Each ordered quantity leads to a specific donation and we would like to send out marketing emails that keeps the customer updated on their impact.I would like to find a way to pull initial order quantity from Shopify and cumulative order quantityInitial order of 5 shirts = 5 donations - Customer later returns orders more next email will update them on their impact.Further down, would like to send personalized emails based on specific impact.So far I found custom properties/tags but not sure if this is the way to get this done.Thank you in advance for your ideas
Hi, I have been using the Abandoned Cart flow feature from Klaviyo and came accross a strange behaviour:Situation: A customer has been able to convert a cart from Checkout Started to Placed Order. Issue: Despite the customer has fully placed the order, it seems the customer has been “tagged” or flagged with a checkout started which placed my customer into the “Abandoned Cart” flow. Questions:1/ What is the flow to be changed to be sure that if the customer has fully completed/placed the order then the customer shouldn't be flagged/seen into the “Abandoned Cart” flow.2/ When checking the “Customer Thank you” flow where it flags customer who has fully placed order, this customer is not in this flow (which is wrong as the customer has completed her cart and placed the order), Does something need to be change here too? (as i want the process to be accurate and flag/process the customers to the right flow). Many thanks and kind regards
I’ve created a product feed with my Magento 2 integration to include all products of a specific category. The ordering is set to Random and the metric to Ordered Product.This category contains a maximum of 5 products at a time and changes every week. When a product is removed from the category it is disabled as well in Magento.When viewing the preview or sending myself a test email including a product feed, the feed includes products that are no longer associated to this category and are also disabled. When clicking on one of the products displayed in the email, it redirects to a 404 page since the product no longer exists.Is there a way to prevent products from remaining in the product feed? I’ve specified the item filter to limit the products to a specific category but that doesn’t appear to work.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!
Hi, I’ve just created my first ever workflow as I recently signed up to Klaviyo. I followed the template. On first email, the text is a good size for mobile. On the second and third emails in the flow, the text is really small on mobile. I’ve changed it manually but it actually says the same as the first email 14px. Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this?I don’t really want to manually change the mobile size each time and it’s odd that it’s fine in one email but not in another.Thank youRuth
Hello I’m wondering why my Back in Stock flow is not adding email to subscriber listBack in Stock snippet is successfully installed on ShopifyProblem isWhen I subscribe to the list and check Back in Stock delay activity there are no profiles added Even when I test the product and add a stock there is no updates on Back in Stock reportCan anyone have any idea how to make this work? I feel like the klaviyo snippet is not communicating to klaviyo account and not adding any emails subscriber at all.Thanks

Hi all,I am setting up my order confirmation e-mail using the Shopify template. I am using 2 columns to display the billing address and shipping address.In desktop view the two columns are shown next to each other. However in mobile view they are displayed below each other.I would like to display it next to each other in mobile view too. Tried to choose a smaller font fize and tried to decrease the column width, but this did not help.Is there any known solution for this?
Hi there, I’ve created my welcome series, which consists of a 10% discount code when people sign up to the newsletter and then I send the social media info and finally a list of our bestsellers.But, how do I stop people getting the flow if they have been signed up as a result of purchasing?Second question - if someone purchases after the 1st or 2nd email, will they automatically go into my post purchase flow (which i need to set up) and won’t finish this flow or will they get both?Many thanks for your help.
I noticed that sender name is wrapped in brackets when email arrives to inbox.Why this is happening? This is how the sender name is defined on the account settings page: and this is how it is rendered in Gmail: and it gets even worse when email agent tries to escape brackets.
Earlier today we had a change on our team, and the person that was the “owner” of our Klaviyo account is no longer with our company. We had them removed from the account, but now we’re having issues with our Magento integration not synching. Could this be an issue with the credentials changing? Any insight would be appreciated. I did a chat with support and they couldn’t help, but did set up for tech support to email me. It’s getting close to the end of the week here, so would really like to get this resolved before the weekend. Thanks!
Hi! I’m looking for information about photo sizing/alignment in email templates - I’ve started creating a newsletter using the ‘product’ feature where all the information and photos are imported from our shopify website, however I keep running into the issue of everything being misaligned due to photo size.Is there a feature in Klaviyo that allows me to mass align rows? Is there an option within the product feature that would allow me to insert a different photo so that I can replace all the imported ones with those that are all of uniform size? Or am I’m best off using the photo and image caption features and doing everything manually? Thanks

I inserted a conditional split that says" Has ordered product where tags contains "on-demand" once over all time.It means that he purchased a product that is currently holding this tag or that he has purchased a product that had/has this tag "on-demand"?

Hello, Im trying to figure out how to place my newsletter to be in the right hand side (same as now) on the site as desktop version, but i want it to be first thing up when its on Mobile version (as in before the footer links start - i want it to be first thing that shows on the footer menu on Mobile version) Another Question.. for some reason the Email field is extremely small .. even tho i made it quite long during the editing process, please any help would be lovely! website is vivorosa.com
Hey guys, We recently switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. We have a list of about 54k subscribers, with around 11k unengaged (from Mailchimp). I exported a CSV of the unengaged segment and added it to the suppression tab in the profiles section. However, when I look at the Newsletter (which they were all a part of), the number is exactly the same. Does supressing them not remove them from the main list? Am I doing something wrong? The active subscribers number has been updated.
