through the flow. I need a way to ensure that all subscribers on the list, including those who were already there, receive these flow emails. Here's what I've considered so far:Creating a Segment: One possibility is to create a segment of subscribers who were on the list before the flow started. I could then manually send them the same flow of emails via a campaign. However, I'd prefer to keep things automated if at all possible.Reimporting the List: I'm also thinking about exporting the list of people who joined before the flow started and then reimporting them to the list. This might let them go through the flow again, but I'm not even sure if this can be done. I also have concerns that this could interfere with my metrics. Usually, flow emails perform better than campaign emails since they're trigger-based. If the flow statis
HiI have a question. I want to create a flow for customers who ordered 3 shoes in 1 year. I want to make and send a special offer for this. I just can't find a trigger/filter anywhere that customers have placed 3 orders in 1 year. Is there a trigger or filter for this or does it not exist?
I’m trying to add a signup form on my Easol website but struggling. I’ve tried to add a sign up form based on trigger but the button doesn’t work. I tried to add the klaviyo form into the Mailchimp section and that works but doesn’t show a sucess page. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
